Description: BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 1. Field of the Invention The present invention relates to a body which can be detached and attached like a Targa top car, or folded and movable like a convertible car. The present invention relates to a weather strip attached to a roof side, and more particularly to a structure of a separation / contact portion between molded portions. 2. Description of the Related Art In the drawings, a symbol is used in which one of the midlines descending from the apex angle of an isosceles triangle is painted. The side represents the extruded part. 1 is a roof side weather strip,
2 is a body side weather strip, K is a molded part,
N is a transition portion, L is an extruded portion, and M is a separating portion. As a weather strip attached to the roof side of a body that can be detached and attached like a Targa top car as shown in FIG. 1 or folded or movable like a convertible car as shown in FIG. Are used. That is, reference numeral 10 denotes a base portion, and reference numeral 20 denotes a hollow seal portion integrally connected to the base portion 10, the upper portion of which is convex toward the outside of the vehicle, and the lower portion of the hollow seal portion 20 has a hollow portion. Along with the upper part of the seal part 20, the door glass 50
And a seal lip 30 projecting elastically in two steps.
In addition, in the extruded part, the hollow seal part 20 is used.
When the upper portion of the seal lip 30 and the seal lip 30 are elastically contacted with the door glass 50, the hollow portion is formed up and down by two so as not to be influenced by each other.
There is provided a bridge 25 that separates and narrows the middle part.
Thereby, a drain function can be provided between the hollow seal portion 20 and the seal lip 30. Further, at the transitional portion N from the extruded portion L to the molded portion K, since there is difficulty in elastic contact between the seal lip 30 and the door glass 50, the transitional portion N cuts off the bridge,
In the molded part K, the bridge is omitted, the hollow part is reduced to one, and the seal lip 30 is gradually shortened (lower) toward the separating part M, and reaches the separating part of the molded part K. By this time, the seal lip 30 is extinguished. However, in the conventional weatherstrip, a part of the configuration of the extruded part L is missing in the transition part N and the molded part K, so that the sealing function of the transition part N and the molded part K is not provided. descend. In order to supplement this, it is necessary to use an additional material (for example, a pad) that increases the cost, and the appearance of the extruded part L is different from that of the other parts, so that the appearance is impaired. is there. The problem to be solved is that the conventional weatherstrip differs in appearance and sealing performance between the extruded portion L and other portions, and as a whole, has a high sealing performance. This is disadvantageous in appearance. A description will be given with reference to FIGS. 1 to 3 and FIGS. 5 to 9. In the present invention, the extruded part L
, A weather strip which is mounted on the roof side of the body and which can be folded, detachable, or movable, and is an end portion of the extruded portion L. The base portion 10 where the end faces of the molded portions K, K joined to each other are brought into contact with each other.
The hollow seal portion 20 is integrally connected to the door seal 50 and the hollow seal portion 2
A seal lip for projecting the upper part of O toward the outside of the vehicle, dividing the hollow part into two parts up and down, providing a bridge 25 for narrowing the middle part inward and outward, and elastically contacting the lower part of the hollow seal part 20 with the door glass 50. 30 is a weather strip provided with an extruded portion L provided with a projection 30, and a bridge 25 and a seal lip 30 are also provided on the end portion of the formed portion K on the formed portion K.
In conjunction with continuously provided, molded part K, of the K, what is detachably or movable, is guided along the desorption or moving direction, and both the molded part K, when mounting the K between In the separation / contact portion M where the two molded portions K are separated from or in contact with each other so that the contact end surfaces are fitted to each other and complement each other to maintain an effective seal reaction force, the seal re-sealing is performed.
A substantially entire contact end surface including the tip 30 is formed in a saw-toothed unevenness. The transition portion N and the molded portion K have the same configuration as that of the extruded portion L. The transition portion N and the molded portion K, which have been a problem in the prior art, are also replaced by the extruded portion L. In addition to the double seal, a drain function is provided, and the appearance can be made the same as that of the extruded part K, so that both the sealing property and the appearance can be improved. Further, the molded parts K,
Of K, the detachable or movable side is guided along the detachable or retreating direction, and the contact end faces are fitted and complement each other at the time of mounting to maintain an effective seal reaction force. Even if there is a variation in installation, it can be sufficiently absorbed, and despite the fact that a plurality of hollow portions are formed in the molded portions K, K and the seal lip 30 is protruded, the gap between the contact surfaces can be reduced. Easy to attach / detach / retract, high sealing and sound insulation are maintained. DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS An embodiment of the weather strip of the present invention, which is mounted on a roof side of a body that is foldable, detachable, or movable, and is elastically contacted with a door glass 50 in two upper and lower stages. An example will be described. Reference numeral 10 denotes a base portion, and reference numeral 20 denotes a hollow seal portion integrally connected to the base portion 10. The hollow seal portion 20 is made convex toward the outside of the vehicle so as to elastically contact with the upper portion of the door glass 50. Narrow the inner middle to split the part up and down,
Bridges 25 are provided inward and outward. Reference numeral 30 denotes a seal lip which elastically contacts the door glass 50, and protrudes below the hollow seal portion 20. This configuration is the same for the extruded part L, the transition part N, and the molded part K. Moreover, of the molded parts K, K, which are detachable or movable, are guided along the direction of detachment or advance and retreat, and at the time of mounting, the contacting end faces are fitted to each other to complement each other, so that it is effective. The contact portion is formed into a saw-toothed unevenness so as to maintain the sealing reaction force. That is, the lower surface a of FIG. 6 is as shown in FIGS. 7 to 9, the lower thickness center b of the hollow seal portion is as shown in FIGS. 7 to 9, and the lower inner surface c of the hollow seal portion is FIGS. As shown in FIG. 9, the lower end of the bridge is as shown in FIG. 7, the upper center e of the hollow seal is as shown in FIGS. 7 and 8, and the upper surface f of the hollow seal is as shown in FIGS. As shown in FIG. 8, the drain upper portions j and i of the hollow seal portion have inner and outer thicknesses g and h of the seal lip 30 as shown in FIG.
They are serrated. Since the present invention is configured as described above, it is possible to improve the sealing property and appearance with the door glass 50 without increasing the cost. In addition, even if there is a variation in installation, it can be sufficiently absorbed, and extremely good sealing and sound insulating properties can be maintained.
