Description: BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 1. Field of the Invention The present invention relates to a sedimentation tank (thickener) for sedimenting solids such as sand. 2. Description of the Related Art As shown in FIG. 7, a conventional stirring device for a sedimentation tank has a cross-shaped arm attached to the upper end of a central shaft supported at the center of the inner bottom of a circular sedimentation tank. The part is engaged with the rail at the upper end of the sedimentation tank to hold the central axis, and a rotating device equipped with a motor and capable of self-propelling on the rail is attached to one arm, the arm is rotated, and attached to the arm and the central axis The swirling body is swirled in the sedimentation tank,
It is used effectively with cheap equipment. However, the provision of a cross-shaped arm means that two straight arms are provided. Since the length of the arm is as long as 10 to 30 m, a straight arm cannot be provided, and the sedimentation tank has a perfect circular shape. In combination with the fact that the arm is not brought into a state, the arm may be burdened by the turning and may be damaged. That is, if the cross arm is not arranged in the center circle state of the settling tank, an excessive force is applied to the drive, and the arm bends. [0004] Therefore, the present invention provides a sedimentation tank that swings and displaces the central shaft when the arm is displaced from the center circle by supporting the central shaft so as to be swingable. The present invention is to provide an agitation device for a sedimentation tank which can be prevented from being damaged by preventing an excessive force from being applied to the arm or the central shaft by deviating from the axis of the sedimentation tank, and which can be installed at low cost. SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION Accordingly, the present invention provides an integrated support arm which is not linear but is spaced apart at the upper end of a central shaft supported at the center of the inner bottom of a circular sedimentation tank. While connecting one end of the arm, the other end of the support arm and the other end of the towing arm are respectively engaged with the rail provided at the upper end of the sedimentation tank so as to be able to run and turn along the rail, thereby maintaining the uprightness of the central shaft, This is a stirrer for a sedimentation tank having a configuration in which a turning drive device having a motor and capable of self-traveling along a rail is connected to one arm, and a stirrer is provided on a pulling arm or a central shaft. DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS The details of the present invention will be described below with reference to illustrated embodiments. In the embodiment shown in FIGS. 1 and 2,
Reference numeral 1 denotes a circular sedimentation tank, on which a rail 10 is provided around the upper end. S is a stirrer, which comprises a central shaft 2, a support arm 3, a traction arm 4, a turning drive 5 and a stirrer 6. As shown in FIG. 3, the central shaft 2 is provided at its lower end with a cylindrical support portion 21 which can be fitted to an upwardly projecting projection 11 at the center of the inner bottom of the sedimentation tank 1, and as shown in FIG. At the upper end, a protrusion 22 is provided up and down to form a mounting portion 23. As shown in FIG. 3, the support portion 2 is provided via the ball 12 and the packing 13.
The central shaft 2 can be rotated and swung by fitting 1. The support arm 3 and the traction arm 4 are separated from each other at right angles and are connected by an insertion tube 30 having the same end, and the insertion tube 30 is provided with play to the mounting portion 23 of the central shaft 2. The other ends of the support arm 3 and the pulling arm 4 are engaged with the rails 10 of the settling tank 1 respectively. That is, the rollers 31 and 41 are rotatably mounted on the downward bracket-like portions provided at the other ends of the respective arms 4.
41 is placed on the rail 10 and the rollers 31, 4
The projecting guides at both ends prevent the rails from coming off the rails. The supporting arm 3 and the towing arm 4 are connected to the beam 3
5 is connected by reinforcement. As shown in FIGS. 1 and 6, the turning drive device 5 is provided with a motor 52 on a turning box 50 having front and rear running rollers 51 mounted on a rail 10.
The rubber drive roller 53 is rotatably contacted with the inner periphery of the upper end of the sedimentation tank 1 in the revolving box 50 via the shaft and the coupling, and is capable of rolling on the outer periphery of the upper end of the sedimentation tank 1 in the revolving box 50. Rubber driven roller 54 is attached. The rear portion of the swivel box 50 and the other end of the towing arm 4 are connected by a wire 55. The stirring body 6 includes a stirring blade 60, one end of which is connected to a mounting ring 61 loosely fitted to the central shaft 2, and
The other end is connected to the lower end of the traction member 62 suspended from the other end of the traction arm 4. Next, the operation will be described. First, when the motor 52 of the turning drive device 5 is driven and rotated, the driving roller 53 rotates and rotates in contact with the inner periphery of the sedimentation tank 1. Self-propelled along the rail 10. On this occasion,
Since the driven roller 54 rotates in contact with the outer periphery of the sedimentation tank 1, the revolving box 50 stably runs on its own with the rail 10 interposed therebetween. The towing arm 4 connected to the wire 55 by the self-propelled movement of the revolving box 50 is towed by the running of the rail 41 of the roller 41, whereby the supporting roller 31 integral with the towing arm 4 is also moved by the rail 10 of the roller 31. It turns by running. By the turning of the pulling arm 4, the stirring body 6 is pulled and turned in the settling tank via the pulling material 62, and the stirring blade 60 is rotated while stirring the upper part of the settling layer. Since the center shaft 2 is supported by the support portion 21 at the lower end and the insertion tube 30 of each of the arms 3 and 4 so as to be swingable, if the sedimentation tank 1 is not a core circle, or When the length of each arm is not the same as the radius of the core circle of the sedimentation tank 1, the support portion 21 at the lower end with the outer rail 10 as a base point.
Since the center shaft 2 swings with the fulcrum as a fulcrum, no excessive driving force is applied to the center shaft 2 and the respective arms 3 and 4. That is, when the rotating arms 3 and 4 deviate from the core circle, the excessive force is eliminated by displacing the center shaft 2 from the axis of the settling tank 1 by swinging displacement. Also, the insertion cylinders 30 of the respective arms 3 and 4 are attached to the mounting portions 23 of the central shaft 2.
And the center shaft 2 can be smoothly swung. In most cases, the sedimentation tank 1 is not a core circle, or the length of each arm is not the same as the core circle radius of the sedimentation tank 1 in most cases. The center shaft 2 is supported by the support portion 21 at the lower end, and the arms 3 and 4 which are engaged with the rollers 31 and 41 on the rail 10 and are inserted at right angles to each other. Cylinder 3
With the connection at 0, the upright state is maintained without any trouble. Note that the central shaft 2 does not need to be rotatable. Although the embodiment has the above-described configuration, the present invention is not limited to this. For example, regardless of the configuration of the central shaft and the configuration of supporting at the center of the inner bottom of the circular sedimentation tank, the configuration of inserting the lower end of the center shaft into the ring provided at the center of the inner bottom of the sedimentation tank to support the ring is also possible. Good. Absent. Also, the angle of separation between the integrated support arm and the towing arm is not limited,
The degree is appropriate within a degree, and the shape of each arm is also appropriate. Furthermore, the configuration and the mounting position of the rollers for rotating each arm along the rail are arbitrary. In addition, the structure of the turning device provided with the motor and capable of self-propelled along the rail does not matter. In addition, the structure and mounting means of the stirrer are also appropriate. When the center shaft is rotatable, the stirrer may be provided only on the center shaft. According to the first aspect of the present invention, when the revolving arm is displaced from the core circle, an unreasonable force is generated by displacing the center axis from the center of the sedimentation tank by oscillating displacement. And the center shaft is prevented from being broken to prevent the center shaft from being damaged, and the center shaft can be held easily and inexpensively.
