FIG. 17 shows another example of a conventional tightening device for an insulated trolley wire. The tightening device in this figure
The conductor end 3 exposed by the end processing of the insulated trolley wire 1 is inserted into the rectangular tubular sleeve 7, the conductor is fixed by the axial force of the bolt 8 screwed into the sleeve, and the thus fixed sleeve is tightened by a tightening device. It is intended to be stored in an insulating body 10 of No. 9 for detention. In this case, when the insulated trolley wire 1 is of a multi-wire type as shown in FIG. 18, a slit-like cut 11 is made in the stepped portion of the insulator so as to maintain the insulating property.

According to the tightening device of FIG. 16 described above, since the conductor is bent by 180 °, cracks may occur at the bent portion and the conductor may be cut, resulting in poor reliability. Further, in the insulated trolley wire, the work of stripping the insulator is required to expose the conductor, and there is a drawback that the workability in laying is poor.

On the other hand, according to the tightening device of FIG. 17, since the conductor is not bent, there is no problem in terms of reliability, but in order to pass the conductor of the multi-wire insulated trolley wire through the sleeve, as shown in FIG. In this case, it is necessary to perform advanced terminal processing such as peeling off the insulator for a certain length and making slit-like cuts in the insulator part that connects between the conductors, so even a skilled worker can spend a great deal of time. I needed it.

In addition, from the above, due to a request from an installer who dislikes the terminal processing at the laying site, it has become necessary for an insulated trolley wire manufacturer to stock the insulated trolley wire which has been subjected to the terminal processing in advance. . However, if such a terminal treatment is applied, the conductor is stored as it is exposed, so the conductor surface that is formed of a conductive metal such as copper that is generally adopted will be oxidized by contact with air. Not only does it corrode and reduce the product value, but there is also the risk of contact failure at the connection with the power supply terminal due to increased contact resistance due to oxidation.

The construction procedure of the tightening device of the present embodiment, which is composed of the above-mentioned members, will be described below.
The terminal with the insulator covered is inserted into the insulation body 27 with the insulator removed. That is, as shown in FIG. 9, the insulated trolley wire 2
The end of 6 is inserted into the through hole 32 of the insulating body so that the pulling member 28 in the inside holds the insulating trolley wire 26 from the side, and the projections 34 are applied to the conductor exposed portions on both sides of the insulating trolley wire 26. I will be hurt. Then, when a tool such as a wrench is inserted through the opening of the insulating body and the detention bolt 29 is tightened, the pointed portion of the bolt is screwed into the insulator of the insulating trolley wire 26 and further reaches the conductor. The degree of tightening is such that the sharpened tip of the retention bolt 29 bites into the conductor after the retention bolt 29 reaches the conductor. Then, the conductor is sandwiched between the anchor bolt 29 and the protrusion 34, and the insulated trolley wire 26 can be retained by the axial force of the anchor bolt. The tightening condition of the above-mentioned detention bolt may be the same as that of the above-mentioned embodiment.

In the tightening device attached to the end of the insulated trolley wire 26 as described above, the extended ends of the two long bolts 30 are inserted into the support structure 39 such as the anchoring bracket and sandwiched by the washers. By inserting the coil spring 40 into the shaft portion of the long bolt and fixing it with the tightening nut 41, the retracted state of the long bolt can be obtained. By adjusting the tightening of the nut 41, a compressive force acts on the coil spring 17, and the repulsive force applies a proper tension to the insulated trolley wire via the insulating body, thus completing the tightening work.

According to the tightening device for the insulated trolley wire of the present embodiment as described above, the detention means including the power supply terminal can be fixed by bolts to the insulated trolley wire with the insulator left as it is. As in the example, simply insert the unprocessed insulated trolley wire into the tightening device, tighten the bolts, and attach the terminals.Install the tightening device with the power supply function to the insulated trolley wire and tighten the insulated trolley wire. Since the work can be performed, it is possible to perform stable laying even if not a skilled worker at the time of laying work, and it is possible to significantly reduce the time. It is also excellent in terms of reliability of tightening because the tension bolt is bited into the conductor and is supported by the protrusion of the tension member from the back side. In addition, since the power supply terminal is attached to the insulated trolley wire which is not end-finished and pressure-contacted to the conductor exposed portion (collector contact portion) in the insulator opening, the problem of electrical contact conduction failure due to oxidation when the conductor is exposed is eliminated.
