付けてその印鑑に脱着自在なキャップを嵌着させた構造

部に配設した印鑑のキャップが目障りで、外観上の体裁
が悪いという不満があり、又、キャップと印鑑の嵌合度
合が強過ぎるとキャップを外すときに印鑑が軸から抜け
てしまうという問題があり、更に、キャップが小さいの
で外したときに印面の朱肉が手に付きやすく又紛失しや
すいという問題があった。 【0004】 【発明が解決しようとする課題】本発明は上記の問題を
解決すること、すなわち、印鑑の存在が目障りでなくて
外観上の体裁が良く、又、印鑑を使用するためキャップ
を外したときに、印鑑が抜けたり、印面の朱肉が手に付
いて手が汚れたり、キャップが紛失する等の虞がなく、
更に、筆記体の繰り出し機構と印鑑の取付構造がそれほ
ど複雑でなく、部品点数が少なくてコスト上有利な印鑑
付筆記具の提供を目的とする。 【0005】 【課題を解決するための手段】上記目的を達成するため
に、本発明の印鑑付筆記具は、先軸1の内部に収容した
スライダ2に対し筒状カム3を組み付けて、その筒状カ
ム3の回動により変位するスライダ2を介して筆記体4
を軸方向に移動させることによりその先端筆先部5を軸
先端口6において出没自在となし、上記筒状カム3の後
部に印鑑ホルダ7を回転一体的に組み付けて、その印鑑
ホルダ7の後部に印鑑8を取付けると共に、印鑑ホルダ
7の外周部に嵌合筒9を固定して、印鑑8を非接触状態
で内部に収容する万年筆型のキャップ10をその嵌合筒
9に対し回転一体的且つ脱着自在に嵌着させたことを特
徴とする構成としたものである。 【0006】 【作用】本発明の印鑑付筆記具では、印鑑8がキャップ
10の内部に収容されて外観に現れないので目障りでな
く、しかも、キャップ10は万年筆型なので外観上の体
裁が良い。また、キャップ10は印鑑8に対し非接触状
態なので、キャップ10を外すときに印鑑8が抜ける虞
はない。更に、キャップ10は上記のように万年筆型で
大きいので、キャップ10を外すときに手が印面に触れ
たり、外したキャップ10が紛失する虞もない。 【0007】 【実施例】以下、図示した実施例について詳説する。ま
ず符号1が先軸であり、この先軸1は前端に口金11
を、後端に蓋リング12をそれぞれ螺着している。先軸
1の内部にはボールペンリフィール等の筆記体4と、ス
ライダ2と、筒状カム3と、スプリング13とを収容し

部の周壁前端縁を凹凸状にしてカム部17となし、又、
後端部に断面矩形でスリット18と係合鍔部19を有す
る接続筒部20を突設している。筒状カム3は、そのカ
ム部17を上記スライダ2の段差14に接触させて、回
動することによりスライダ2を軸方向の前後に変位させ
ることができる。従って、筒状カム3の回動によってス
ライダ2を介して上記の筆記体4も前進・後退し、その
先端筆先部5が口金11の前端の軸先端口6において出
没自在となる。また、筒状カム3の後端の接続筒部20
は上記の蓋リング12を貫通して後方へ突出している。 【0010】次に符号7が印鑑ホルダであり、この印鑑
ホルダ7は、前半部が2重筒部となっていて、その内筒
部21に断面矩形の内孔22を設けて、当該内孔22に
上記筒状カム3の後端部に設けた接続筒部20を挿入係
止することにより、筒状カム3と回転一体的に接合して
いる。また、印鑑ホルダ7の前半部における外筒部23
の外周には嵌合筒9を嵌着固定している。嵌合筒9は図
3に示すように側面に突条24を設けている。印鑑ホル
ダ7の後半部には印鑑8を取付けている。印鑑8は浸透
印と称されるもので、印材25、朱肉含浸体26、カバ
ー27及び基台28などによって構成され、その基台2
8が印鑑ホルダ7の後半筒部に嵌着して取り付けられ

り、このキャップ10は頂端部にクリップ29を天冠3
0で挟着して固定し、又、内部にはインナーキャップ3
1を取付けている。インナーキャップ31はキャップ内
部に貫通する天冠30の突起32に嵌着する止金33に
よって固定されている。又、キャップ10の前端開口縁
には飾りリング34を取付けている。このキャップ10
は、印鑑及び印鑑ホルダ7の外周に被せられて、印鑑ホ
ルダ7に固定した上記の嵌合筒9に対しその内面を接触
させて固定する。このキャップ10の嵌着状態におい
て、嵌合筒9の上記の突条24によりキャップ内面と印
鑑8との間に僅かな隙間が生じて、キャップ10は印鑑
8に対し非接触状態を維持する。キャップ10は嵌合筒
9に対し脱着自在であり、又、摩擦力によって嵌合筒9
に対し周方向の回動が一体化する程度の力で固定する。
これにより、キャップ10を回動させると、嵌合筒9及
び印鑑ホルダ7も一体的に回動し、更に、印鑑ホルダ7
に対し筒状カム3も一体的に回動する。従って、キャッ
プ10の回動操作により上記のようにスライダ2が前後
に移動可能となり、筆記体4の先端筆先部5が軸先端口
6において出没自在となる。 【0012】印鑑8を使用する場合は勿論キャップ10
を外す。キャップ10を外すとき、上記のようにキャッ
プ10と印鑑8は非接触状態なので、キャップ10に引
きずられて印鑑8が印鑑ホルダ7から抜ける虞はない。
又、キャップ10は万年筆型で大きいので、キャップ1
0を外すときに手が印面に触れる虞や、外したキャップ
10が紛失する虞もない。 【0013】 【発明の効果】本発明は上記の通りであり、まず印鑑8
が完全にキャップ10の内部に収容されて外観に現れな
いので目障りではなく、しかも、キャップ10は万年筆
型なので外観上の体裁が極めて良い。次にキャップ10
は印鑑8に対し非接触状態なので、キャップ10を外す
ときに印鑑8が抜ける虞がない。また、キャップ10は
上記のように万年筆型で大きいので、外すときに手が印
面に触れて汚れる虞もなく、外しても目につきやすいの
で紛失の虞もない。また、筆記体4の先端筆先部5を出
没させるために、スライダ2と筒状カム3を用い、しか
も、その筒状カム3に対し印鑑ホルダ7を接合したの
で、筆記体の繰り出し機構と印鑑の取付構造が複雑では
なく、部品点数も少ないので製造コストを下げることが
できる、等の効果がある。
