る。タンクからの荷降しはこのフレキシブルホースを使
用してユーザーの工場のサイロ等に送り込む。このフレ
キシブルホースはトラックに積んであり、荷降しのとき
には運転手が接続して使用する。 【0003】この輸送方法では工場のサイロまたはタン
クから重力落下または圧力式の空気輸送によりタンク車
のタンクに押し込み、ゲートを密閉して異物の混入を防
いでいる。また、一般に製粉工場においては異物の混入
を防ぐために製品出荷口の直前に篩を置いて異物の侵入
を防いでいる。また、小麦粉のユーザーであるパン工場
においても原料となる小麦粉の受入れ口に篩を設けてい
ることも多い。このように厳重にチェックをしているに
も拘らず異物が出て来ることもある。 【0004】 【発明が解決しようとする課題】しかし、小口のユーザ
ーでは小麦粉の受入れ口に篩を設けていないのが実際で
あり、このようなときの対策が必要となってきている。
一方、このようなときにタンク車に篩を付けてタンク車
への受入れや払出しを行うことも考えられるが、篩の取
付けスペース等を考えるとなかなか難しい。さらに、荷
降しのときはできるだけ短時間に行う必要があるので、
能力的に効率の良くない篩は使いにくい。 【0005】製粉工場において積出し口へ出て来る小麦
粉はかなり細かいスクリーンを通しており、大きな異物
が入ることはないが、万一の異物侵入に対して除去装置
が必要であるが、簡単な除去装置はこれまでなかった。
空気輸送管の途中にスクリーンを設けたものもあるが、
スクリーンの掃除や保守に手間が掛かり扱い難かった。 【0006】本発明は上述の点に鑑みてなされたもの
で、タンク車から小麦粉等を排出するときに、このタン
ク車に接続する側のジョイント部に簡易なスクリーンを
使って比較的大きな異物を除去するタンク車用ホースを
提供することを目的とする。 【0007】 【課題を解決するための手段】上記課題を解決するた
め、本発明はタンク車から小麦粉等を荷降しするときに
該タンク車のタンクに連結して使用するジョイント部を
有するホースにおいて、該ジョイント部の流入口の断面
に、針金を5〜20mm間隔で格子状に配列した金網
備えたことを特徴とする。 【0008】 【作用】タンク車からの小麦粉等の荷降し時に、このタ
ンク車に接続するホースの入り口側に設けた金網により
異物を確実に除去することができる。また金網にかかっ
た異物はホースを取り外したときに簡単に取り除くこと
ができる。 【0009】 【実施例】以下、本発明を図面に基づいて説明する。 【0010】図1は本発明のタンク車用ホースのタンク
車へのジョイント部の斜視図、図2は本発明のタンク車
用ホースのタンク車へのジョイント部の断面図である。 【0011】タンク車のタンクに入れた小麦粉を受入れ
側のサイロに排出する方法として空気圧送式排出法があ
る。空気圧送式はコンプレッサやブロア駆動による圧縮

カップリング6は例えば図2に示すようにリングを二つ
割にしたもので、その断面が山形をなし、この山形の内
側にホース1のラッパ状部2の拡張部とタンク排出口8
の拡張部とを突き合わせて挿入し、前記二つ割リングを
締め付けて両者を連結するものである。なお、ラッパ状
部2におよそ100〜120mm直径のゴムホース部4
が接続されている。ゴムホース部4の他端が小麦粉受入
サイロに付属する配管と接続するカップリングを備えて
おり、これにより受入配管と接続する。 【0013】ホース1のラッパ状の小麦粉流入側すなわ
ちタンク車側に金属製濾網すなわち金網5が取り付けら
れている。金網5は針金をおよそ5〜20mm間隔に格
子状に配列した金網である。図1、2において、金網5
がラッパ状部2の入り口の大径部に装着されているが、
金網5を図2の点線で示すようラッパ状部2の小径部に
近い方に装着するとよい。このようにすると荷卸しの輸
送中の空気の流れがスムーズに行き、その他の効果は変
わらない。小麦粉は圧縮空気と共にタンク車のタンクか
らA方向にホース1の中に流入し且つA方向に排出され
てサイロに入る。タンク車の搭載量は通常10乃至15
