By the way, in this conventional heat exchanger unit mounting structure, since the upper and lower sides of the heat exchanger unit integrated with the burner unit by screws are fixed to the main body case by screws, When installing or removing the heat exchanger unit for assembly, inspection or repair, especially after the completion of construction, the water heater main body is installed upright, so remove the upper and lower screws when removing. As the number of screws in the screwed state decreases, the weight of the heat exchanger unit is applied to the screws in the screwed state, and the screws and screw holes are deformed. The heat exchanger unit may fall down due to the weight of the unit, and when installing it, you have to hold the heat exchanger unit with someone with the screw holes aligned and screw it in. Maintenance work has been extremely difficult.
