Description: BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 1. Field of the Invention The present invention relates to a manhole in which a plurality of substantially ring-shaped concrete divided bodies are vertically assembled. 2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, as a manhole formed by vertically assembling a plurality of substantially ring-shaped concrete divided bodies,
Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. H10 (1998) discloses a method of sequentially assembling concrete cylinders divided and formed by a centrifugal molding method or the like to assemble a manhole.
It is commonly known as shown in JP-A-325152. [0003] By the way, in the above-mentioned prior art, each of the divided and formed concrete cylinders is transported,
When assembling, the divided body is made of concrete, so it is heavy and not easy to handle, and it is easy to be broken because it is a cylindrical body. There is a problem that when the divided body is damaged due to an earthquake or the like, repair is not easy. [0004] The present invention has been made in view of such problems of the prior art, and an object of the present invention is to reduce the unit weight by further dividing the divided body into arcuate divided pieces. In addition to being easy to handle and easy to assemble, it can be compactly stacked for transportation, reducing costs, and even if damaged, it can be repaired by replacing only the arcuate split piece at the damaged point. It is intended to provide a formula manhole frame. [0005] In order to achieve the above object, a split manhole body according to the present invention comprises a ring-shaped split body further formed of at least three split pieces having an arc-shaped cross section. Overlapping portions are formed at both ends of the arc-shaped divided piece, which overlap with the adjacent divided pieces, packing is arranged in the overlapped portion, and the overlapped portion is joined by bolts and nuts. FIG. 1 to FIG. 3 relate to an embodiment of a split-type manhole body according to the present invention. FIG. 1 shows a case where an arc-shaped split piece is assembled to form a ring-shaped split body. FIG. 2 is a front view of FIG. 1, and FIG. 3 is a front view of the divided pieces placed one on top of another. In the figure, reference numeral 1 denotes a divided body of a manhole body made of concrete, and the divided body 1 is assembled in a substantially ring shape by combining divided pieces 2, 2 ',. I have. At both ends of the split piece 2, overlapping portions 3, 3 overlapping with the adjacent split pieces 2 ′, 2 ″ are formed, and an arc-shaped inner wall at one end of the split piece 2 is formed as a convex portion 4. By forming the arc-shaped outer wall at the other end with the projection 5, the projection 4 of the divided piece 2 is formed.
And the convex portion 5 ″ of the adjacent divided piece 2 ″ are superimposed. Also, the projection 5 of the divided piece 2 and the projection 4 'of the adjacent divided piece 2' are superimposed. Bolt through holes 6, 6, ... are formed at regular intervals in the convex portion 4, and embedded nuts 7, 6, ... in the inner wall of the convex portion 5 correspond to the bolt through holes 6, 6, ..., respectively.
7, ... are buried. Further, a packing 8 is inserted over the entire overlapping surface of the projections 4 and 5. Split piece 2 '
And 2 ″ are assembled in the same manner, and the ring-shaped divided body 1 is assembled. In this embodiment, the split piece 2 is divided into three pieces. However, if the split piece 2 is divided into two pieces, the weight per unit of the split piece 2 is heavy and it is difficult to handle. Since the height is relatively large, the arc-shaped divided pieces 2 are at least divided into three or more because they cannot be compactly stacked and lack stability in the stacked state. FIG. 4 shows the arc-shaped divided piece 2 divided into four parts.
FIG. 10 is a plan view of a ring-shaped divided body 1 obtained by assembling them, and is the same as the above-described configuration except that the divided piece 2 is divided into four parts. The description is omitted here. [0011] The split type man phone having the above-described configuration.
When transporting it to the place where it is to be installed, it is compact if the arc-shaped divided pieces 2, 2 ', ... are piled up, and many divided pieces 2, 2', ... are safe.・ Transportation can be performed reliably, and transportation costs can be reduced. In addition, even if the concrete breaks during transportation, it is of a split type, so that the damage can be reduced. In addition, the assembling of the divided body 1 which is a manhole body is easy to handle because the unit weight of each of the divided pieces 2 is light, and the overlapping portions 3 at both ends of each of the divided pieces 2 are superposed. The ring-shaped divided body 1 can be easily and easily assembled because only the bolts 9 need to be fixed.
Furthermore, since the packing 8 is inserted into the overlapping portion 3, the divided body 1 having excellent watertightness is obtained. In addition, when concrete is damaged during the assembly work, since the concrete is divided, the damage can be reduced. A divided manhole is constructed by sequentially assembling the divided bodies 1, which are the manhole bodies assembled by the means described above, in the vertical direction. Then, even if the manhole is damaged due to long-term use of the manhole or a natural disaster such as an earthquake, the manhole can be easily repaired by removing the bolt 9 at the damaged portion and replacing the divided piece 2. According to the present invention, each ring-shaped divided body is further composed of at least three divided pieces having an arc-shaped cross section, and a polymerization portion which overlaps with an adjacent divided piece is formed at both ends of the arc-shaped divided piece. And
Since packing is arranged in the overlapping portion and the overlapping portion is joined by bolts and nuts, it is lightweight and easy to handle, assembling of each divided piece is also easy, and compact stacking during transportation is possible. The cost can be reduced, and even if it is broken, it can be repaired by replacing only the arc-shaped divided piece at the broken point, resulting in a split manhole body that can be repaired.
