The voice synthesizing circuit 14 reads the voice data stored in the voice file ROM 13 after starting, performs digital signal processing on the voice data, and outputs a voice signal.
From the voice synthesizing circuit 14, for example, a voice signal having a content such as "... a fire has occurred in the vicinity ..." is output. The amplifier circuit 15 amplifies the audio signal from the audio synthesis circuit 14 to a predetermined level and outputs it. The amplifier power supply control circuit 16 is configured to include a transistor 20, a transistor 21, and a resistor 22. When the amplifier start signal from the control circuit 11 is turned off, that is, when it is at “L” level, the output of the transistor 20 is “L”. Then, the switch circuit composed of the transistor 21 and the resistor 22 is turned off, and the power supply of the amplifier circuit 15 is turned off. When the district sound stop switch 8 is pressed and the district sound representative signal B is not input, the control circuit 11 outputs the voice synthesis circuit 1
4, the amplifier circuit 15 and the relay K are turned off in this order to stop the voice alarm from the speaker 4 of the common unit. Short circuit protection circuit 1
Reference numeral 8 is for preventing the wiring between the voice alarm device 6 and the speaker 4 of the common part (that is, the voice signal line KPn-KPCn) from being short-circuited or the wiring in the speaker 4 from being short-circuited, thereby damaging the amplifier circuit 15. The speaker 4 is disconnected from the amplifier circuit 15 by detecting the current. The power supply circuit 19 is a commercial power supply 10
Direct current 24V is generated from 0V and output.

In the conventional voice alarm device described above, the relay circuits K1 to K20 of the speaker line control circuit 17 are turned off after the power of the amplifier circuit 15 is turned off when the alarm is stopped. And corresponding contacts k 1 to k 20
Are opened, the contacts k 1 to k 20 are opened after the power supply of the amplifier circuit 15 is turned off.
While the audio signal line KPn-KPCn is cut off, a noise sound may be generated from the speaker 4 or the short-circuit protection circuit 18 may be activated due to an abnormal waveform signal generated due to a decrease in the power supply of the amplifier circuit 15. That is, the operation becomes unstable between the time when the power of the amplifier circuit 15 is turned off and the time when its output becomes completely zero, and the output of the voice synthesis circuit 14 does not become completely zero during this time. Therefore, the amplifier circuit 15 may output a signal having an abnormal waveform. A noise sound due to this signal may be output from the speaker 4 or the short-circuit protection circuit 18 may be operated. Incidentally, when the short-circuit protection circuit 18 operates, it cannot be restored unless the power source of the voice alarm device itself is turned off. Therefore, once the short-circuit protection circuit 18 operates, it is troublesome to restore it.

The operation of the control circuit 11 when the district sound is stopped will be described with reference to the flow chart shown in FIG. First, in step S10, it is determined whether or not the district sound stop state by the operation of the district sound stop switch 8, that is, the state in which the district sound representative signal B is not input, is output during the voice alarm output. The process is repeated, and if the local sound is stopped, the process proceeds to step S12, and the corresponding individual relay K is turned off. That is, when the speakers 4 and 4 of the common area on the first floor and the second floor of the apartment house are ringing, the relays K1 and K2 are turned off. Relays K1, K2 is the contact k 1, k 2 is turned off is opened, the 1st and the speaker 4, 4 of the second floor of the shared portion is disconnected from the amplifier circuit 15. At this point, no sound is output from the speakers 4 and 4. After the relay K is turned off, that is, after the contacts k 1 and k 2 are opened, the step S14 waits for 5 msec, and after 5 msec, the amplifier start signal to the amplifier power supply control circuit 16 is turned off in step S16 (that is, "L" level). As a result, the power supply to the amplifier circuit 15 is turned off and stopped. After turning off the amplifier starting signal, the control signal for starting the voice synthesizing circuit 14 is turned off (that is, set to "L" level) in step S18. As a result, the voice synthesis circuit 14 is stopped. Note that FIG. 2 shows the above operation in a time chart. In this figure, time T1 is waiting for 5 msec.

As described above, according to the voice alarm device of the present invention, when the output of the voice alarm is stopped, the cutoff circuit for connecting the speaker and the amplifier circuit is opened before the power source of the amplifier circuit is turned off. Since the speaker is controlled to disconnect from the amplifier circuit, even if a signal having an abnormal waveform is output when the power source of the amplifier circuit is turned off, it is possible to prevent a noise sound due to the signal from being output from the speaker. Further, since it is possible to prevent an overcurrent to the speaker due to the noise, it is possible to avoid a malfunction of the short circuit protection circuit. By using this audio alarm device in a fire alarm system for an apartment house, a noise sound is output from the speaker when the alarm is stopped, and the short-circuit protection circuit of the audio alarm device does not malfunction. A fire alarm system for use can be provided.
