Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 【0001】 【発明の属する技術分野】この発明は前面板、前面枠
体、機構基板を合成樹脂製とし、パチンコ機の前面枠
体、機構基板に装着する電気部材、回路装置の組み付
け、その配線処理手段を改良したパチンコ機における電
気部材若しくは回路装置の取付け配線処理構造に関す
る。 【0002】 【従来の技術】従来のパチンコ機は遊技機を島に設置す
るための側枠(木枠)が設けられ、その側枠に対して前
面枠体が開閉自在に設けられ、該前面枠体の四角形の開
口周縁に金枠が開閉自在に設けられ、かつ、前面枠体の
開口に遊技盤が装着され、かつ又前面枠体の背面には、
景品球排出機構裏部品が設けられた機構基板と、遊技盤
に設けられた電動入賞装置等の電子制御回路を備えたも
のとして、従来のパチンコ機の特公昭62−25391
号に開示された入賞玉集合カバーの外側表面に設けられ
た電子制御回路と遊技盤に設けられた電動入賞装置等の
電気部品とを電気配線して一体化する発明や、実公平4
−34862号に開示された制御装置から延在する電源
コードの電源コネクタをターミナルベースの遊技制御用
電源出力部に接続し、遊技機機構部の検出信号系コネク
タと駆動電力供給系コネクタとを裏機構板の背面に導出
させるとともに各コネクタを前記制御装置のそれぞれの
コネクタそれぞれに対応させて接続するようにして、遊
技盤、制御装置、裏機構板の脱着交換時に電気接続系統
を着脱自在とした発明がある。 【0003】 【発明が解決しようとする課題】上記従来の発明には、
合成樹脂製の前面枠体と機構基板とを配線処理の基礎構
造体として、配線処理の正確性と、迅速性と、漏電保護
を併せて考慮し、不具合時の点検修理や電気部材交換処
理を可能とする技術手段は講じられていなかった。 【0004】そこで、本発明は上記した問題点を解決す
るもので、電気部材や回路装置のパチンコ機に対する取
付け位置の設定と装着とを、前面枠体と機構基板との装
着位置相互の関係も考慮して迅速かつ正確に組み付けか
つ配線する事を可能とし、電気部材、回路装置の不具合
時に前面枠体若しくは機構基板に装着された電気部材若
しくは回路装置を取外し離脱し、点検修理交換する事を
可能とし、前面枠体と機構基板との何れをも絶縁性の合
成樹脂材により形成した場合に漏電によるパチンコ機制
御回路の故障の発生を防止できるようにしたパチンコ機
の電気部材若しくは回路装置の取付け配線処理構造を提
供することを目的とする。 【0005】 【課題を解決する手段】この発明の請求項1のパチンコ
機の電気部材若しくは回路装置の取付け配線処理構造
は、合成樹脂製の前面枠体に形成された電気部材若しく
は回路装置を脱着可能に位置決め指定して収容する電気
部材若しくは回路装置の前面枠体取付け部と、合成樹脂
製の機構基板に形成された電気部材若しくは回路装置を
脱着可能に位置決め指定して収容する電気部材若しくは
回路装置の機構基板取付け部とを設け、前記前面枠体取
付け部に装着された電気部材若しくは回路装置との電気
配線を脱着可能に処理する前面枠体の電気配線処理手段
と、前記機構基板取付け部に装着された電気部材若しく
は回路装置との電気配線を脱着可能に処理する機構基板
の電気配線処理手段と、上記合成樹脂製の前面枠体に対
して開閉係脱可能にされる機構基板と前面枠体との相互
間において前面枠体に設けられた電気部材若しくは回路
装置と、機構基板に設けられた電気部材若しくは回路装
置とを、前面枠体に対して機構基板の閉鎖装着状態と開
放状態の何れにおいても接続可能にするとともに、取外
し可能に配線処理する前面枠体と機構基板相互の前面枠
体機構基板相互配線処理手段とが設けられたことを特徴
とするものである。 【0006】この第1の発明の構成による作用は、電気
部材若しくは回路装置の前面枠体取付け部および機構基
板取付け部に電気部材若しくは回路装置を前面枠体と機
構基板との装着位置相互の関係を考慮して位置指定して
取付け、正確に組み付けかつ配線処理する事を可能とす
るとともに配線の無駄を無くすことができる。又、前面
枠体の電気配線処理手段と、機構基板の電気配線処理手
段とをそれぞれの電気部材と回路装置との電気配線を脱
着自由で、前面枠体機構基板相互配線処理手段を前面枠
体と機構基板に設けた電気部材と回路装置と接離自由と
し、点検修理交換を容易にでき、前面枠体と機構基板を
合成樹脂製とした場合、漏電によるパチンコ制御回路の
故障の発生を防止できる。 【0007】 【発明の実施形態】この発明の実施形態を図面に基づい

と、該側枠1の一側に開閉自在に軸支されかつ合成樹脂
製前面枠体2と、該前面枠体の前面上部には遊技盤5の
遊技領域を囲いうる遊技開口が形成され、遊技面の外周
に沿って前面装飾部が設けられ、背面のガラス板収容枠
取付け部に金属製ガラス板収容枠4が装着された前面板
3と、その前面下部に開閉自由に設けられかつ上皿9が
固着される上皿取付け用第一前板8と、該取付け板の下
方の前面枠体2に下皿11が固定される下皿取付け用第
二前板10、操作ハンドル12等から構成されている。
又、前記前面枠体2は遊技盤5の遊技領域に相当する面
積を規制する開口が設けられ、その開口に沿う周囲は隠
蔽部とし、その背面に遊技盤5が当てられてレールで囲
われる遊技領域を開口内に位置させ、その遊技盤5の背
面に機構基板6が開閉係脱可能に設けられ、かつ機構基
板6にその背面を覆う機構基板裏カバー7が開閉係脱可
能に設けられている。この機構基板6とは、賞球を貯留
誘導制御し、セーフ球を導出し、アウト球を排出し、球
タンクやタンクレール、払出し装置や回路基板が装着さ
れ、前面枠体2に開閉係脱され遊技盤を前面枠体2に収
納した状態で閉鎖固着されるものを指す。又、機構基板
裏カバー7とは、機構基板6の中央の開口、すなわち、
遊技盤5の背面に備えたセーフ球集合路502、制御回
路基板511等を露出させる開口の背面を覆うものを指
す。 【0009】側枠 図1、図2および図6において、側枠1は木製板材で枠
組みし、その一側上下に軸支部材13が備えられ、合成
樹脂製前面枠体2が開閉自由に軸支される。この側枠1
の開放側の内側上下に鍵装置と係脱して前面枠体2を開
閉するための係止金具が取付けられている。木製側枠1
は合成樹脂で成形された前面板3および前面枠体2より
側端を若干巾広に構成して、合成樹脂で形成された前面
板、前面枠の物理的損傷から防護するように構成され
て、パチンコ機の保管、輸送取扱時に、木製部位を主体
として取扱い、樹脂前面板部、前面枠体が損傷すること
を防護することを可能とする。側枠1の下部には、受け
部14aを有する前枠14がコーナー取付け金具15で
ビス着固定され、前枠14の受け部14aで前面枠体2
を係り受け、パチンコ機枠体を補強し、外力による歪み
を防止するとともに、前面枠体2の荷重を安定的に係り
受け、軸支部材13への負荷を軽減している。又、側枠
1の下端には、側枠1より巾広にされた安定板16が固
定され、パチンコ機の倒壊を防止する構造としてある。 【0010】前面枠体 図1乃至図10において、前面枠体2を説明する。前面
枠体2は合成樹脂によって一体成形されるもので、その
上部に遊技盤の遊技領域を規制する円形渦巻き状の誘導
レールの外周面に合致する円形の開口21を有する主枠
体20と、主枠体20の前面側の上部の表示体収容部に
装着する表示体発光部ホルダー81と、球誘導レールカ
バー体26と、発射レールユニット収容部231と、賞
球ユニット収容部234と、球嵌まり込み防止縁235
aを有する球嵌まり込み防止板235と、その裏面側の
遊技盤収容面220、配線スペース223、鍵装置収容
部241等から構成されている。 【0011】前面枠体2は前面板より巾広に形成され、
合成樹脂で形成され傷に弱い装飾面が前面板が間接的に
も前面枠体で保護される。主枠体20の前面側には周囲
に若干巾狭の前面板3が合致する周壁201が形成さ
れ、その枠体20の上部に遊技盤5の遊技領域51を形
成する円形渦巻き状の誘導レール50の外周面に合致す
るほぼ円形の遊技面収容開口21が形成され、その周囲
に遊技盤周辺の否遊技面を包み隠すとともに遊技盤領域
外の表示部を兼ねる遊技盤面部分隠蔽部22が形成さ
れ、かつ該遊技盤面部分隠蔽部22には、その上部に表
示手段の表示体発光部ホルダー81が装着された表示体
収容部23と、その表示体収容部とは距離間隔を存して
側方に別の表示体87が装着される表示体収容部24
と、前記開口21の下方には遊技盤5に設けられた球誘
導レール50の側端部を覆接する球誘導レールカバー体
26と、下部に第一前板8、第二前板10が装着され、
かつ発射レールユニット収容部231と、賞球ユニット
収容部234が形成され、球嵌まり込み防止縁235a
を有する球嵌まり込み防止板235を取付ける取付け部
等が設けられた板状部25とが構成されている。 【0012】前面枠体2の主枠体20に設けられる遊技
領域を規制する開口21は遊技盤5の円形渦巻き状の誘
導レール50の遊技領域に相当する円形状とし、ほぼ四
角形の木製遊技盤5が前面枠体2の背面側の遊技盤収容
面220内に嵌合され、遊技盤5の遊技領域を決める誘
導レール50が円形の開口21内に嵌合され、遊技盤5
は背面において係脱手段で止められる。遊技盤周辺の否
遊技面を包み隠す遊技盤面部分隠蔽部22は、ガラス面
上と遊技盤面上との間に、遊技盤面部分隠蔽部22を段
違い状に形成することにより、針金等の遊技盤面の遊技
領域への侵入を防ぎ付勢防止機能を発揮させるととも
に、遊技盤面と遊技盤面部分隠蔽部22でパチンコ機前
面側に従来構成では得られなかった新たな趣向感が出現
されている。球誘導レールカバー体26は合成樹脂製前
面枠体2に一体成形して、パチンコ球のガラス面への衝
突衝撃を特別な保護部材をパチンコ機のガラス面に対し
て取付けることなく前面枠体において防護することを可
能としてある。また、球誘導レール50がガラス面に接
触してこれを破損し損傷することから防護している。 【0013】前面枠体2の主枠体20の前面構造は、上
部に前面板3の装飾部材を照明表示する表示手段が設け
られている。この表示手段として実施形態では、背面側
に設けられた表示体80の発光部を内部に収容する表示
体発光部ホルダー81が設けられ、従来機種でパチンコ
枠体と遊技盤の上隅に設けられていた表示部を前面枠体
に一括収容し、従来パチンコ機本体枠と遊技盤とでそれ
ぞれ表示部及び装飾部を組付けていた不具合を解消し、
個別の組立作業とそれに使用する部品点数の減少が図ら
れている。 【0014】前記前面枠体2の主枠体20の前面上部に
は、前記前面板3の装飾レンズ体70と中央の装飾レン
ズ板71の後部に複数の表示体80が列設された表示体
発光部ホルダー81を収容する凹状の表示体収容部23
と、側方部に前記表示体とは所定の距離間隔を隔てて遊
技盤角部に対応して位置し、別の表示体を収容する凹状
表示体収容部24とが形成され、それぞれの表示情報伝
達効果、装飾効果を互いに干渉し誤認し合わない構成で
配置されている。 【0015】図3、図7および図8において、合成樹脂
製表示体発光部ホルダー81は、前記前面板3の装飾レ
ンズ体70と中央の装飾レンズ板71を後部から照明し
うるように、前面を開口した横長形状とし、ランプの頭
部を誘入しその頭部背面にバックライト面が形成できる
領域を凹設し、光の乱反射効果を増大可能とした凹状器
体で、内部が複数個の仕切壁82で区画形成され、凹状
器体の各区画の後壁83には、表示体80、例えば、ラ
ンプが誘入される透孔が設けられ、そのホルダーの後壁
83の背面側周囲に基板収容空間が構成され、該基板収
容空間において後壁83に表示体80、すなわちランプ
が備えられた基板85が装着され、基板85の表示体8
0が前記透孔を通じて各区画に挿入されて構成されてい
る。該ホルダー81の凹状器体は位置決めして嵌合しう
る表示体収容部23に嵌合され、凹状器体の後壁83が
前面枠体2の主枠体20の上部に凹設した表示体収容部
23の電気表示基板取付け部221に取付けビス91で
ビス止めされている。表示体発光部ホルダー81の両端
の区画の表示体80は前面板3の装飾レンズ体70用で
あり、中間の区画の表示体80は同じく装飾レンズ板7
1用である。この構成とすることにより、複数個の表示
体80それぞれの表示効果を各別に発揮させるとともに
各表示体の発光点を保護することができる。又、前面枠
体2の主枠体20の両側方部に設けた表示体収容部24
には表示体用孔93が設けられ、該表示体用孔93に別
の表示体87を位置させ、その表示効果を発揮させる。
92は配線引出し孔で、表示体発光部収容ホルダー81
内の基板85より取り出された配線を前面枠体裏面に設
けられる入出力回路基板271にコネクタ271aを介
して脱着可能に導出されている。 【0016】表示体80、87は複数の表示ランプ、L

の特定領域をパチンコ球が通過した場合、可動可変入賞
装置が作動状態となった時、満たん検出スイッチの作動
時、可動可変入賞装置における変動動作が終了する予
告、当たりが成立しやすい図柄表示装置の変動状態時、
リーチ発生時等、或いは賞球の払出し、球切れの発生な
どを表示報知できるようにする。上記実施形態では、前
面枠体2の表示体80と87で前面板3の装飾レンズ体
70と装飾レンズ板71を照明表示するようにしてある
が、これに限定されるものではなく、前面枠体2の装飾
レンズ板72に対応する位置にも表示体を備えて照明表

コ機のベース枠となる側枠1に開閉係脱可能とする金属
製第三の軸支手段29を前面枠体2の上側端部を挟持し
て収容する第三の軸支部材収容部208が形成され、前
面枠体2を側枠1に取付けるための軸支部材の前面枠体

きを一枚の合成樹脂板で形成して深く持たせない形態と
し、しかも発射レール装置と賞球回収ユニットとの前面
枠体における所定位置への取付けを位置案内指定し、適
性な状態で迅速に行わせることを合成樹脂製の板状成形
体上に形成した凸凹部により可能としている。 【0022】前面枠体2の主枠体20の下方の板状部2
5に透設された球嵌まり込み防止板取付け孔248にビ

み防止板235の縁部235aがパチンコ機前面側より
重なって包み覆う状態で、前面枠体の球嵌まり込み防止
板取付け孔248を介して装着された球嵌まり込み防止
板235には、ファール球回収孔237を打球発射レー
ルの先端縁とともに形成する回収縁235bを備える。
該回収縁235bより賞球流出口238の下側端に臨ん
で球嵌まり込み防止縁235aが打球発射レール側に向
けて延出形成され、前面板3が開放状態の時前面枠体下
部に球が溜まらない貯留球排除構造が形成されている。 【0023】前面枠体2の下部には打球供給皿付き前板

放形成されている。又、下部前面に前面板3と第一前板
8を枢支する第一軸支部材27が設けられている。該第
一軸支部材27に開閉自由に軸支される第一前板8の錠
装置110が係脱される鍵係受板217が発射レールユ
ニット収容部231の右側位置の係受板取付け部218
に設けられ、第一前板8が錠装置110の操作により開
閉可能に設けられている。前面枠体2に形成した凹部
が、打球供給皿(前板)軸支係入部と溢れ球用下皿のパ
チンコ機前面への膨出量を適正な状態で押さえることが
できる。又主枠体20の下部に背面の取付け基板291
に取付けられる打球発射装置290の前面側調整部露出
用透孔219が透設され、第二前板10を取外して打球
発射装置290の打球槌の付勢手段の調整、カムの調整
等前面側調整部を前面側より調整可能とする。かつ又、
打球発射装置290の操作ハンドル12、操作レバーが
第二前板10の一側に装着される。又、前面枠体2の下
部には、後述の遊技盤5の中央制御回路基板511に設
けられた入賞や当たりの発生若しくは異常時等にパチン
コ遊技の進行に応じて格別に電子音を出力する音声駆動
回路からの出力配線と、球貸し操作と球貸し情報表示に
関してカードデータ処理中継回路基板273と球貸し出
しスイッチ102、球貸し出しスイッチランプ103、
度数表示器104、精算スイッチ105とを電気的に接
続する球貸し処理配線と、第一前板8に導入する為の入
出力配線とを第一前板に導出する為の配線引出し用透口
249が設けられている。かつ又、第二前板の下端に設
けた前板係止爪を係合する係合孔259が複数個所定の
間隔をおいて透設され、第二前板の前板係止爪を係合孔
259に差込位置決めでき、しかる後、第二前板は前面
枠体2の板状部25にビス着される。打球発射装置等の
調整が必要なときには、この第二前板10を取外して前
面側より前面側調整部露出用透孔219を通じて調整を
することができる。 【0024】主枠体20の左側中央には機構基板6に設
ける球抜き装置をピンで操作する球抜き操作用穴211
が設けられ、右側上下に第1係止部242の係止部収容
孔244が透設され、右側中央に鍵部209が形成さ
れ、該鍵部209に鍵装置240の鍵体209aが備え
られている。又、右側上部隅角に前面板3の開閉を検知
する前面板開閉検知スイッチ部材収容孔216が形成さ
れ、前面板開閉検知スイッチ部材215が該収容孔21
6に前面に若干突出状に設置され、前面板3の開閉時に
スイッチをON、OFFさせ、前面板3の開閉をパチン
コ機台の島の表示装置、或いはパチンコホールの管理室
のコンピュータ装置に表示可能に設けられている。 【0025】前面枠体2の主枠体20の背面構造は、図
4、図5、図6、図9、および図10に示すように、中
央部に遊技盤収容面220と、電気表示基板取付け部2
21と、配線スペース223、鍵装置収容部241等が
構成されている。該遊技盤収容面220は遊技盤5の遊
技領域51の外側の否遊技領域51aの前面を隠蔽する
隠蔽面22aと、遊技盤5をその上部、下部、左、右両
側で包み収容する立て壁227とにより前面枠体2の中
央に一体形成されている。すなわち、遊技盤収容面22
0は、遊技盤5に装設された球誘導レール50の外周縁
を取り囲む状態で第1の立て壁225が形成されて遊技
面収容開口21が設けられる一方、収容される遊技盤5
の厚みに対応する第2の立て壁227が上下左右側部に
対設されて遊技盤収容開口226が構成され、パチンコ
機内に脱着可能に収容する遊技盤5を前面方向、上下方
向、左右方向の何の方向にも、所定の巾域を有する面接
触で維持収容する構成にされ、遊技盤が適性な厚み内で
確実に前面枠体内に収納できる。遊技盤5を収納した
後、運搬時等の振動衝撃によって前面枠体に対する遊技
盤の位置ずれ発生防止ができる。 【0026】前面枠体2の主枠体20には、前記遊技盤
収容面220の周縁部にほぼ長形状で中心部は格子状に
近い形状に枠体補強リブ222が立設形成され、上部に
電気表示基板を位置決めして取付け可能とする電気表示
基板取付け部221が一体形成されている。合成樹脂製
前面枠体2に電気表示基板取付け部221を一体形成し
たので、特別な装着手段を遊技盤や前面板に設けること
なく、迅速にパチンコ機に表示体を装着できる。該電気
表示基板取付け部221の背面側に相当する位置には配
線スペース223が構成され、かつ、その配線スペース
223に弾性を有する配線止め片223aが一体形成さ
れ、表示体80用の基板85、表示体87用の基板88
への配線275aをまとめて配線スペース223を通じ
て入出力回路基板271等に接続するように構成されて
いる。強度を補強するためのリブ、筒状部が一括して設
けられているので、新たに特別な補強手段を前面枠体に
装着して配線処理ダクトを構成しなくてもよい。各基板
の配線束を通す配線スペースとして、上部右側の入出力
回路基板収容部263から下部右側の中継回路基板収容
部265までに配線スペース274が形成されている。
配線スペース223には、表示ランプ80、87の基板
85、88の配線、スイッチ部材215の配線等の各種
配線275aが纏めて配設され、また配線スペース27
4には中央制御回路基板、発射装置回路基板、払出し回
路基板、カードデータ処理中継回路基板への信号と電源
の入出力配線等の各種配線275bが纏めて配設されて
いる。なお、268は基板配線貫通孔で、駆動モータ用
発射装置回路基板277よりの配線をカバー体267に
設けられた発射装置配線第2コネクタ278により主枠
体裏面側でカバー体267の内側配線に脱着可能にさ
れ、接続配線276をもって発射装置配線第1コネクタ
273bにより中継回路基板273に接続されている。 【0027】又、前記主枠体20の背面は遊技盤装着リ
ブ222a、発射装置装着リブ222b、回路基板装着
リブ222cとによって各装置の前面枠体前面側からの
装着設置面までの高さ(厚み)が一括して各別に設定さ
れ、高さ、厚みの異なる各装着部材を前面枠体2の内部
容積内の所定の高さに収め収容可能とするとともに、合
成樹脂により形成された前面枠体に強度を与え、リブに
併せて形成された案内縁若しくは片により各装置や部材
の前面枠体への取付け位置を指定し案内することを可能
としている。前面枠体2には少なくとも発射装置装着部
と回路基板装着部との取付け用ビス口、若しくは収容口
が一体形成されている。 【0028】前面枠体2の主枠体20の裏面の周辺部に
は、各種基板の収容部が形成されている。すなわち、上
部左側に表示ランプ87の表示ランプ基板90を収容す
る表示ランプ基板収容部261と、前面板開閉検知スイ

側にパチンコ機外部管理装置と接続する入出力回路基板

けフック264が設けられ、該スイッチ取付けフック2
64に前面板開閉検知スイッチ部材収容孔216に位置
させる前面板開閉検知スイッチ215が脱着可能に取付
けられ、かつ、入出力回路基板収容部263にはビス孔
263aに入出力回路基板271が、中継回路基板収容
部265にはビス孔265aにカードデータ処理中継回
路基板273がそれぞれ位置指定して基板取付けビスで
取着され、取付け基板収容部266にはビス孔266a
に打球発射装置取付け基板291がビスで取着されてい
る。 【0030】前記パチンコ機外部管理装置と接続する入
出力回路基板271は、始動入賞数信号、大当たり発生
処理信号、不正信号、入賞信号、払出し動作(処理)信
号、打球発射駆動信号、特別な入賞領域通過検出信号、
球貸し処理信号、前面板開放信号、球切れ信号等を各別
にパチンコ機内外に入出力するための多数のコネクタ2
71aが列状に配設され、ヒューズ271bが備えられ
ている。また、カードデータ処理中継回路基板273は
パチンコ機に対応してセットされるプリペードカード処
理ユニットと、当該パチンコ機前面に設けられる球貸し
操作および表示回路基板と、発射装置回路基板と、払出
し回路基板等とを電気的に中継処理するものである。該
中継回路基板273には、プリペードカード処理ユニッ
ト接続コネクタ273a、発射装置配線第1コネクタ2
73b、カードデータ処理状態表示LED273cが備
えられている。なお、276aは払出し回路基板612
と機構基板6の払出し駆動ユニット611との接続配
線、276bは払出し回路基板612とカードデータ処
理中継回路基板273との接続配線である。276cは
発射装置との接続配線である。尚、上記の各種配線には
シールド線を信号線若しくは電源線と併設して引き回し
配線する配線構造として、各種配線からノイズが侵入し
て入出力回路基板271、カードデータ処理中継回路基
板273、図柄表示装置制御回路基板512、中央制御
回路基板511、発射装置回路基板、中継基板513等
の各種制御回路基板に誤動作が発生する事を防止する構
造としてもよい。 【0031】図4、図5、図9、図10および図14に
おいて、前面枠体2の背面には、柱状鍵装置240を断
面L字状で位置指定し係収容する鍵装置収容部241

下側端部の複数箇所で位置指定して装備する金属製軸部

前面枠体2の主枠体20の左側に、パチンコ機の前面板
3および側枠1を一体化して固着するための鍵部材を取
付け位置を案内指定して収容する断面L型の鍵取付け壁
面241aが形成され、該鍵取付け壁面241aに鍵収
容孔246が透設され、これに鍵の筒部を誘入させると
ともに、前記鍵取付け壁面241aに鍵体を誘導して前
面枠体2に装着する案内工程と、前面枠体2に透設され
た取付け孔を介してビスを前面枠体2の取付けボスに螺
旋入する固着工程とにより、前面枠体に極めて容易かつ
迅速に鍵装置240を装着することができる。合成樹脂
製の前面枠体2を木製側枠1に、開閉かつ係脱可能に装
着するための、折り曲げ形成された金属製軸支部材13
を収容する軸部材取付け部245を前面枠体2に形成し
た。これにより開閉係脱時における前面枠体2の耐久強
度が全体を金属とすることなく補完できる。 【0033】前面枠体2の裏面側の鍵装置収容部241
に装着する鍵装置240は、合成樹脂製の前面板3のガ
ラス板収容枠4に設けた係受体49が係脱される第1の
係止部242と木製の側枠1の係止金具が係脱される第
2の係止部243とが相対向して突設され柱状とされた
鍵装置240の取付け位置を決める鍵装置位置決め体2
47が構成され、その位置決め体247に取付けた鍵装
置の第1の係止部242の係止部収容孔244が上下に
設けられ、該係止部収容孔244から前方へ突出する第
1の係止部242に前記前面板3の背面に装着したガラ
ス板収容枠4の係止板49が係脱可能とされ、第2の係
止部243は後方に突出して側枠1の係止金具に係脱可
能とされている。従って、前面枠体3にガラス板収容枠
4の金属片を介して前面板3を側枠1に付設された鍵部
材を介して側枠1を同時に前面側および背面側に装着す
るための鍵装置240に前後の作用部(係着部)を一体
形成し、これを前面枠体2に装着し、前記前面板3と、
側枠1と、機構基板6とを開閉可能にセッティングした
構成としたので、前面枠体2に設けられた鍵装置により
前面板3と側枠1とを併せてパチンコ機本体に形成でき
る。 【0034】パチンコ機本体木製の側枠1に当該前面枠
体2を回動係脱自在に装着するための金属製軸支部材1
3を上下側端部の複数箇所で位置指定して装備する金属
製軸部材取付け部245とが一体形成されている。合成
樹脂製の前面枠体を木製側枠に、開閉かつ係脱可能に装
着するための、折り曲げ形成された金属製軸支部材を収
容する前面枠体2の耐久強度が全体を金属とすることな
く補完できている。 【0035】前面枠体2の背面側の遊技面収容開口21
の上部一側には打球止体230、例えば、球止めゴムを
係支する打球止体装着部229が一体形成されている。
従来遊技盤に設けていた球止め部材の取付け部が前面枠
体2に一体形成されたので、遊技盤5に球止手段を組付
けなくともよく、作業工程と部品点数の簡略化が図れる
効果を生じる。 【0036】主枠体20の板状部25の背面には、透明
なカバー体267が被せられてビス止めされ、アウト球
を、パチンコ機背面側で開閉可能に覆設され賞品球払出
し装置等が設けられた機構基板6に導出するためのアウ
ト球排出路236が一体成形され、他のアウト球誘導手
段を設けて導くための構成を設けることを不要としてあ
る。すなわち、主枠体20の背面に上面に誘入口236
aを有し、背面に排出口236bが設けられたアウト球
排出通路236が縦方向に形成され、遊技盤5の背面の
アウト球排出通路503から流下するアウト球が上面の
誘入口236aから入り、アウト球排出通路236を通
過して排出口236bから後部の機構基板6のアウト球
排出路に排出させる。そのアウト球排出通路236には
アウト球を円滑に流下させるべく縦方向に凹凸状が形成
されている。 【0037】又、賞球ユニット収容部234の賞球出口
238には機構基板6の賞球排出口601が関連設置さ
れ、賞球が賞球排出口601から賞球排出口238を介
して第一前板8の上皿9に排出される。かつ、アウト球
排出通路236の直下には、溢れ球下皿収容部210に
連通して溢れ球排出通路295が構成され、機構基板6
の背面に設けられる賞球通路が関連接続される。溢れ球
下皿収容部210に設けられた溢れ球排出通路295に
は、静電気電荷除去用球通過面体296が装着けられ、
該静電気電荷除去用球通過面体296から鍵装置240
の金属製部材に導電部材としてアース配線297が主枠
体20の下辺と取付け基板280との間に構成される配
線スペース298を通じて配設されてアースされる。こ
れによりパチンコ機内、特に前面枠体2の背面の機構基
板6内を通過するパチンコ球に帯電した静電気を鍵、鍵
に作用する人体を介してパチンコ機上部において発生し
た帯電電荷も下部の溢れ球排出通路295において、帯
電した電荷を煩雑な電気配線を引き回し処理することな
く、鍵装置240を介して除去することができる効果を
生じる。 【0038】本実施の形態に記載の合成樹脂製の前面板
3,合成樹脂製の前面枠体2,合成樹脂製の機構基板6
を導電性合成樹脂として成形し、静電気によるパチンコ
機の誤動作対策を行う構造としてもよい。このようにす
れば、アース配線の取り回し接続が簡略化でき、制御回
路のGND線を機構基板6や前面枠体2に適宜ビス着し
接続することが可能となる。この場合、機構基板6全体
を導電性として形成すれば、静電気除去用導電板675
を機構基板6に取付ける工程を不要とすることが可能と
なる。また、前面枠体2を導電性樹脂で成形し、導電性
金属よりなる鍵装置240と前面枠体2とを接触面を介
し電荷が導通する構成とすれば、アース線297を鍵装
置240に配線処理することなく、前面枠体2や機構基
板6に帯電した電荷を、鍵操作する人体と対地を介して
除去することが可能となる。なお、静電気のほか電磁波
等によるノイズ対策手段として使用され制御回路基板に
配設されるノイズ除去用コアを、この制御回路基板とは
別に、パチンコ機に取付ける為の、ノイズ除去用コア装
着面を合成樹脂製の前面枠対3や機構基板6に設ける構
成としてもよい。 【0039】前面枠体2の背面側には遊技盤を遊技盤収
容面220に収容して後、離脱不能とする遊技盤5の係
止め部材250、251が複数箇所に設けられている。
係止め部材250は合成樹脂製でL字状に形成されて遊
技盤面への作用片250a側が短く形成され、操作片2
50b側が長くかつ巾広く形成され、そのL字の角部の
支軸252が主枠体20の一側に設けられた支軸部25
3に回動可能に設けられ、係止め部材250の固定操作
前においては操作面を前面枠体の端縁側に突出させて短
い作用片が遊技盤収容面220から外れた位置、すなわ
ち縦方向となり、遊技盤の固定後においては操作面が前
面枠体の端縁内に収容され、短い作用片が遊技盤5の背
面に係止固定される作動変位を呈する形態とする。前記
係止め部材250の操作片は作用片側に比較して固定後
においての開放操作を容易とするため所定の広い巾とし
て形成された開放作用面が形成され、遊技盤固定時には
遊技盤縁外への操作部の露出量を無くすとともに開放離
脱操作を容易としてある。主枠体20の下部の板状部2
5には係止め部材収容部254が円形に形成され、係止
め部材251が回動自由に備えられ、係止め部材251
の先端の係止め部251aが遊技盤5の背面に係脱可能
に備えられている。すなわち、係止め部材251は合成
樹脂製でI状で円形の係止め部材収容部254に嵌合し
て回動しうる形状とし、その一側に係止め部材収容部2
54の背面に露出して先端の係止め部251aが形成さ
れ、その係止め部材251の中央が支軸255で回動自
在に設けられる。254aは係止め部材251の回動量
を縦から横へ90度とする回動量規制孔で、該回動量規
制孔に係止め部材251の後端251bを係合させる。
而して、該係止め部材251で遊技盤5を固定する場合
には、係止め部材251を縦にして先端の係止め部25
1aを遊技盤5の背面に係止固定させ、遊技盤5を外す
時は、係止め部材251をほぼ90度回動して横向きと
し、先端の係止め部251aを遊技盤5の背面から外
し、遊技盤を解放させ、遊技盤5は遊技盤収容開口22
6から外すことができる。 【0040】前面枠体2の背面には打球発射装置290
の打球発射装置取付け基板291を位置決め指定して装
着するための取付け基板収容部266が形成され、発射
装置の前面枠体2における所定位置への装着が前面枠体
2に形成された位置決め溝と取付けボスとにより所定位
置に正確に案内され固着される。打球発射装置290は
打球発射装置取付け基板291に打球槌292が軸支さ
れ、該打球槌には弾発力を付与する付勢手段が装設さ
れ、かつ操作ハンドル12の操作レバーの回動操作によ
り打球槌292の弾発力が調整され、操作レバーの操作
により起動するモータ293の駆動によりカムの作用で
打球槌292のカム係受体が回動されて、打球槌292
が付勢手段に抗して弾発され、前記発射レール233の
発射部位に供給位置する打球が発射される。前面枠体2
の前面側に装設された打球発射レールの打球待機位置と
打球発射用装置に設けられる打球ハンマーの槌先とが狂
いなく正確にセッティングできる。 【0041】前記前面枠体3の背面には、賞球タンクや
賞球排出装置が装備された機構基板6が開閉かつ係脱可
能に設けられている。一側上下の軸受け部材取付け孔2
58に機構基板係支部材軸受け部材256が設けられ、
かつ他側の上下に機構基板止め部材622用の取付け用
孔257が設けられ、機構基板6が主枠体20の背面を
覆うように開閉可能に設けられ、機構基板6を閉じたと
きにはその開放側が機構基板止め部材622で固定可能
に設けられている。 【0042】遊技盤 図1、図11乃至図13において、前記前面枠体2の遊
技盤収容面220に収容される遊技盤5は、ほぼ正方形
の合板により構成され、その周辺の隅角部は遊技盤収容
面220の形状に合致する形状とされている。すなわ
ち、上部右側には入出力回路基板位置指定用切欠き52
a、上部左側には検出部接続コネクタ収容部262のL
型壁面に嵌合させる位置指定用切欠き52b、下部左側
には賞球ユニット収容部234のL型壁面に位置指定し
て嵌合させる位置指定用切欠き52cが形成され、かつ
周辺に前記前面枠体2の主枠体20の背面の位置決め突
起228に位置決め嵌合する嵌合孔53が透設され、そ
の前面には打球発射装置290により打球発射レール2
33から発射される打球を遊技領域へ誘導し、かつ遊技
領域51を形成する円形渦巻き状に誘導レール50が設
けられてその遊技領域外は否遊技面51aとなり、前面
枠体2の遊技面隠蔽部22の背面の隠蔽面22aに当接
させて隠蔽させ、該誘導レール50の内側が遊技領域5
1とされて打球が転動するものである。遊技領域内に
は、特別図柄表示装置54、大入賞口55、風車、釘等
が設けられ、かつ、遊技領域の最下部にはアウト球口5
6が設けられている。又誘導レール50の内周の両側に
円弧状の表示体収容孔57が形成され、表示体として表
示ランプ58が配置される。この表示ランプ58は表示
ランプ基板516にLEDが複数個備えられている。遊
技盤5の遊技領域外の下部に合成樹脂製シール貼着部5
9が構成されている。而して、シール214がこのシー
ル貼着部59に貼着されて前記前面枠体2のシール貼着
用開口部212を通じて正面から透視できるように設け
る。遊技盤5の上部一側にU字型に切欠した遊技盤取出
し用孔504が設けられ、遊技盤を遊技盤収容面220
から外す時、該遊技盤取出し用孔504に指等を掛けて
引出し可能とする。 【0043】図13において、遊技盤5の前面を説明す
る。521は左袖と右袖入賞口、522は左落しと右落
し入賞口、523は第1種始動口(普通電動役物に係る
入賞口)、55は大入賞口、524は特定領域、525
はゲート、526は普通図柄表示装置(ミニデジタ
ル)、54は特別図柄表示装置、58はサイド表示ラン
プ(LED)、527はランプ風車、528は風車であ
る。而して、打球がゲート525のいずれかを通過する
と普通図柄表示装置526が変動し、普通図柄表示装置
526の数字が特定の数字、例えば「3」「7」で停止
すると、第1種始動口523が設定した時間、例えば約
2秒開放され、第1種始動口523にゲート525から
の打球が入賞すると、特別図柄表示装置54がデジタル
式に変動し、停止する。その時、特別図柄表示装置54
の図柄が所定の組合せになると、大当たりとなり、大入
賞口55が所定の開放時間開放され、特定領域524に
打球が入ることにより特定の大当たりとなる。又、左袖
又は右袖入賞口521かつ左落し又は右落し入賞口52
2に打球が入ると入賞となる。前記左袖又は右袖入賞口
521、左落し又は右落し入賞口522、第1種始動口
523等入賞口に打球が転入するとセーフ球となり、遊
技盤5の背面のセーフ球集合通路に流下し、機構基板6
のセーフ球集合樋66、セーフ球集合路67に集めら
れ、セーフ球検出ユニット610に流下する。なお、特
別図柄表示装置54の表示面に紫外線除去フイルムを貼
着する構造とし、遊技者をパチンコ遊技によって生じる
視覚障害から防護するようにしてもよい。 【0044】又、この遊技盤5の背面には図13に示す
ように、各種入賞口や入賞装置のセーフ球を誘導集合す
るセーフ球集合通路502が構成されている。又、可変
表示装置収納体501等の背面には中央制御回路基板5

3が設けられている。この中央制御回路基板511は入
賞の発生に伴う賞球の払出し動作をし、図柄表示装置、
入賞装置、表示ランプの駆動制御等をする。図柄表示装
置制御回路基板512は機種によっては入賞装置制御回
路基板としてある。514は中央制御基板と図柄表示装
置制御回路基板との相互配線コネクタ、515は中央制
御基板と中継基板との相互配線コネクタである。かつ
又、遊技盤5の背面には、前記アウト球口56に対応す
る位置の下方にアウト球通路503が設けられ、アウト
球は前面枠体2の背面のアウト球排出通路236を介し
て機構基板6の球排出路に導かれる。アウト球口56は
機構基板6の下部開口縁の上側に位置し、アウト球口5
6の背面は別の部材、例えば、合成樹脂製覆い板56a
が当てられて塞がれ、アウト球は覆い板505によりア
ウト球通路503を通じて下方へ誘導される。このアウ
ト球口56とアウト球通路503はセーフ球通路と隔壁
で分離されている。517aは入出力回路基板271と
中央制御回路基板511との相互配線、517bは中央
制御回路基板511とカードデータ処理中継基板273
との相互配線、517cは中央制御回路基板511と表
示ランプ58の表示ランプ基板516との相互配線であ
る。制御回路基板511,512は遊技盤5の背面に直
接取付けられている。尚、遊技盤5に設けられる表示部
の複数の発行ダイオード(LED)を駆動点灯する回路
としては、ダイレクト点灯回路を使用せず、スキャニン
グ点灯回路を使用する。例えば、トランジスタを周波数
50HZから60HZにて順次点灯を繰り返し制御する
回路とすることにより、1サイクルの所定のタイミング
ではLEDは1しか点灯駆動されないが、繰り返し点灯
駆動される為、複数のLEDを点灯表示するに要する消
費電力の軽減をはかれる効果を生じる。 【0045】図9に示すように、両側に配置された係止

回動して先端の係止め部251aを遊技盤5の背面に係
合させ遊技盤5が両側と下方において的確に固定され

位置指定して装着する賞球タンク取付け部62aと、そ
の直下にタンクレールを構成するタンクレールカバー6
41を取付けるタンクレールカバー取付け部641a
と、側方に前記タンクレール640の賞球誘導路63に
連続して球払出し駆動ユニット611へ屈曲した賞球通
路64、第二の球切れ検出装置614および球抜き装置
660を備えた賞球通路器体616の賞球通路器体取付
け部616aと、球払出し駆動ユニット611の駆動ユ
ニット取付け部611aと、駆動ユニット611からの
賞球通路64a、溢れ球通路602と球抜き通路65a
が立ち上がり壁で分離して同一面に形成され、かつ、下
部にセーフ球集合樋66,セーフ球集合路67,セーフ
球導出路68とが立ち上がり壁により分離して同一面に
形成され、その下方にセーフ球検出ユニット610の検
出ユニット収容部610aと、満たん検出装置670の
満たん検出装置収容部670aとが形成されている。そ
の背面側上部に賞球(貸し球)が貯留される賞球タンク
62を装着するとともにタンクレール取付け部640a
にタンクレール640を構成するタンクレールカバー6
41が覆設されてビス着され、該タンクレール640に
賞球誘導路63が形成される。又機構基板6の側方に
は、前記賞球誘導路63と連通された賞球通路64a
と、球抜き通路65aと、基板の下部には、遊技盤背面
の適宜箇所から転出して来る複数のセーフ球を集合する
セーフ球集合樋66と、セーフ球集合路67と、該セー
フ球集合路67に連通されセーフ球検出装置610へ集
合されるセーフ球を一条に整列して導出するセーフ球導
出路68とが立ち上り壁により分離して同一面に形成さ
れている。 【0047】機構基板6には前記のようにセーフ球検出
装置610を脱着可能に収容するセーフ球検出装置収容
部610aと、払出された賞球の充満状態を検出する満
たん検出装置670を脱着可能に収容する満たん検出装

ット611に導出される賞球の欠乏を各別の複数箇所に
おいて検出する複数種の球切れ検出装置をそれぞれ脱着
可能に収容する第一の球切れ検出装置収容部613aと
第二の球切れ検出装置収容部614aとが形成されてい
るので、前面枠体に対してセーフ球検出装置と、満たん
検出装置と、複数種類の球切れ検出手段613、614
から、各装置に設けられた電気部材をそれぞれ引出し露
出された状態で、脱着可能に収容する係着部がベース体
60には形成されているので、各装置から引き出された
配線が機構基板6の外部において適宜接合することが可
能とされるとともに、各装置を互いに接続した状態で、
機構基板本体より取外して駆動して作動状態の確認が行
える効果を生じる。 【0048】該ベース体60の背面上部の賞球タンク取
付け部62aに賞球タンク62が、その下部のタンクレ
ールカバー取付け部641aにタンクレール640を構
成する合成樹脂製タンクレールカバー641がビス着に
より取付けられ、前記賞球タンク62から賞球通路器体
616へ賞球を流下させる賞球誘導路63が傾斜状に構
成される。又右側の賞球通路器体取付け部616aには
賞球通路64、第二の球切れ検出装置614および球抜
き装置660を備えた賞球通路器体616がビス着さ
れ、球払出し駆動ユニット取付け部611aに球払出し
駆動ユニット611が装着される。球払出し駆動ユニッ
ト611の下方の賞球通路64aと、溢れ球通路602
と球抜き通路65aに覆い蓋部材600aが被せられて
ビス着され、賞球通路64a、球抜き通路65a、溢れ
球通路602が構成される。又、下部のセーフ球集合樋
66、セーフ球集合路67、セーフ球導出路68に覆い
蓋部材600bが被せられてビス着され、セーフ球集合
樋66、セーフ球集合路67、セーフ球導出路68が構
成される。更に、セーフ球検出ユニット収容部610a
にセーフ球検出ユニット610が、満たん検出装置取付
け部670aに満たん検出装置670がビス着されてい
る。ベース体60にセーフ球導出路68と、賞球通路6
4aと、球抜き通路65aとを同一平面に分離して形成
する構造として機構基板の厚みを膨出させず、ベース体
に、セーフ球導出路と、賞球通路と、球抜き通路とを同
一平面に分離して形成する構造とし、基板の厚みを膨出
させないようにし、かつベース体に覆い蓋部材を覆設す
るのみで、これらセーフ球通路、賞球(貸し球)通路、
球抜き通路が同時に一括形成できて便利である。 【0049】ベース体60の正面側には、前面枠体2の

へ転動され、該球出口630から下方の賞球誘導路63

口630に球切れ検出ユニット収容部613aが設けら
れ、該球切れ検出ユニット収容部613aに第一の球切
れ検出ユニット613が補給されてくる球の流下方向に
漸次傾斜してその作用点が配置される。すなわち、球切
れ検出ユニット613は、賞球出口630に賞球荷重ス
イッチ板631が傾斜状として支持部632に支軸63
3で回動自由に軸支され、該賞球荷重スイッチ板631
を球切れ検出スイッチ体634の出没するスイッチ63
5に関連させる。賞球タンク62に球が補給されて貯留
している時は、該賞球荷重スイッチ板631が球切れ検
出スイッチ体634のスイッチ635を押してONとし
て賞球タンク62に賞球が貯留されていることを示し、
又島の球供給装置、或いは、球供給装置から賞球タンク
62への供給通路等で球詰まりが生じて賞球タンク62
が空になり球が欠乏すると、図21に示すように賞球荷
重スイッチ板631がスイッチのバネ作用で上方に上が
り、スイッチがOFFとなり賞球タンク62の球切れを
示すようにする。球切れ検出時には、前記前面枠体2の
球切れ表示体に球切れ発生を点灯表示する。また、球切
れ検知ユニットはホールのコンピュータ管理室、島の端
の表示装置と関連接続され、ホールの従業員等に球切れ
発生が報知される。655はビス孔である。 【0051】図21,図24において、合成樹脂製タン
クレールカバー641はタンクレールカバー取付け部6

から球払出し駆動ユニット装置611へ賞球を流下させ

れ、そのタンクレール640の中央には球群を前後二条
に分離して並べるための球切り片642が設けられ、か
つタンクレール640の中程の上部に球群を係動作用し
て整列し前後各々一条づつの球誘導態様を形成するため
の球均し手段643が備えられ、タンクレール640の
端部には賞球の流下を一時的に阻止するための賞球流下
阻止板648が摺動可能に備えられている。 【0052】前記球切り片642はタンクレール640
の中央に左側の球排出口630の直下のレール面よりほ
ぼ中央の球均し手段643を越える位置までなだらかな
傾斜面とし球排出口630から排出される球群がタンク
レールを転動して段々と前後二条の賞球誘導路63のい
ずれかに転入されるように設け、かつ球均し手段643
を越えた位置から急傾斜で端部まで高さを高くて球均し
手段643で均された賞球が完全に分離整列されるよう
に設ける。 【0053】図21、図24において、球均し手段64
3は、機構基板6のベース体60の装着孔643aに回
動可能に軸着された錘ホルダー部645に複数の合成樹
脂製球均し体644がタンクレール640を二条に分離
する球切り片642を跨ぐ状態で回動可能に軸支されて
いる。すなわち、球均し体644は下部に錘644aを
内部に収容可能とし、かつ上部にフック状部644bを
有し、一対の球均し体644が、基板のベース体60に
回動可能に軸支された錘ホルダー645の下部の回動軸
部646にフック部644bが揺動自由に掛け止めら
れ、屈曲自在な関節部とされている。この球均し体64
4が賞球誘導路63のそれぞれの通路における球均し作
用を、他の球均し部材に生じる動作の影響を受けない構
成とするとともに、間接部により、均す球からの反作用
により、軸部に衝撃が作用し円滑な球均し作用が妨げら
れることが防止される。球詰まり防止作用力が、以上に
より複数の球通路毎に分散され間接部により衝撃を吸収
しつつ円滑に働く効果を生じる。 【0054】また、図21、図24において、球流下阻
止手段648はタンクレール640の端部の前記球切り
片642で分離した二条の賞球誘導路63に球阻止板6

され、該操作板649はタンクレールカバー641の操
作板案内部652に下部を摺動可能に嵌合するとともに
操作板649の摺動案内孔649bに止めビス653が
螺合され、操作板649の操作部649aの持ち上げ操
作時、若しくは持ち下げ時に止めビス653を調整する
ことにより、球阻止板649cが摺動案内孔649bの
範囲内で摺動自由にされ、上下位置でセットされ止めビ
ス653により固定状態にされる。賞球を流下させる時
は操作板649が図26の実線で示す下方位置にセット
され、当該パチンコ機を打ち止めとする時等に操作手段
649を操作して球阻止板649cを賞球誘導路63内
に突出させて球の流下を一時的に阻止する。 【0055】図21、図26において、該賞球通路器体

より切り込みを入れて弾性ある係止め片654が形成さ
れ、検出ユニット収容部614aにその係止め片654
の弾性を利用して球切れ検出ユニット614を挿入し、
その端部に係止め片654が係止され、球切れ検出ユニ
ット614の脱着可能とされている。 【0056】第二の球切れ検出ユニット614は、その
スイッチ板650が賞球通路64を補給されてくる球の
流下方向に漸次傾斜してその作用点が配置される。すな
わち、球切れ検出ユニット614はスイッチ板650の

球通路64に傾斜状に臨ませる。従って、球切れ検出ユ
ニットの横幅方向の厚みを減らし、遊技盤裏面に対する
開口窓部を大きく広い領域で確保するとともに、球払出
し駆動ユニット611に至る賞球補給路64の横幅を減
らし、併せて球検出スイッチの作用部への球による衝撃
作用を軽減する効果を生じる。常時は該スイッチ板65
0の出没するスイッチ650aに関連させ、賞球通路6
3に球が流下されて貯留している時は、該スイッチ板6
50が球切れ検出スイッチユニット614のスイッチ6
50aを押してONとして賞球通路64に賞球が貯留さ
れていることを示し、賞球タンク62への供給通路、或
いは賞球タンク、タンクレール640等で賞球の球詰ま
りを生じて賞球通路64の賞球が欠乏すると、スイッチ
板650がスイッチのバネ作用で側方に傾斜状に出て、
スイッチがOFFとなり賞球通路64の球切れを示すよ
うにする。球切れ検出時には、前記前面枠体2の球切れ
表示体87に球切れ発生を点灯表示する。また、球切れ
検知ユニットはホールのコンピュータ管理室、島の端の
表示装置と関連接続され、ホールの従業員等に球切れ発
生が報知される。 【0057】又、賞球通路器体616には賞球通路64
の屈曲部に球抜き通路が構成され、該球抜き通路65の
側方に球抜き装置収容部660aが設けられ、球抜き装
置660が設置されている。球抜き装置660は、球抜

曲部の下部に設けた開口661に揺動自由に支承されて
いる。該球抜き板663は外方に重り部663aが形成

に荷重をかけられ、球抜き板663の一端下部に係受け
部663bが設けられている。又、球抜き装置収容部6
60aには球抜き板663の直下に掛け止め片664a
を有する係止部664が設けられ、該掛け止め片664
aが常時は球抜き板663の係受け部663bに係合さ
れて開口661を閉じて賞球通路64を構成させ、球抜
き時には操作ピンを前面板3の球抜き操作孔321から
前面枠体2の球抜き操作穴211を通じて挿入して係止
部664の操作体665をスライドすることにより係止
部664の掛け止め片664aを可動して球抜き板66
3の係受け部663bから離脱させ、球抜き板663を
揺動自由とし、球抜き板663を球の荷重で開放して球
抜きを行う。賞球通路器体616の球抜き通路65から
ベース体60の一側の球抜き通路65aが連通して設け

球通路602が設けられ、合成樹脂製覆い蓋部材600
aが覆設され、球払出し装置615から払出された賞球
は、通常は賞球通路64aの排出口の直下の下流側に設
けた賞球流出口601に落下してその賞球流出口601
から前面枠体2の賞球排出口238を通じて第一前板8
の上皿9に払出される。遊技盤5の入賞装置に入賞して
大当たり等により、多量の賞球が払出され、第一前板8
の上皿9が賞球で満杯となった時は、賞球流出口601
に賞球が一杯に詰まり、続いて球払出し装置615から
払出される賞球は賞球流出路601の側方から下方にか
けて形成された溢れ球通路602に溢れて下方に流下
し、その溢れ球通路602の末端が前面枠体2の溢れ球
排出路295、第二前板10の溢れ球排出口111を通
じて溢れ球用下皿収容部210の下皿11に導かれる。
666は賞球通路から排出される賞球で鳴る鈴、657

出口601の側方から下方にかけて形成された溢れ球通
路602に溢れて下方に流下し、第二前板10の下皿1
1が満杯となり溢れ球通路602の末端の前面枠体2の
溢れ球排出路295から該溢れ球通路602まで賞球が
一杯に詰まった時にその詰まって溜まった球で傾斜状の
スイッチ板671が押されてスイッチがONとなり、満
たん状態となったことを前面枠体2の表示体発光部ホル
ダー81の満たん表示体が点灯或いは点滅して遊技者、
ホール従業員に満たん状態を表示する。679は配線収
納カバーで、払出し回路基板612、満たん検出装置6
70の相互配線679aを収納保護している。 【0061】前記タンクレール640と、賞球流出口6
01と、溢れ球通路602の出口とに、賞球(貸し球)
の静電気を除去するための静電気除去用導電板673、
674、675が設けられている。該静電気除去用導電
板は基板に形成された導電板収容面に対応して形成さ
れ、この導電板に接続されて後引き出されたアース配線
の端部に圧着端子が設けられる。すなわち、タンクレー
ル640の静電気除去用導電板673は、レール底面に
設けた開口部673aに一端を枢支し、かつ他端を開口
部の端部の受け部673bに受け止める構造としてあ
る。賞球流出口601の静電気除去用導電板674は出
口の形状に合わせた断面コ字型として流出口の底面に装
着されている。さらに、溢れ球通路602の出口の静電
気除去用導電板675は出口の形状に合わせた断面コ字
型として通路出口の底面に装着されている。而して、帯
電した静電電荷の除去手段の一端を基板より離脱可能と
するとともに、他端を容易には取外し不能として静電気
アース配線を片持ち状態で保持させ、配線の乱れによる
組付け作業への障害を取り除く効果を発揮する。 【0062】機構基板のベース体60の開口61の下部
には、遊技盤5背面のセーフ球集合通路502から転出
して来る複数のセーフ球を集合するセーフ球集合樋66
と、セーフ球集合路67と、該セーフ球集合路67に連

一条に整列して導出するセーフ球導出路68とが立ち上
り壁により分離して同一面に形成され、合成樹脂製蓋部
材600bが覆設されてセーフ球集合路67、セーフ球
導出路68等が構成されている。前記セーフ球集合樋6
6は遊技盤5の裏面に対応する開口61の下縁に設けら
れ落下孔にセーフ球を受けるため遊技板裏面より漸次厚
みを増す状態に傾斜された遊技盤当接面677が形成さ
れ、遊技板裏面における1又は複数箇所において適宜発
生したセーフ球を、遊技盤当接面677で係受けた後、
機構基板6に形成されたセーフ球集合路67に導く構成
として、合成樹脂製のセーフ球集合路67が、セーフ球
の落下衝撃によって受ける損傷を回避可能としている。 【0063】この遊技盤当接面677の裏面側は遊技盤
に刻設されたアウト球導出溝678の開放端を閉鎖する
アウト球導出溝カバー面とされ、この基板面の表裏面側
各々において、セーフ球とアウト球との導出集合処理を
併せて行う形態として、セーフ球及びアウト球を、合理
的且つ簡便な構造で立体的にそれぞれの通路を立設せず
に明快かつ迅速に誘導処理可能としている。前面枠体2
の背面に取付ける側には下部にアウト球通路69が賞球
通路64a、溢れ球通路602、球抜き通路65a、セ
ーフ球集合路67等と立体交差し直交状に形成され、遊
技盤5の裏面下方のアウト球排出路503、前面枠体2
のアウト球排出通路236を通じ、アウト球導出溝67
8により導出されたアウト球を回収してパチンコ機外へ
排出される。セーフ球、賞球(貸し球)の流下経路と、
球抜き経路と、アウト球通路を直交交差させる状態とし
て形成したので、機構基板6には、アウト球用開口が形
成され、機構基板6に関してこの開口部のみでアウト球
は短時間に通過することを可能とし、基板の形態構造の
簡便化とアウト球の処理時間を軽減した。アウト球の処
理軽減に伴って、基板に形成される賞球、セーフ球の経
路延長も迂回手段を要せず簡略設定することが可能とで
きる。 【0064】図21および図29乃至図32において、
機構基板6の下部背面にセーフ球検出ユニット610を
取付ける構造について説明する。セーフ球検出ユニット
610は、器体680にセーフ球集合路67を通じセー
フ球導出路68より垂直に落下されるセーフ球を導入す

れ、導入されるセーフ球を一個づつ検出するセーフ球検
出器682と、該セーフ球導入路681の直下に背面
側、すなわちセーフ球を繰り出す側が広い空間に形成さ
れた球切り部材収容部684に軸685で軸支された球
切り部材683と、該導入路681の側方のソレノイド
組付け部689に設置した球切り部材683の係動部6
83cを係動作用する作用部の装着されたソレノイド6
86と、前記球切り部材683を回して繰り出されたセ
ーフ球を排出するセーフ球繰り出し路690とからな
り、該器体680の取付け部680aが機構基板6のセ
ーフ球集合路67の出口に設けたセーフ球検出ユニット
収容部610aに位置指定してビス691で脱着可能に
装着されている。又、機構基板6の背面にはセーフ球検
出ユニットカバー体692が一側692aを支点として
開閉自由に軸支され、開放端の係止め片692bが機構
基板6の係受け部693に係脱可能に設けられている。
而して、該セーフ球検出ユニットカバー体692を開放
して内部のセーフ球検出ユニットのセーフ球検出器、ソ
レノイド等の調整、或いは交換を容易に行うことができ
る。すなわち、セーフ球検出ユニット610のセーフ球
導入路681に臨んで球切り作用をする球切り部材68
3を、器体に装着する第一工程と、球切り部材683に
設けられた係動部683cを間欠的に作用する作用部6
87の取着された球切りソレノイド686を器体に装着
する第二工程と、球切り部材683を収納しつつセーフ
球検出ユニットカバー体692を覆設する第三工程とに
より機構基板6に凹設されたセーフ球検出ユニット収容
部610aにセーフ球検出ユニット610を装着する第
四工程とにより、セーフ球検出ユニット610をパチン
コ機の基板に四工程の組付け作業で完了させることを可
能とした。 【0065】セーフ球検出器682上のセーフ球導入路
681は複数箇所で直角に近い形態に曲折形成され、球
切り部材683の円弧状の球切り面683aにより係り
止められる球とそれに続く第二個目の球以降の球の、待
機時に生じる球の整列方向が異なる複数の向きに配置さ
れるように構成されている。この為、球切り部材683
の円弧状の球切り面683aに対し上方より加わる球の
荷重は分散され、多数のセーフ球が球切り面683a上
のセーフ球導入路内で待機するような状態が発生した場
合に、待機する多数の球が同一方向から誘導されてくる
場合に比較して、球切り作用点への荷重が軽減できるの
で、過大な荷重により球切り作用が障害されセーフ球の
検出部において球詰まりが発生することを防止できる。
球を受ける円弧状の球切り面683a上面と、円弧状凹
面683b上に乗った球が後続の球を受ける上面とは軸
685を中心とした球切り面683aの同一の回動軌跡
上を移動する構成にあって、球切り作用時に、第一個目
の球若しくは球切り面が後続の二個目の球を持ち上げ作
用することがないように構成されている。この為、円滑
な球切り作用が障害されず、球詰まりがセーフ球検出部
で発生することを防いでいる。 【0066】図21および図29乃至図32において、
セーフ球検出器682はセーフ球検出器収納筒694に
収納され、弾性を有するセーフ球検出器係止片695に
より係脱可能に止められている。セーフ球検出器682
の検出信号出力基板696より引き出された検出信号出
力配線699aは、器体680の配線隔離壁698とセ
ーフ球検出ユニットカバー692間に形成される配線収
納空間697に収容される。 【0067】前記球切り部材683は上部に円弧状の球
切り面683aと、上部側部にセーフ球を一個受け入れ
る円弧状凹面683bと、かつ側部にソレノイド686
の作用部687を間欠的に係受け作用させる係動部68
3cとが形成され、該球切り部材683がセーフ球導入
路681の直下に球切り面683aがセーフ球を受け止
める位置に支軸685で揺動自在に軸支される。球を受
ける円弧状の球切り面683a上面と、円弧状凹面68
3b上に乗った球が後続の球を受ける上面とは軸685
を中心とした球切り面683aの同一の回動軌跡上を移
動する構成にあって、球切り作用時に、第一個目の球若
しくは球切り面が後続の二個目の球を持ち上げ作用する
ことがないように構成されている。この為、円滑な球切
り作用が障害されず、球詰まりがセーフ球検出部で発生
することを防いでいる。 【0068】ソレノイド686は図29乃至図32に示
すように、ソレノイドの作動軸686aに取着した作用
部687が所定ストロークLだけ進退可能とし、その作
用部で球切り部材683の係動部683cを上下に揺動
させる。前記作用部687として作動軸686aの端に
拘持部687aが取着され、一方前記球切り部材683
の係動部683cとして球切り部材の側部に係動軸68
8を設け、拘持部687aに係動軸688が遊動可能に
連設され、ソレノイド686の作動軸686aの進退動
作で拘持部687aが上下に移動され、球切り部材68
3の係動部683cが上下に移動される。而して、ソレ
ノイド686は常時は復元位置にあり、球切り部材68
3は、常時は図31に示す実線の垂直の位置にあって凹
面683bは横向きとし、導入されるセーフ球はその球
切り部材683の上面の球切り面683aで受け止めら
れるようにする。その導入路681にセーフ球が入ると
セーフ球検出器682でセーフ球を検出し、検出信号が
前記球払出し駆動ユニット611の球払出し装置615
に伝えられて駆動し所定の賞球が払出され、同時にソレ
ノイド686が作動されて球切り部材683の係動部6
83cが上げられて右に回動して図31に示す鎖線の位
置となり、凹面683bが上向きとなって導入路681
の直下に一致させてセーフ球を一個だけ凹面683bに
受け入れ、ソレノイド686が復元されて球切り部材6
83の係動部683cが下げられて左回動されて凹面6
83bの球が左方の広い空間のセーフ球繰り出し路69
0へ排出されアウト球路69より機外へ排出される。 【0069】図17乃至図20および図25において、
機構基板裏カバー7のベース体60への取付け構造を説
明する。合成樹脂製機構基板裏カバー7は、ベース体6
0の中央の開口61をほぼ覆う大きさで、その一側にカ
バー軸受け部627が設けられ、かつ他側に先端を掛け
止めるカバー係止部628が一体に設けられている。ま
た、べース体60の一側に機構基板裏カバー7の軸支部
626を回動自在に枢支する軸受け部627が形成さ
れ、かつ他側の裏カバー7の係止部628を係止するカ
バー係受け部629が形成されている。従って、前記ベ
ース体60のカバー体支軸部626に機構基板裏カバー
7の軸受け部627が支軸で回動自在に支持され、機構
基板裏カバー7を被せてその他側の係止部628をベー
ス体60の係受け部629に嵌合係止されて装着され、
開口に位置する遊技盤の背面に装着される各種の基板等
が保護されている。 【0070】図15乃至図21において、合成樹脂製機
構基板6の前面枠体3への取付け構造について説明す
る。機構基板6のベース板60には当該基板を前面枠体
3に関係係脱可能に係着する係支部材620を一側上下
の2箇所において装着する装着面621が形成される。
合成樹脂製機構基板6に対して設けられた軸部がこれに
より補強される効果を生じる。又、他側上下の山型支持
部624には、機構基板止め部材622を弾性を利用し
て押し込みうる複数個の装着孔623が設けられ、前記
前面枠体3の背面には、一側上下に機構基板係支部材軸
受け体256を設け、かつ他側の上下に機構基板止め部
材用取付け孔257が設けられている。而して、機構基
板6の一側枢支側の係支部材620を前面枠体3の係支
部材軸受け体256に開閉自在に軸支し、機構基板6の
開放側の装着孔623を通じて機構基板止め部材622
を弾性を利用して挿入し前面枠体3の止め部材用係入孔
257に脱着可能に係着されている。かかる構成とした
ので、軸部の補強を行い開閉作用を(油の注入を可能と
して)滑らかなものとした。又前面枠体2に刻設された
機構基板止め部材の係合部に嵌め合う係入孔257を有
し、基板に設けられた装着孔623に弾性付勢力の備え
られた機構基板止め部材622を貫通し、前記係入孔2
57にこれを係入して前面枠体2に機構基板6を固着す
る。 【0071】前面板 前面板3の構成について、図1、図2、図33、図34
および図36を参照して説明する。前面板3は遊技盤の
遊技領域を囲い、前面の装飾効果を高めるように構成さ
れ、背面には透視しうるガラス板を装着するガラス板収
容枠4を取付けている。前面板3は遊技盤5の遊技領域
を囲う遊技開口31を有する主枠部材30に装着部材と
して、主枠部材30の前面装飾部32に装着される複数
の合成樹脂製装飾部材33と装飾レンズ体70と、裏面
に鍵装置の係り受け体49と、軸部材404が設けられ
たガラス板収容枠4とを装着する装着構造を有する。又
軸部材318が取付けられる。なお、ガラス板には紫外
線除去フイルムを貼着する構造とし、遊技者をパチンコ
機の遊技面に装着される表示装置から拡散される紫外線
から防護するようにしてもよい。 【0072】主枠部材30は遊技盤の遊技領域を囲むよ
うにかまぼこ型遊技開口31が打ち抜き形成され、打ち
抜き形成された当該前面板によりパチンコ機前面部を覆
う領域をパチンコ機側枠側までに及ぶように拡大して遊
技開口外周に沿った状態に前面装飾部32が樹脂の一体
成形により構成され、パチンコ機遊技盤面上のパチンコ
球転動領域外周の装飾機能及び趣向感を高めた。前面装
飾部32には遊技盤のレールに沿って円弧状に形成され
た表示部、装飾部が構成される。表示部、装飾部はレー
ルに沿って同心円状に形成され、各々分離して形成され
ている。内部に表示体、光源を配して表示制御する場合
には、同心円状に配置された表示部より、表示状態が広
い領域に拡散する状態や、中央部に向かって収束する状
態をパチンコ機に現して、極めて斬新な趣向感を実現で
きる効果を生じる。 【0073】すなわち、前面板3の主枠部材30の上部
両側に後述の表示体からの投光を拡散収束して表示する
装飾レンズ体装着部34、遊技開口上部周縁に沿って装
飾レンズ板取付け部35および遊技開口両側周縁に沿っ
て装飾レンズ板取付け部36が形成され、前記装飾レン
ズ体装着部34と装飾レンズ板取付け部35、36に装
飾部材33が装着される。装飾部材33として、装飾レ
ンズ体装着部34には透光性合成樹脂製装飾レンズ体7
0が、又装飾レンズ板取付け部35、36に透光性合成
樹脂製装飾レンズ板71、72が装設されている。前面
板3と装飾レンズ体70、装飾レンズ板71、72とは
外観上一体形成品の状態でパチンコ機へセットするよう
にしてある。前面板はこれを分割はしないで、単一の部
材として一体形成され、パチンコ機への組付けを容易と
してある。前面板3自体に前面装飾部を設けて、従来遊
技盤に設けられていたコーナー飾りは不要としてある。 【0074】前面板3の前面装飾部32に装飾部材33
として装飾レンズ体70、装飾レンズ板71、72を装
着すること等により、遊技盤とは別の箇所に設けられ、
前面板が機体内部に収容された表示体からの投光の照度
を高め、パチンコ遊技に関わる報知機能と趣向感を高め
装飾効果を拡大する機能を発揮することができる。この
前面板3には、装飾レンズ体、装飾レンズ板が設けられ
るだけで、表示ランプ、LEDそれに付属する配線、回
路等を設けない構造としてあるので、遊技盤にランプ、
LED、装飾レンズ等を装設けするための部位の組立工
程や、部材点数の削減が可能とされる。 【0075】前記装飾レンズ体装着部34は、表示体か
らの投光を分離して表示する複数の光束案内孔310が
一体的に形成され、表示体からの投光を分離して、単一
表示体からの複数の装飾部における表示を可能とすると
ともに、各別の表示体からの投光が隣接する表示面に洩
れて干渉することを光束案内孔により防止している。前
記光束案内孔310として、装飾レンズ体を嵌め合う装
飾レンズ取付け案内溝311が設けられ、その内面部3
12の中央に表示体からの投光を透過する装飾用孔31
3、その両側に係受け孔314が設けられている。 【0076】装飾レンズ体70は表示体からの投光を透
過しうる透光性合成樹脂製で、表示体の照明を入乱反射
するレンズ面と、前記レンズ装着部34の案内溝311
に嵌め合いできる周壁と、その周壁の両端後部に一体形
成された係止め片が形成されている。而して、前面板に
おける装飾レンズ体70の取付けが前面板に形成された
係受け孔314と装飾レンズ体70の係止め片とにより
ワンタッチ装着されるのを可能としている。合成樹脂製
の前面板と同じく合成樹脂製の装飾レンズ体との嵌め合
いにより、木製遊技盤に対する合成樹脂製の装飾レンズ
との係着関係において発生する膨張率の相違によるがた
つきや嵌め合い異常を防止する効果を生じる。又、この
レンズ体の内部には表示体等を収容せず、レンズ体にお
ける入乱反射等により装飾機能を簡便に発揮している。
前面板内部に表示体、ランプを設けず装飾機能を発揮さ
せて、部品点数と製造工程の簡略化を果たし、製造原価
を削る効果を生じる。 【0077】また、装飾レンズ体70の表示レンズ面を
他の前面板面より高く突出形成し、所定の厚みをもって
楕円状に形成された装飾レンズ体70をガラス防護手段
とし、前面板の転倒時における衝撃を吸収し、物理作用
がガラス面におよぶことを防ぐ構造としている。 【0078】上部の装飾レンズ板用取付け部35には、
表示体からの投光を透過する複数の透孔320が形成さ
れている。装飾レンズ板71は、表示体からの投光を透
過しうる透光性合成樹脂製で、表示体からの照明で装飾
機能を発揮しうるように設けられている。又、側面の装
飾レンズ板72も同じ合成樹脂製である。前記装飾レン
ズ板71は上部の装飾レンズ体70間の取付け部35に
取付けられ、かつ、装飾レンズ板72はそのレンズ体よ
り遊技開口31の両側に沿った取付け部36に装飾とし
て固定されている。 【0079】前面板3の外周縁および遊技開口の内周は
曲面状に形成して、合成樹脂体への作用外力を分散して
損傷の発生を防止し、パチンコ機本体側部に丸みを持っ
た趣向感を持たせる構造としている。かつ又、開放側の
側面に前面枠体2に設けられる鍵装置の取付け箇所とし
て鍵装置用凹部37が形成されている。パチンコ機に設
けられる鍵装置の取付け箇所が確保されている。 【0080】前面板3の開放側の側面に前面枠体2に設
けられる鍵装置の取付け箇所として前面枠体2の前面側
の凸状鍵部209を位置指定して嵌合する鍵装置用凹部
37が形成され、パチンコ機に設けられる鍵装置の取付
け箇所が確保されている。この鍵装置用凹部37には前
面枠体2の前面側の鍵部209が嵌合されて固定される
ので、前面板3の浮動を阻止でき、又、鍵部209が露
出して損傷されやすくなることを阻止している。前面枠
体2の中心鍵部は前面板3の鍵装置凹部37の前面に若
干露出状に形成されている。 【0081】さらに、前面板3の枢支側の前面中央の球
抜き用操作口321が設けられ、球抜き用操作口321
を前面枠体2の球抜き孔用穴211と合致させ、球抜き
用操作口に対してピン等を挿入し、前面枠体2の背面の
機構基板6に設けられる球抜き装置を機構的な連係手段
を介して賞球タンクより賞球、貸し球をパチンコ機内か
ら機外に球抜き処理する構造としてある。この球抜き用
操作口にピンを挿入して、球抜き装置を作用する手段
は、上記のものに限られるものではなく、球抜き用操作
口にピンを挿入してパチンコ機内部に設けられた球抜き
操作検出スイッチを作動し、ソレノイドを連係作動し、
球抜き装置の球抜き片を開放し、球抜き処理する構造と
してもよい。 【0082】前面板3の枢支側の上部には、前面枠体2
の前面枢支側の上部角部の凸状の前面板用軸支部202
に合致しうる形状の切欠部317が形成され、その切欠
部317の上部背面側に第1の軸支手段26として出没
可能に装着された軸部材318が突出させられ、前面枠
体2の前面板用軸支部202に設けた軸部材用支持孔2
03に軸部材318が係入可能にセットされる。前面板
用軸支部202は角部に円弧が付けられ、前面板3の切
欠部317もそれに合致するように角部が円弧状に設け
られている。又前面板3の枢支側の下部には、背面にガ
ラス板収容枠4に設けられた軸受け部材404を収容す
る軸受け部材収容部308が形成され、ガラス板収容枠
4に設けられた軸受け部材404の軸受け孔403に合
致する軸受け孔309が形成され、ガラス板収容枠4の
軸受け部材404が軸受け部材収容部308に装着され
てねじで固定されている。前面板3に装着した上部の軸
部材318も、下部の軸受け部材404も前面板3と前
面枠体2の外面に露出させないので、軸部の保護ができ
る。かつ又、前面板3の軸部材318を前面枠体2の軸
部材用支持孔203に係着時に、その切欠部317の上
面に突出する軸部材318は前面枠体2の前面板用軸支
部202の下面に沿って円滑に軸部材支持孔203に係
入され、係受け取付け作業が円滑にできる。 【0083】前面板3の背面の背面構造について説明す
る。主枠部材30の背面外周縁にリブ301が設けら
れ、かつ前記遊技開口31の内周縁にリブ302が設け
られ、そのリブ間に若干低い縦横のリブ303が設けら
れ、かつ、後述のガラス板収容枠4の取付け位置を案内
する位置決め手段38が一体形成され、一方ガラス板収
容枠4には位置決め手段に対応する位置決め受け部30
5が形成され、その位置決め手段38にガラス板収容枠
4を案内状態で取付け位置を指定し円滑かつ容易に固定
手段で固定するようにしてある。 【0084】前記合成樹脂製前面板の主枠部材30の背
面に位置決め手段38として、ガラス板枠収容溝304
が形成されて、このガラス板枠収容溝304にガラス板
収容枠4が案内されて取付け位置を指定し前面板3にガ
ラス板収容枠4が装着される。ガラス板枠収容溝304
は、外周縁のリブ301の内側にガラス収容枠の線状に
曲折形成された位置決め段部401を嵌合する段付き位
置決め受け部305、ガラス板収容枠4の位置決め孔4
02を嵌合する位置決め部306が構成されている。又
主枠部材30の背面の適所にガラス板収容枠4のビス孔
47と合致する位置にビス受け孔39が設けられる。
又、前面板3の枢支側の中央に、球抜き用操作孔321
付き凸部307が設けられ、前面側前面に透設された球
抜き用操作孔321からこれを貫通して、この球抜き用
操作孔に細いピンを差し込み背面の機構基板6の誘導通
路の球抜き装置を作動しうるようにする。 【0085】ガラス板収容枠 図35乃至図37において、ガラス板収容枠4は2枚の
ガラス板40を収容するように上部にガラス板誘入口4
1、側部にガラス板案内溝42、下部にガラス板受け面
43が設けられた四角形状の金属製枠体で、枠体の上部
と両側に巾広の歪み防止兼取付け用板面部44、45、
46が形成され、該歪み防止兼取付け用板面部44、4
5、46に取付けビス用孔47を透設し、取付けビス4
08を係入して前記前面板3の背面の所定位置に取着さ
れる。ガラス板案内溝42とガラス板受け面43は断面
コ字型で2列に形成され、ガラス板誘入口41には2枚
のガラス間に間隔をとる間隙部材48が設けられてい
る。2枚のガラス板40が上部の間隙部材48の前後の
ガラス板誘入口41よりガラス板案内溝42と下部のガ
ラス板受け面43に挿入されて装着されている。 【0086】前記金属製ガラス板収容枠4の上部の歪み
防止兼取付け用板面部44は前面板3の遊技開口の上部
と表示体からの照明を透過する透孔との間を覆うように
巾広い板面として、その上縁411を線状に折り曲げか
つ下縁412は遊技開口31の上縁と、光束案内孔31
0とに沿って円弧状に形成されている。又、ガラス板収
容体4の両側の歪み防止兼取付け用板面部45、46に
は上端から下端まで線状に曲折形成された位置決め段部
401が形成され、取付けビス用取付け孔47が設けら
れる。図35、図37に示すように、その一側の歪み防
止兼取付け用板面部45(枢支側)には下部に前面枠体
2に設けられた軸受凸部を係入する軸受け孔403を有
する金属製軸受板404がねじで固定され、かつ枢支側
の中央には前記球抜き用操作孔321付凸部307の透
孔405が設けられ、又、他側の歪み防止兼取付け用板
面部46には上下に前面枠体の鍵装置の係支爪が係脱さ
れる係受体49が設けられ、かつ、前記ガラス板収容枠
4の板面部45、46に位置決め孔402が透設され、
前面板3の鍵装置の取付け箇所としての凹部37と合致
する形状の凹部407が形成されている。 【0087】而して、ガラス板収容枠4を前面板3の背
面に取付ける時は、ガラス板収容枠4の取付け案内角部
が前面板3のガラス板枠収容溝304で案内状態で取付
け位置を指定し、取付け用ビス孔を通じてビスで固定し
て円滑かつ容易に装着する。ガラス板収容枠4に透設さ
れた位置決め孔と、これに対応して前面板背面に形成さ
れた取付けビス受け孔にガラス板収容枠のビス孔を介し
て取付けビスを螺旋入する作業工程をして、前面板にガ
ラス板収容枠を極めて容易かつ確実に所定位置に固着す
ることが可能である。さらに、位置決め案内手段が線状
に形成されているので、所定部位への案内作用が広い範
囲に対して行うことができるとともに広範囲に渡って位
置指定できる。又、装飾用孔(表示孔)がガラス板収容
枠の案内位置指定をし、レール対応縁部がガラス板収容
枠の案内位置指定をしている。ガラス板収容枠の板面部
の直線状折り曲げ部が収容枠自体を補強するとともに板
面部、直線折り曲げ部が合成樹脂製前面板3の骨部とし
て補強作用をしている。 【0088】前記前面板3を前面枠体2、開閉可能かつ
係脱可能に装着する構造を説明すると、前面板3の背面
上部に操作により出没可能にされる軸部材318が設け
られ、かつ前面板3に装着したガラス板収容枠4の一側
下部に軸受け部材404に軸受け孔403が設けられ、
前面枠体2に設けられた軸受凸部をこの軸受け孔403
に係入する第1の組付けステップと、前記前面板の軸部
材318を没操作状態で前面枠体2の軸受け孔に当接し
て後係入する第2のステップによって、前面板3を前面
枠体2に開閉自由に装着する。この構造により、合成樹
脂製の前面板が、前面枠体に対して取扱い容易で開閉か
つ係脱可能にされている。 【0089】この前面枠体2の軸受け凸部と、これに係
合する軸受け孔が金属製ユニットとして前面枠体と前面
板に配置されている。かつまた、前面枠体に装着される
軸受け凸部には遊技球供給皿の装備される前板8を軸支
する軸部材が同時に付設されている。この構成とするこ
とにより、前面板3と前板8とを開閉可能かつ係脱可能
に一括で軸支することを可能としている。前面板3の前
面枠体2への取付け部位を金属製軸部材により補強する
ことができる。またガラス板収容枠4の金属製板面部を
利用して軸受け部材411が設けられ、軸部材の強度が
補完されている。合成樹脂製前面板の開閉係脱に際して
加わる作用力に対応した強度を設定するための軸部材の
取付けを、案内指定する凹凸部が前面板に形成され軸部
材の組付けの簡便が図られている。 【0090】第一前板 図1において、第一前板8は、合成樹脂製の長方形状板
材で、賞球出口100が設けられ、賞球出口の背面の筒
状部が前記前面枠体2の前面側の賞球ユニット収容部2
34の賞球排出口238に臨ませ、前面側に貸し玉、賞
球を貯留する賞球上皿9が取付けられる。第一前板8の
裏面には、賞球上皿9から打球供給装置290の発射レ
ール233の打球発射部位に打球を供給する打球供給通
路、打球を打球発射部位に一個ずつ供給する打球供給装
置が設けられ、打球供給装置により前記前面枠体2の前
面の発射レール233の発射部位に打球が供給される。
又、前板8には打球供給装置の打球待機部位から球抜き
をする球抜き装置が設けられる。球抜き装置は上皿9か
ら下皿11へボタン、レバー操作等で前記打球供給通路
の待機部位から球抜きする球抜き通路が形成される。さ
らに、上皿9の前面壁101には、その上面或いは前面
に球貸し出しスイッチ102、該球貸し出しスイッチ1
02の操作時に点灯する球貸し出しスイッチランプ10
3、球貸し出しの度数を表示する度数表示器104、球
貸し精算時に操作する球貸し精算スイッチ105等が設
けられている。上皿9の下方には、図示しない前面枠体
2の下方前面側で第一前板8の背面側に介装された音声
拡声用の一個のスピーカーからの音声を左右に分離して
拡声するための左スピーカー音拡声用透孔107と、右
スピーカー音拡声用透孔108とがそれぞれ複数条刻設
されている。球貸しスイッチ102、球貸し出しスイッ
チランプ103、度数表示器104、精算スイッチ10
5からの電気配線は、図示しない第一前板背面側に付設
された単一の中継基板に集合された後、配線引出し用透
孔249を貫通してカードデータ処理中継回路基板27
3若しくは中央制御回路基板511に接続されている。 【0091】該第一前板7を前面枠体2の前面板3の下
方の板状部25に開閉自由に軸支する構造は、第一前板
7の枢支側に軸支手段27として、前面枠体2に取付け
た枢支側の軸受け部材204に装着した軸支部材205
の下部に上部の支持孔を係入する第1の組付けステップ
と、第一前板7の下部の軸部材205aを没操作状態で
前面枠体2の支持孔204aに係入軸支し、第一前板7
を前面枠体2に開閉自由に装着する第2の組付けステッ
プとにより形成される。第一前板7の開放側背面には錠
装置110が設けられ、第1前板7の開閉時、錠装置1
10が主枠体20の係受け板取付け部218に設けた鍵
係受板217に係脱可能にされ、第一前板7が前面枠体
2に配置して係着されている。 【0092】第二前板 図1において、第二前板10も合成樹脂製の長方形板材
で、前面枠体2の第一前板8の下方に平行にねじ等で固
定される。この第二前板10には前面に、パチンコ球を
貯留する溢れ球貯留下皿11が取付けられ、その下皿1
1の取付け面には中央の溢れ球放出口131と、それと
は別に球抜き誘導路の下端開口と合致する位置に抜き球
放出口132とが干渉しない位置に設けられている。 【0093】また、溢れ球貯留下皿11の底面には、貯
留されたパチンコ球をパチンコ機の機外へ開放する第二
の球抜き装置133が備えられている。すなわち、下皿
の底面には下皿球抜き開口134が開設され、該下皿球
抜き開口134を開閉する球抜き開口用遮蔽板135を
摺動可能に備え、操作レバー136の操作で遮蔽板13
5が摺動されて球抜き開口134が開閉される構造とさ

(57)【特許請求の範囲】 【請求項1】 合成樹脂製の前面枠体に形成された電気
部材若しくは回路装置を脱着可能に位置決め指定して収
容する電気部材若しくは回路装置の前面枠体取付け部
と、合成樹脂製の機構基板に形成された電気部材若しく
は回路装置を脱着可能に位置決め指定して収容する電気
部材若しくは回路装置の機構基板取付け部とを設け、前
記前面枠体取付け部に装着された電気部材若しくは回路
装置との電気配線を脱着可能に処理する前面枠体の電気
配線処理手段と、前記機構基板取付け部に装着された電
気部材若しくは回路装置との電気配線を脱着可能に処理
する機構基板の電気配線処理手段と、上記合成樹脂製の
前面枠体に対して開閉係脱可能にされる機構基板と前面
枠体との相互間において前面枠体に設けられた電気部材
若しくは回路装置と、機構基板に設けられた電気部材若
しくは回路装置とを、前面枠体に対して機構基板の閉鎖
装着状態と開放状態の何れにおいても接続可能にすると
ともに、取外し可能に配線処理する前面枠体と機構基板
相互の前面枠体機構基板相互配線処理手段とが設けられ
たことを特徴とするパチンコ機における電気部材若しく
は回路装置の取付け配線処理構造。
