(57)【特許請求の範囲】(57) [Claims] 【請求項1】 ラップドVベルトの背面に山状突起片を
有する山付Vベルトの製造方法において、円筒状成形ド
ラムの外周面に未加硫ゴムシートを巻付け、その上に心
線ロープをスパイラル状に巻付け、更にその上に未加硫
ゴムシートを巻付け、最後に離型用テープをその外周に
積層して未加硫ベルトスリーブを形成する第1の工程
と、 前記未加硫ベルトスリーブから切断された所定断面の未
加硫ベルト成形体の外周にゴム付カバー帆布を巻付け、
全周カバー帆布付未加硫ベルト成形体を形成する第2の
工程と、 前記全周カバー帆布付未加硫ベルト成形体を加熱加圧
し、加硫されたラップドVベルトを得る第3の工程と、 前記加硫されたラップドVベルトの背面にあって、離型
用テープを埋設した側の左右のコーナーを少なくともカ
バー帆布の厚みだけ所定の角度にカットし、カバー帆布
を前記離型用テープと共に剥離し、背面にゴムが露出し
たVベルトを形成する第4の工程と、 前記Vベルトのゴムが露出した背面に所定のピッチで山
状突起片を一体に加硫成形する第5の工程とからなるこ
とを特徴とする山付Vベルトの製造方法。
1.
