However, in the manufacturing process of the conventional spoon S, particularly, the molding of the ball portion 3A is performed by using a die 11 and a punch 12 as shown in FIGS. The die 11 is formed in a trapezoidal shape, and a molding recess 13 having a back molding surface 14 that follows the curved surface of the back 6a of the ball portion 3A of the spoon S at the bottom is formed in the center thereof.
The four peripheral surfaces 15 of the back molding surface 14 are formed as extension surfaces that naturally extend along the back molding surface 14. Further, an abdominal part forming surface 16 for forming an abdominal part 6b corresponding to the back part 6a of the ball part 3A is formed on the tip side of the punch 12,
The four circumferences of the abdomen forming surface 16 are formed with a four-peripheral surface 17 that naturally extends along the abdomen forming surface 16 within a predetermined height range, and a tapered relief surface 18 is formed from the four-peripheral surface 17. The die 11 thus formed is mounted on a die holder, and the punch 12 is mounted on a punch holder. As shown in FIG. 15 (a), the molding recess 13 of the die 11 has a ball portion 3A of an intermediate material 4A. Is placed,

However, the punch 12 and the die 11
Is mainly performed by drawing. The outer periphery of the ball portion 3A is formed by the punch abdomen forming surface 16 and the back forming surface 1 of the die 11.
4, and the center bottom is drawn. At this time, as shown in FIG. 15 (b), the upper side of the peripheral edge 3a of the ball portion 3A is in an open state having a gap t, so that the height of the peripheral edge 3a is affected by a change in wall thickness. 16 (a) (b)
(c) As shown in the side view, the edge 3a is formed into a wavy shape with a middle height and the tip side is formed to be lowered, and the edge 3a is punched by a press in a half-cut (ball portion forming) step. Since the state remains as it is, the edge 3a is a cut surface, and as shown in FIG. 16 (c), the end face 3a faces outward and has sharp corners 3b and 3c as shown. For this reason, it is not only extremely troublesome to round the corners 3b and 3c in a curved shape by hand in the subsequent process and flatten the edges 3b and 3c, but also the rounded shape is not uniform, and the ball portion 3 The tip side has an acute angle, is easy to finish thinly, and is considered to have a risk of damaging the lips when using a spoon. This has caused problems in terms of quality and cost.

According to the present invention having the above-described structure, in the step of molding the ball portion under pressure, the flow of the material flows between the back molding surface and the abdomen molding surface toward the step edge, and the same gap is formed. The flow of the material along the back molding surface flowing left and right is blocked at the corner of the back molding surface and the step edge, and the flow of the material along the abdomen molding surface is a concave R formed continuously on the same abdominal molding surface. It flows along the surface toward the back molding surface and the corner of the step edge. For this reason,
A part of the material flowing on the left and right sides flows toward the front end. As a result, the periphery of the curved ball portion is formed into a curved surface following the concave R surface on the inside, and the outer edge is formed into a sharp corner, and the outer shape from the side surface and the tip of the ball portion has a wavy shape with a middle height. In addition, since it is formed on the ball portion where the tip does not drop, in the subsequent process, a chamfered edge that makes a sharp corner outside the periphery be curved.
The corners on the inner side are finely finished by the concave R surface at the time of molding, so one step can be omitted from the conventional process, and the rounding of the tip can be easily performed. As a result, the quality can be prevented from being deteriorated due to the irregularity, so that the spoon can be formed stably.

Thus, the peripheral edge 3 of the curved ball portion 3A
As shown in FIG. 5C, a is formed on the inside of a curved surface 39a that follows the concave R-surface 36, and on the outside is formed on a sharp corner 39b, as shown in FIG. As shown in FIGS. 5 (a) and 5 (b), the outer shape of the outer peripheral edge 3a is formed on the peripheral edge 3a of the ball portion 3A without undulation and the tip is not lowered. Chamfering to make the sharp corner 39b a curved surface may be performed by flattening and flattening. Also, since the inside is beautifully finished into the curved surface 39a by the concave R surface 36 at the time of molding, the conventional chamfering of the corner 3b is performed. One step of the edge sliding and edge crushing step can be omitted, and the tip 26 can be omitted.
Since the edge on the side is thin, it can be prevented from being sharpened without roundness, and it is possible to improve the safety and prevent the quality from being deteriorated due to irregular shapes, so that the spoon S can be formed stably.
