Claims (6)

(57)【特許請求の範囲】(57) [Claims] 【請求項1】酸素含有ガスと燃料との混合物を燃焼して
高温ガス流を得る第一領域、第一領域で得られた高温ガ
ス流に原料炭化水素を供給して反応させる第二領域、及
び第二領域での生成ガスに冷却水をスプレ−して反応を
停止させる第三領域からなるカ−ボンブラックの製造装
置において、第一領域後段は縮小テ−パ−部、及び円筒
部とそれに続く絞り部が多段階に組合わせられてなる整
流部であり、第二領域は円筒部とそれよりも狭められた
円筒部の組み合わせであり、第三領域は第二領域後段の
円筒部に続くそれよりも拡げられた円筒部であることを
特徴とするカ−ボンブラック製造装置。
