[Industrial applications] The flow of organic matter, such as domestic wastewater, into rivers has been increasing along with the sophistication of life, but the velocity of water flowing along river bottoms and along the banks of rivers in slowly flowing rivers If the river is slow, sediment is likely to accumulate on the river bottom and the bank side, and the water surface is smooth and the air is hardly trapped in the water. If this takes place over a long period of time, environmental problems such as landscape and odor will become a problem. The present invention embeds a tubular member in the river bottom or on the bank of a bank so as to protrude partially into the water, thereby disturbing the water flow, preventing the accumulation of sediment, and encouraging the entrainment of air into the water. A comprehensive river that enhances the natural purification of water and provides a home for underwater organisms such as fish, and at the same time provides high-quality groundwater and river water through the filtering action of the contact material between gravel that is filled at a certain ratio. This is a construction method that enhances the natural purification capacity of the plant.

2. Description of the Related Art The wet bottom of a slowly flowing river or the embankment of a bank damages the landscape by depositing sediments over a long period of time, while the air is not easily entrained in the water. However, in severe cases, anaerobic microorganisms may propagate in the sediment and generate methane gas and odorous gas.

When the flow velocity of the water flowing along the bottom of a slowly flowing river or along the wetted part of the bank is low, the water is less turbulent and the sediment is deposited because of the laminar flow. It is easy to clean, the surface of the water is smooth, the air is hardly trapped in the water, and the natural purification action of the river is small.
If this occurs over a long period of time, the landscape will deteriorate and an odor will be generated, causing environmental problems. At the same time, since there is no space where fish and other underwater creatures prefer to live on the riverbed and bank surface hardened with concrete etc., the biological purification action is also reduced.

The present invention will be described with reference to the drawings, but the present invention is not limited to the following description. FIG.
Is a large number of tubular members 4 at the riverbed 2 of the river 1 and at the wetted portion of the bank 3.
Is embedded in the water so that a part of the tip protrudes only with an appropriate length to provide a habitat for aquatic organisms such as fish, and to provide soil, sand, stone, shells, activated carbon, Alternatively, the method for enhancing river water purification power of the present invention, characterized by filling the inter-gravel contact material 5 made of a mixture thereof, is shown.

FIG. 2 shows the operation of the present invention. The flowing river water 6 collides with a number of tubular members 4 projecting part of the tip into the water, and small solids 8 flowing with the river water 6 to form a complicated vortex 7 around the tubular members 4. Is swirled up by the vortex 7 and does not settle. In addition, the water surface 9 undulates due to the vortex 7, and the wave entrains the air 10 to take in oxygen into the water, thereby promoting the decomposition of organic substances by aerobic microorganisms in the water and enhancing the so-called natural purification action of water. The inner space of these tubular members forms a living space for aquatic organisms such as fish. Furthermore, the portion filled with the inter-gravel contact material 5 composed of soil, sand, stone, shells, activated carbon or a mixture thereof at a certain ratio has good water permeability and is suitable for propagation of aerobic microorganisms.
The river water gradually exudes through the filling 5 to the bottom of the river or to the outside of the bank while being purified and filtered naturally, so that good quality groundwater 10 is obtained in the basin of this river. In addition, as shown in FIG. 1, the tubular material to be embedded in the bank can be prevented from being buried by sediment or the like by giving a certain angle α to the horizontal plane.

(1) A complex vortex is created in the flow of water by a large number of tubular materials embedded so that the tip protrudes into the water at the bottom or embankment of the river so that the tip protrudes into the water by an appropriate length. Prevent sediment from accumulating in the area, increase the uptake of oxygen into the water due to the ripples on the water surface, and enhance the natural purification action of the river by promoting the organic matter decomposition action of aerobic microorganisms in the water. (2) The void formed by the tubular material or the like provides a home for underwater organisms such as fish. (3) Good quality groundwater can be obtained by an organic matter decomposing action of aerobic microorganisms attached to and propagated on the inter-gravel contact material filled in the tubular material at a fixed ratio, and a filtering action of the filler. (4) By embedding a large number of tubular members, the strength of the riverbed and the embankment can be increased. (5) The shape, color, arrangement, and the like of the tubular material can be appropriately selected so as to conform to or improve the landscape around the river.
