[0006] The combustion start operation will be described in detail.
Operates, the needle valve 48 closes the nozzle 45, and the pump 42 is driven in the state as it is, and the heater 40 is energized to heat the vaporizing section 38. That is, the temperature is increased while the vaporizing section 38 is filled with the vaporized gas, and the internal pressure of the vaporizing section 38 is increased. And the vaporization unit 3
When the temperature detecting means 41 detects that the internal pressure of the fuel cell 8 has sufficiently increased and the temperature of the vaporizing section 38 has reached a predetermined temperature, the ignition operation is started, the electromagnetic solenoid 47 operates and the needle valve 4
8 opens the nozzle 45, and the vaporized gas gushes. The vaporized gas is supplied into the burner section 49 through the mixing pipe 39 while sucking and mixing the surrounding air, and is ejected from the flame hole 50 portion. Here, when the ignition means 51 is operated, a uniform flame is formed in the large number of flame holes 50 to start combustion, and even if the ignition means 51 is stopped, the pump 4 remains in this state.
When the fuel is continuously supplied to the vaporizing section 38 in step 2, the combustion is continued. The vaporizing section 38 keeps the temperature of the vaporizing chamber 38 at a high temperature by the heat recovery action by the combustion, thereby suppressing the power supply to the heater 40.

In the combustion apparatus having the above-described structure, the temperature of the vaporizing section 38 detected by the temperature detecting means 41 is apt to vary depending on the mounting configuration, and various measures are taken. For example, as shown in FIG. After the mounting portion hole 52 of the portion 38 is filled with the filler 53 having good thermal conductivity, the outer tube 54 of the temperature detecting device 41 is inserted and the temperature detecting device 41 is held by the holding metal 55, and FIG. A screw tap is cut in the mounting portion hole 56 of the vaporizing portion 38 as shown, and the outer tube 57 of the temperature detecting means 41 is cut with a screw die and screwed, which is complicated and troublesome at the time of maintenance. There was a problem that it easily occurred.

For example, in the former case, the filler 53 must be uniformly filled between the mounting portion hole 52 of the vaporizing portion 38 and the outer tube 54 of the temperature detecting means 41. There is a problem that the temperature detected by the temperature detecting means 38 varies due to heat insulation by the air layer. In particular, at the time of maintenance, since the temperature detecting means 41 is once removed from the vaporization section 38, the previous filler 53 remains at the time of reattachment, and the next filler 53 is less likely to be filled, which tends to cause unevenness.
The temperature to be detected also tends to vary. In addition, it is difficult to store the filler 53, and there is a problem that the temperature is varied by attaching the temperature detecting means 38 while the filler 53 is insufficient or hardened and cannot be sufficiently filled.

In the latter case, when the outer tube 57 of the temperature detecting means 38 is screwed into the mounting portion hole 56 of the vaporizing part 38, the lead wire of the temperature detecting means 38 is twisted and easily cut, so that maintenance is difficult. When the attachment and detachment are repeated at times, there is a problem that the temperature is further twisted, a local resistance change is caused, and the detected temperature is changed or finally cut off.

In the above-mentioned conventional combustion apparatus, the vaporizing section needs to be filled with a filler 53 or threaded to improve the heat conduction of the temperature detecting means.
There is a problem that the configuration is complicated, there are many factors of variation, and the cost becomes high.

If the temperature detected by the temperature detecting means 38 fluctuates, it may adversely affect the combustion of the burner 49 or may damage the equipment. For example, the temperature detected by the temperature detecting means 41 fluctuates at the start of combustion. If the temperature is detected to be relatively high, the ignition operation is started before the temperature of the vaporization section 38 reaches the predetermined temperature, and the ignition means 51 is operated in a state where the vaporized gas does not sufficiently accumulate. Odor and white smoke were generated, and in some cases a misfire occurred. Further, when the temperature detected by the temperature detecting means 41 varies at the start of combustion and is detected lower, a control unit (not shown) for controlling the equipment even if the temperature of the vaporizing unit 38 reaches a predetermined temperature, makes the temperature of the vaporizing unit 38 lower. Since it is determined that the temperature has not reached the predetermined temperature and the heater 40 is not turned off, the temperatures of the heater 40 and the vaporizing section 38 are abnormally heated, so that the life of the heater 40 is shortened or the vaporizing section 38 is deformed and used. There was a problem that it became impossible.

Since the vaporizing portion is made of brass and the protective tube of the temperature detecting means is made of stainless steel, the expansion coefficient is almost the same, and the material is different, so that there is no fear of seizure and the clearance between the mounting hole and the protective tube. Can be reduced, and the thermal conductivity can be improved without using a filler. Further, since the depth of the narrowed portion of the protection tube of the temperature detecting means is made larger than the diameter of the narrowed portion for inserting and fixing the thermistor of the protective tube, the heat receiving area becomes large and the temperature detected by the temperature detecting means is stabilized. Further, since the fixing mounting portion closes the mounting hole of the temperature detecting means of the vaporizing portion, the temperature does not escape, and the detected temperature becomes almost the temperature of the measuring portion and the accuracy is improved.
