(57)【特許請求の範囲】(57) [Claims] 【請求項1】前面に開口部を形成して内部を処理室と成
した本体に、前記処理室内の気体を外部に排出するため
の排気手段を設け、前記開口部の下部には、前記排気手
段による吸引風が処理室の底面に沿って流れるようにガ
イドするための制御板を、処理室の底面と隙間を隔てた
状態で開口部の間口方向に沿って延びるように設けて成
るドラフトチャンバーにおいて、 前記本体の前面のうち開口部の下端縁に沿って延びる部
位を、処理室の奥方向に向けて倒れるように傾斜した傾
斜面に形成する一方、 前記制御板を、前記処理室の奥方向に向けて徐々に高さ
が高くなるように傾斜した傾斜部と、該傾斜部の後端に
連接した水平状部とで側面視く字状に形成して、前記傾
斜部を前記本体における傾斜面の上方に位置せしめ、 更に、前記本体の傾斜面が水平面と成す傾斜角度を、制
御板の傾斜部が水平面と成す傾斜角度よりも大きい角度

1.
