該木材収容室の上部に通ずる燃焼ガス供給路と、該木材

とを備え、そして、前記燃焼ガス発生炉内に水蒸気発生
装置を設けて木材屑を水蒸気の存在下で燃焼させること
により得た煙を含む高温高湿度の燃焼ガスを木材収容室
の上部に流入させるようにしたことを特徴とする木材改
質装置。
