両端部が遊嵌されるように取付けられる支持棒部と一体
化して正逆回転する鈎部で構成し、該鈎部を、前記支持
棒部より外側下位に突出した重量の大きな基部と、該基
部の略上方に突出した係合突出部と、前記支持棒部より
内側下位に突出した突当り突出部と、該突当り突出部の
上方に突出した当接突出部とで、側面形状を前記支持棒
