In the conventional piping spacing restrictor, one or a plurality of pipe receiving portions 51 are formed only on the upper and lower side surfaces 50a of the restricting body 50. In order to regulate the interval between the pipes P juxtaposed in the left-right direction, a large number of restricting bodies 50 must be engaged and connected in the up-down direction and the left-right direction. Since the joint connection directions are different, much labor is required for the connection work. In addition, since a large number of engaging projections 52A, 53A, 54 for engaging and connecting the regulating bodies 50 project from the upper, lower, left and right side surfaces of the respective regulating bodies 50, these projections 52A, 53A, In addition to the fact that other objects are likely to be caught on the
When the other side surface 50b is installed on a floor or the like, the other side surface 5b
Since the second engagement protrusion 53A is also formed to protrude at 0b, a dedicated receiving stand having a function of only receiving the restricting body 50 must be separately prepared, and the manufacturing cost is likely to increase. . Further, a first engagement projection 52A and a second engagement projection 53A for engaging and connecting the regulating body 50 in the vertical direction.
Are formed with an outer diameter smaller than the width of the regulating body 50 in the direction of the pipe axis, and are located on the lower side when arranging the pipes P while assembling the plurality of regulating bodies 50. The first and second engagement projections 52A and 53A of each regulating body 50 are subjected to a shear force, a bending moment, and the like in a direction intersecting with a pipe axis direction generated due to contact with or collision with the pipes P. When an external force acts, the engagement projections 52A and 53A are likely to be deformed or damaged.

According to a first aspect of the present invention, there is provided a pipe spacing control device which includes a plurality of regulators for restricting the arrangement interval of pipes on both front and rear surfaces, and At each of a plurality of locations separated by an interval corresponding to the interval between the pipes in the longitudinal direction thereof, a concave pipe receiving portion for receiving pipes is formed, and between the pipe receiving portions adjacent in the longitudinal direction of each of the restrictors. In each of the positions corresponding to the center of the pipe, a fitting recess is formed in which the other restricting bodies are fitted to each other in a posture orthogonal or substantially perpendicular to one of the pipe axial directions, and the pipe receiving portion of each of the restricting bodies is formed.
Are fitted in mating recesses next to it
Continuous or almost continuous with a single circular arc with the pipe receiving part closest to the body
The point is that it is formed in a continuous arc shape . According to the above-described characteristic configuration, since a plurality of concave pipe receiving portions are formed on each of the front and back sides of one regulating body, these plurality of regulating bodies are fitted and connected to each other in a perpendicular posture or a substantially perpendicular posture. Alone, it is possible to regulate the interval between a plurality of pipes arranged in parallel in the vertical direction and the horizontal direction, thereby reducing the number of regulating bodies used as compared with the conventional piping interval regulating device. In addition, since the connecting direction of the plurality of restrictors is unified in the direction of the pipe axis, there is no confusion when the restrictors are connected. In addition, through the fitting recesses formed at respective positions corresponding to the centers between the pipe receiving portions adjacent to each other in the longitudinal direction of each of the restricting bodies, the two restricting bodies are mutually orthogonally or substantially perpendicularly positioned from one of the pipe axial directions. Fitting connection not only reduces protrusions that may cause other objects to be caught, but also occurs when connecting or colliding with piping when arranging piping with multiple regulators. An external force such as a shearing force or a bending moment in a direction intersecting with the pipe axis direction can be dispersed and received by a wide fitting surface between the fitting concave portions of the two regulating bodies. Therefore, when regulating the interval between a plurality of pipes arranged side by side in the vertical direction and the horizontal direction, the connecting work of the regulating body can be performed with a small number of operations by reducing the number of used regulating bodies and unifying the fitting direction. This can be performed efficiently and easily, and the catch of other objects can be suppressed. In addition, it is possible to reliably receive the external force acting on the pipe assembling work without deforming or damaging it, while simply forming the fitting concave part in each regulating body, so that the structure can be simplified and durable. It is possible to achieve an improvement in performance.

Further, according to the above-mentioned characteristic configuration, when the two restrictors are fitted and connected to each other in a posture perpendicular or substantially perpendicular to the one direction of the pipe shaft core, two orthogonal or substantially perpendicular at the fitting position. Since the pipe receiving portion is continuous or almost continuous in a single arc, the receiving area of the pipes is doubled. Therefore,
While reducing the depth of the pipe receiving portion formed in each of the restrictors to reduce the size of each of the restrictors, in a state where a plurality of restrictors are fitted and connected, it is ensured that pipes do not fall off. Can be received. In particular, when two pipe receiving portions that are orthogonal or substantially orthogonal at the fitting position are formed in a series of arcs corresponding to the outer diameter of the pipes, the pipes can be received without play. .

According to a second aspect of the present invention, a characteristic feature of the piping space regulating device is that the fitting recess of each of the regulating bodies and the fitting surface portions of the front and back surfaces of the other regulating body fitted to the recess are provided. The point which opposes and forms the part to be engaged with the locking part for temporary fixing which engages in the state which allows fitting and disengagement of both is formed. According to the above-mentioned characteristic configuration, when arranging the pipes while fitting and connecting the plurality of restricting bodies to each other in a posture orthogonal or substantially perpendicular from one of the pipe axis directions, the pipe shaft is attached to the fitted and connected restricting bodies. Even if an external force acts in the core direction, the relative movement of the restricting body in the disengagement direction can be suppressed by the engagement between the temporary fixing engagement portion and the engaged portion. Therefore, not only the reworking work due to the loosening or release of the fitting connection between the regulation bodies during the work of arranging the pipes can be unnecessary, but also the interval control function of the pipes can be provided for a long time. It can be exhibited well.

According to a fourth aspect of the present invention, a characteristic feature of the piping spacing restrictor is that pipes received by the pipe receiving portion are provided at each of both longitudinal ends of each of the restricting bodies. The point is that the locking portion of the cord body to be tightened is formed. According to the characteristic configuration, the pipes received by the pipe receiving portions of the respective regulators can be tied in a rope state, so that the pipes can be prevented from dropping from the pipe receiving portions. Also, the fitting and disengagement of the regulating body can be suppressed at the same time.

According to a sixth aspect of the present invention, there is provided a mounting base according to the present invention, wherein a plurality of pipes which are received by a pipe receiving portion on a lower surface side of a regulating body disposed above and opposed to the main body of the receiving base. A plurality of concave pipe receiving portions for mounting and supporting are formed, and at each of both longitudinal end portions of the pedestal main body, laterally outward of the pipes mounted and supported by the outermost pipe receiving portion. The point is that a rising wall portion for restricting the movement is provided continuously, and each of the rising wall portions is formed with a mounting hole for a falling-off prevention rod along the vertical direction. According to the characteristic configuration, the restricting body can be supported via the plurality of pipes received by the concave pipe receiving portion of the pedestal main body, and can be mounted on the pipe receiving portion on the upper surface side of the restricting body. Of the plumbing that is done,
The contact can be prevented by the falling-off prevention rod provided in the mounting hole of the receiving base body. Therefore, since the pipes can be received by using the pedestal main body itself, the number of regulators to be used can be reduced by that much, and the assembling work of the regulators while arranging the pipes can be performed. Next, an example of a method of using the piping spacing restrictor and the mounting table B configured as described above will be briefly described with reference to FIG. First, the second mounting table B
2, both the hooking groove 17, the both insertion holes 15, the bridging groove 16
After passing through the band 7 in advance, the second mounting table B2 is installed at a required portion of the piping path, and is located on one diagonal of the four mounting holes 14 formed in both rising wall portions 12. Using the two mounting holes 14, the second mounting table B2 is temporarily fixed to the installation surface with a fixing member such as a nail or an anchor bolt. At this time, the falling-off prevention rod 13 using a reinforcing bar or the like is inserted into each of the two mounting holes 14 located on the other diagonal line. This drop prevention rod 13 is
Since it is possible to prevent the second or more pipes P from falling off, it is possible to easily arrange the second or more pipes P. Next, after the pipes P are placed in a mounted state on the respective pipe receiving portions 11 of the temporarily fixed second mounting table B2, one first regulating body A1 and two second regulating bodies A2 are connected to each other. Are fitted to each other, and each pipe receiving portion 2 on the lower surface side of the first regulating body A1 abuts on the pipes P, and the lower end sides of both the second regulating bodies A2 are adjacent to the pipings P. Attach it in a state where it enters. At this time, each pipe receiving portion 2 on the lower end side of each pipe receiving portion 2 comes into contact with the first-stage pipes P, and the lateral movement of the pipes P is restricted. Then, the pipes P are preferentially placed on the pipe receiving portion 2 located at the central portion in the longitudinal direction (left-right direction) of the pipe receiving portions 2 on the upper surface side of the first regulating body A1, and then both sides thereof The pipes P are placed in the side pipe receiving section 2. When the arrangement of the second-stage pipes P is completed, the second
The other first restricting body A1 is fitted and connected to the fitting concave portion 3 on the upper side of the restricting body A2 from the pipe axis X direction, and the first restricting body A1 is connected to each pipe receiving portion 2 on the upper surface side of the first restricting body A1. The third stage piping P is placed in the same manner as the second stage. When the arrangement of the third-stage pipes P is completed, the band 7 is removed from each second regulating body A.
After the band 7 has been inserted through the locking hole 8 on the upper end side, the clasp of the band 7 is connected to the pipes P and the respective regulating bodies A by the second mounting pedestal B2.
It is fixed by appropriate means while being tied up. In this method of use, the plurality of restrictors A of the piping spacing restrictor and the mounting pedestal B are assembled at the same position. However, the mounting positions of the plurality of restrictors A and the mounting pedestal B It can also be assembled in a state where the installation position is deviated in the pipe axis X direction.
In this case, the pipes P are separately fixed to the plurality of regulating bodies A and the mounting pedestals B.
