トと共にヒートポンプ式空気調和機を形成するものであ
って、前面に空気吹出口と該空気吹出口の上方に位置す
る空気吸込口とを備えるとともに内部には上記空気吹出
口に対向する熱交換器及び上記空気吸込口より吸い込ん
だ空気を上記熱交換器を通した後上記空気吹出口に導
き、室内に放出する送風ファンとを備えている室内ユニ
ットであって、該室内ユニット内での空気の流れの方向
において上記熱交換器の後方中央部に電気ヒータを配置
し、かつ上記空気吹出口には夫々が独立して上下方向に
開閉角度が制御される複数個の水平風向板を横方向に配
置するとともにこれら水平風向板より室内ユニットの内
側の位置に複数個の垂直風向板を横方向に配置した室内
ユニットにおいて、 上記電気ヒータを熱交換器と共に駆動しているとき、上
記水平風向板の内中央部に位置する水平風向板を真下方
向に向けるとともにそれ以外の水平風向板を斜め下方に
向ける一方、上記中央部に位置する水平風向板以外の水
平風向板に対向する第1の垂直風向板の内、上記中央部
の水平風向板に対向する第2の垂直風向板の左側にある
第1の垂直風向板を斜め右に、又第2の垂直風向板の
側にある第1の垂直風向板を斜め左に角度を設定し、
れ以外の第1の垂直風向板には角度をつけないように構
成したことを特徴とするヒートポンプ式空気調和機の室
