2. Description of the Related Art In a felt factory, various yarns are used in various modes when weaving a felt base fabric or the like. For example, a thread wound on a large bobbin may be wound on a small bobbin, or conversely, a thread wound on a small bobbin may be wound on a large bobbin.
It has been practiced to supply two or more types of yarns, respectively, to exert the advantages of each yarn together.

In such a case, conventionally, as shown in FIG. 8, for example, two tension disks (plates) 2, 3 are attached to a cylindrical tension disk receiver 1 in a yarn supply path.
The thread 6 is threaded through the hook portion 4 of the threading receiver 5 having the threading hook portions 4 at both ends, and the thread 6 is brought into contact between the upper and lower discs 2 and 3. A method of supplying a yarn by applying tension to the yarn has been performed. However,
This method and apparatus have good workability, but have a drawback that the yarn 6 easily comes off from between the tension disks 2 and 3.

As shown in FIG. 9, a method is also known in which a through hole 7 is provided in the tension disk receiver 1, a thread 6 is hooked on an end of a key rod 8, and the thread 6 is passed through the through hole 7. ing. Although this method and apparatus can prevent the thread 6 from coming off, it has a drawback that the key bar 8 must be used when passing the thread 6.

Further, as shown in FIG. 10, a method is also known in which two tension disk receivers 1 are erected at a distance from each other and a thread 6 is passed through a gap 9 between them. In this method and apparatus, however, the yarn is unlikely to come off similarly to the method and apparatus shown in FIG. 9 described above. However, when the yarn 6 is passed, the upper tension disk (upper plate) 2 is once removed and the gap 9 is removed.
After the thread 6 is put inside, the upper plate 2 needs to be placed on the lower plate 3. That is, there is a disadvantage that the upper plate 2 needs to be once removed.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS Next, the method of the present invention and an apparatus used therein will be described with reference to the drawings showing embodiments. As shown in FIG. 1, the cylindrical tension disk receiver 10 is provided so as to extend from one side peripheral wall to the other side peripheral wall, and penetrate from the outer peripheral wall in an obliquely upward direction in the cylinder.
The first thread groove (transverse groove) through which the thread can pass from the lateral direction
11 is provided and communicates with the inner end of the first thread groove 11 in the interior thereof, in the longitudinal direction (axial direction, longitudinal direction) of the cylindrical tension disk receiver 10, and A second thread groove (longitudinal groove) 12 penetrating from one side peripheral wall to the other side peripheral wall is provided. The second thread groove (longitudinal groove) 12 is configured to be capable of inserting a yarn in a longitudinal direction. Further, a circular thread stability receiving portion 13 is provided below the second thread groove 12.
In use, the lower end screw portion 14 of the tension disk receiver 10 is attached to the mounting portion 1 for mounting the receiver 10.
5 is fastened by a nut 17 on the back surface of the mounting portion 15, and the receiver 10 is attached to the mounting portion 15.
To be fixed. As shown in the figure, a through hole 18 through which the disk receiver 10 can be inserted is provided at the center of one of the tension lower disks (lower plate) 3. The lower plate 3 is configured in a truncated cone shape. Similarly, a through hole 19 is provided in the other tension upper disk (upper plate) 2 in the form in which the lower plate 3 is turned upside down.

As shown in FIGS. 2 and 3, the upper plate 2 is inserted into the tension disk receiver 10 so as to overlap the lower plate 3, and a thread is inserted between the upper plate 2 and the lower plate 3. Insert 6. As shown in FIG. 2, the thread 6 is stretched, and the stretched thread 6 is put between the upper plate 2 and the lower plate 3 as shown in FIG.
Next, as shown in FIG. 4, the upper plate 2 is lifted up with the thread 6. When the yarn 6 enters the first thread groove 11, as shown in FIG. 5, the inside of the second thread groove 12 is lowered, and at the same time, the upper plate 2 is lowered. Thereby, threading can be performed with one touch as shown in FIG. The yarn 6 is stored in a yarn stability receiving portion 13 below the second yarn passage groove 12.

Next, the present invention will be compared with a conventional example. FIG.
When the thread 6 is abutted between the upper plate 2 and the lower plate 3 and the thread 6 is passed through and tension is applied as in the conventional example shown in FIG. However, according to the present invention, the tension disc receiver 1 located inside the upper and lower tension discs 2 and 3 was used.
The thread is passed through the second thread groove (or the thread stabilizing receiving portion) 12 of the first thread, and the thread 6 is prevented from coming off due to the presence of the first thread groove 11. The tension can be evenly applied, the upper plate 2 can be lifted up with the thread 6, and the thread 6 can be passed through the first thread groove 11 with one touch, so that work can be performed quickly. I can do it.
Further, according to the present invention, threading can be performed without using the key rod 8 for threading as in the conventional example shown in FIG. 9, the upper plate 2 is lifted by the thread 6, and the second threading is performed. When the thread 6 enters the groove 12, the thread 6
If the lower plate 3 is lowered, threading can be performed with one touch, so that an auxiliary tool such as a key rod 8 for special threading is not required. Further, in the conventional example shown in FIG.
Can not be threaded without first being removed upward from the tension disk receiver 1, whereas according to the present invention, the upper plate 2 can be threaded while being inserted into the tension disk receiver 10. In this conventional example, it is necessary to hold the once removed upper plate 2 by hand and place it on the lower plate 3. Due to the presence of the thread groove 11, the upper plate 2 may be lifted by the yarn 6, and there is no need to hold the upper plate 2 by hand.

Next, FIG. 7 will be described. FIG. 7 shows a preferred example to which the present invention is applied. For example, a multifilament yarn or a monofilament yarn 6 is supplied from a large number of bobbins 20 in the first stage, and a large number of bobbins 21 in the second stage. For example, an example is shown in which a woolen yarn is supplied, a large number of the yarn passing tension devices 22 according to the present invention are installed in the yarn supply path, and the yarns 6 are twisted.

As described above, according to the present invention, the drawbacks of the prior art are eliminated, the workability is good, and a large number of threading tensions are installed in the thread supply path when weaving a felt base fabric. A technique capable of passing the yarn through the device with a single touch in a short time, preventing the yarn from coming off, and uniformly applying the tension can be provided.
