2. Description of the Related Art A polymer film, particularly a polyester film, is subjected to a heat treatment in order to release a residual strain received in a manufacturing process thereof, which is called an annealing treatment. This annealing treatment is carried out by storing the take-up roll film in a high-temperature constant temperature chamber for a certain period of time or at a low speed in a continuous furnace. If the winding roll film is heated non-uniformly in this step, there will be problems such as tight winding, winding wrinkles, rolls, and a long time of keeping the winding roll film at a high temperature in relation to the winding core. In order to cope with these problems, a method in which a film having a lower coefficient of thermal expansion than a wound film is internally wound on a core and subjected to an annealing treatment in order to alleviate the influence of the core (Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. Hei. 247
No. 321), as a method of heat treatment, using dielectric heating at the time of winding in production, heating from an equal distance from the roll surface in accordance with the diameter of the winding roll which is gradually increasing, and further adjusting the winding pressure ( Japanese Patent Publication No. 52-1445
No. 1), a method in which a film is heated in a heat treatment furnace before winding the film with a spacer interposed between both ends of the take-up roll film, and after winding, the film is held in a heat treatment furnace for a predetermined time (Japanese Patent Publication No. 5-19999). (See Japanese Unexamined Patent Application Publication No. 2000-205) has been proposed.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION However, Japanese Patent Laid-Open No.
The method described in Japanese Patent No. 24731 is disadvantageous in terms of equipment, materials, and work because an extra film called an inner roll film is included, and the apparatus described in Japanese Patent Publication No. 52-14451 is expensive and complicated. In the method described in Japanese Patent Publication No. Hei 5-19899, ventilation is provided because a gap is provided between the spacer and the film, and the air between the films escapes, and the effect of preventing winding wrinkles and windings is insufficient. Was.

In the present invention, enclosing the take-up portion of the apparatus in a box shape means that an environment area surrounding the take-up roll is formed to the minimum necessary. There may be additional devices in the box other than the winding device. Keeping the film at a high temperature equivalent to that of the annealing processing chamber means that the film temperature is sufficiently raised and winding is performed.
0-140 ° C is preferred. Any heating method may be used for heating the inside of the box. In the present invention, heating and winding the polymer film to a temperature equivalent to the temperature in the box immediately before winding means heating the film to a temperature of 60 to 140 ° C. in the box. It is preferable to install a heating roller, a dielectric heating roller, a ceramic heater,
Alternatively, it is preferable to directly heat the film using a steam heating roller. By heating the film near the annealing temperature before winding as described above, the effect of inward expansion and reduction on the winding roll from the outside is reduced, thereby tightening, wrinkling, Rolling can be prevented.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS As shown in FIG. 1, a winding portion 1 of an apparatus is surrounded by a box-shaped enclosure 2, and the inside of the box-shaped enclosure 2 is maintained at a high temperature of 60 to 120 ° C. which is equivalent to that of an annealing chamber. The temperature of the annealing chamber is appropriately selected depending on the material of the film to be treated. For example, the temperature is 60 to 70 ° C. for a polyethylene terephthalate film and 100 to 120 ° C. for a polyethylene naphthalate film. In this case, the inside of the box may be heated by blowing hot air or a heater 4 may be provided. The outside of the box is surrounded by a heat insulating material 3. Film 6 has a thickness of 1
It has a width of 0 to 100 μm, a width of 150 mφ to 1000 mmφ, and a winding length of 1000 m to 3000 mm. The core 5 used for winding is placed in the box-shaped enclosure 2 and is heated to a temperature of 60 to 140 ° C. in the box. As the film to be wound, a heating roller 7 which is in direct contact with the film 6 is used, and the film 6 is heated to the same temperature as the inside of the box by the contact of the heating roller 7 and wound. The roll 8 thus wound has a uniform temperature distribution from the core 5 to the outer periphery of the winding,
There is no difference in contraction / expansion due to heat, so that no wrinkles or rolls are generated. Immediately after winding, the wound roll 8 is taken out of the box and carried into a constant temperature chamber (not shown) for annealing. At this time, the temperature of the surface of the winding roll is lowered by the ambient temperature atmosphere, but it is limited to several rounds of the outer circumference of the roll 8 and has no significant effect. Then, a necessary annealing process is performed. In the cooling after the annealing treatment, the web shrinks, but there is no problem because the softening of the web is small during the cooling. In addition, it is also possible to send to the next step at the annealing temperature without performing cooling. In this case, since the cooling proceeds slowly during the transportation, there is also an effect that winding tightness and wrinkling hardly occur.

By performing the heat treatment method of the present invention, the tightening, wrinkling, and loss of the winding which have conventionally occurred when the bulk roll is heated can be eliminated, and a large loss reduction effect can be obtained. Obtained. The constant temperature chamber may use a conventional device, and the casing of the winding section may be a bulk roll 1
Since the space required is the same as the main space, the minimum equipment was required and large capital investment was avoided. By using this heat treatment method, the temperature distribution in both the radial direction and the axial direction of the roll is uniform, so that the heat treatment does not cause any tightening, wrinkles, rolls, etc., and a support having good flatness can be obtained. For example, by applying a polyethylene terephthalate film or a polyethylene naphthalate film used as a polymer film of a support for a photographic light-sensitive material, a support excellent in flatness and suitable for uniform coating of an emulsion can be obtained. In particular, in the case of a polyethylene naphthalate film, an effect of improving curl recovery was also observed.
