[Detailed Description of the Invention] [Industrial field of application] The present invention relates to an underarm sweat absorption pad that is used by being attached to a joint between a sleeve and a body of clothes. [Prior Art] Wetting by underarm sweating is not only unpleasant,
It is inconvenient to make stains on clothes. Although it has been widely practiced to absorb sweat by wearing underwear for a long time, there is a tendency that the amount of wearing underwear tends to decrease in recent years, especially in the summer, and it is necessary to use a localized sweat absorber instead of underwear. The sex is growing. Under these circumstances, conventionally, various pad-type local sweat absorbing means to be attached to the lower part of the side of clothes have been proposed,
For example, as disclosed in Japanese Utility Model Application Laid-Open No. 56-95517, a pad has a structure in which two small crescent-shaped pieces are fixed to each other at their small circumferential ends, and one surface thereof is a water-permeable layer made of a water-repellent mesh cloth. , The other side is a waterproof layer made of waterproof cloth, and the waterproof cloth is sandwiched and contained as a water-absorbing layer between both cloths, and the waterproof cloth side is in contact with clothing and fixed for use. Further, as disclosed in Japanese Utility Model Application Laid-Open No. 59-95120, the water absorbing layer is made of paper, the water blocking layer is made of vinyl sheet, and the water blocking layer is made of vinyl sheet, and both sides are used as fixing means, without providing the water permeable layer. Those using an adhesive tape have also been proposed. [Problems to be Solved by the Invention] However, since the above-mentioned conventional ones all have a so-called crescent shape, it is necessary to secure a sufficient sweat absorbing surface in the central portion of the pad along the sleeve grooving. However, there is a problem in that the width of the absorption surface is rapidly reduced toward the front end and the rear end, and it is difficult to secure the absorption surface over the entire armpit. In order to solve such a problem, it is conceivable that the pad shape is not a so-called crescent shape but an arc shape with a constant width along the sleeve sleeve, but doing so impairs the aesthetic appearance of the design. However, such a solution cannot be an appropriate solution because it has low commercial value. The present invention has been devised in order to solve the above problems, and an object thereof is to obtain an underarm sweat absorption pad having a wider absorption range than the area by devising a pad shape. [Means for Solving Problems] In order to achieve the above object, the present invention absorbs a pad.
The sleeve attachment part including the odor absorbing layer and the water blocking layer and the body attaching part are polymerized by absorbing the water and the odor absorbing layer on the outer surface side and the water blocking layer on the inner surface side, and the both attachment parts are curved connecting portions. Connect them to each other and attach double-sided adhesive tape to the inner surface of the sleeve attachment part and the body attachment part. The above-mentioned object is achieved as a continuous edge shape. [Operation] In the pad of the present invention described above, the sleeve attachment part is attached to the sleeve part of the garment and fixed with the double-sided adhesive tape, and the body attachment part is attached to the body part of the garment and fixed with the double-sided adhesive tape. used. Then, in the fixed state, the water absorbing and odor absorbing layers of both attachment parts face the skin side, and the water blocking layer comes into contact with clothes,
Sweat is absorbed by the water-absorbing and odor-absorbing layers, blocked by the water-blocking layer, and prevented from seeping into clothes. In addition, the edge shape that connects three curves has the function of making the pad width from the connecting part to the edge almost constant, and when installing the pad, secures a water absorbing / odor absorbing layer surface over a wide area under the armpit. Fulfill the role of doing. [Embodiment] An embodiment of the present invention will be described below in detail with reference to the drawings. FIG. 1 shows an embodiment of the pad of the present invention, in which a pad 1 is a sleeve attachment part 2 which is put on the lower armpit side of a garment, and a body part which is put on the lower sleeve part of the garment side. It is composed of an attachment portion 3, and both attachment portions 2 and 3 are connected by a connection portion 4 of a curved portion which corresponds to a connection portion between a sleeve and a body, that is, a curve of the armhole under the armpit. Double-sided adhesive tapes 5 and 6 for attaching to the sleeve and the body are attached to the inner surfaces of the attachment parts 2 and 3, respectively. A release paper is pasted on the surface of this tape. A pocket 7 is provided on the outside of the pad 1 as shown in FIG. Further, the edge portions of the sleeve attachment portion 2 and the body attachment portion 3 have an edge shape in which three curves having a smaller radius of curvature are connected to each other than the curve connection portion 4, which is a petal shape, so to speak, as a pad design. The absorption surface having a substantially uniform width is ensured along the curved connecting portion 4 over a wide angle range without deteriorating the shape of the above. Next, the internal structure of the pad 1 will be described with reference to the sectional view of FIG. In the figure, each layer is drawn much thicker than the actual thickness, but it is actually several millimeters thick and the inner surface side of the sleeve attachment part 2 and the body attachment part 3 of the pad 1 And the permeable layer 21, respectively on the outer surface side.
24, 31, 34 are provided, and water absorption
The odor absorbing layers 22 and 32 and the water blocking layers 23 and 33 are provided. The water-stop layer is a water-proof sheet such as vinyl or polyethylene, and the water-permeable layer and the water-absorption / odor-absorption layer are paper, non-woven fabric,
It is made of an appropriate material such as cloth. In the figure, the layers 21 and 31 on the outer surface side are the sides that directly contact the skin, and the layers 24 and 34 on the inner surface side are the sides that contact the garment. At the time of use, the release paper of the double-sided adhesive tape may be peeled off, the curved connecting portion 4 of the pad 1 may be put along the cuff portion of the garment, and the adhesive surface of the tape may be pressed against the sleeve and the body to be adhered. In the pad of the above embodiment, by providing the water permeable layer,
A space is maintained between the skin and the water / odor absorbing layer by the above layer, and the water / odor absorbing layer that has absorbed sweat does not come into contact with the skin, so that it can be used comfortably. The present invention has been described above based on an embodiment, but the present invention is not limited to the above embodiment, and the detailed shape of the pad, the material of each layer, the color, the design, etc. can be arbitrarily selected. Further, the positions of the pockets and the tape can be changed appropriately. In particular, the pockets include the water permeable layers 21, 24 in addition to the out pockets shown in FIGS.
Alternatively, a slit may be provided in a part of 31, 34 so as to be formed between the water permeable layer and the water absorbing / odor absorbing layer. Further, of the water permeable layers, the layers 24 and 34 on the inner surface side are not necessarily provided, and the water absorption / odor absorption layer may be a single layer or multiple layers. For reference, the method of manufacturing the pad of the present invention will be described. Paper or the like that constitutes the water-absorbing / odor-absorbing layer is cut into an appropriate shape as shown by the dotted line in FIG. 1, and one side thereof is shown by the solid line. It is easily manufactured by applying a water-stop layer such as a vinyl sheet cut into a slightly larger shape, and applying paper or the like that forms a water-permeable layer of the same shape to the outside of the above two layers and heating and compressing the edges. be able to. [Advantages of the Invention] Since the present invention is configured as described above, it is possible to absorb sweat of the armpit and prevent the generation of unpleasant odor due to sweat, and further to generate a pleasant scent, in accordance with the above purpose. It is possible to obtain an underarm sweat absorbing pad that is thin, has a good wearing feeling, and has a wider absorption range than the area.
