In recent years, when a representative telephone line is incorporated, a method for preventing an incorporation error is to prepare outgoing telephones for the number of representative systems, call the representative number by hand, and listen to the answer back tone. Although there was only a method of confirming this, it is desired to confirm this efficiently.

When the telephone equipment 92 of a company or the like is changed from one general telephone to a new representative telephone system to incorporate a plurality of representative telephone lines, or when the number of existing representative telephone lines is increased, a public telephone An application is made to the network 90. Public telephone network 90
Then, work to incorporate the number of telephone lines applied to the representative telephone line accordingly. If there are too many current telephone lines in the operation of the telephone equipment 92, the number of representative telephone lines may be reduced.

[0005] Specifically, as an example of the telephone equipment 92,
There are a representative telephone line of a general company, a representative line for receiving ticket reservations, a representative telephone line for receiving mail order and TV shopping, a representative telephone line for connecting to an access point of personal computer communication, and the like. These representative telephone lines are often changed on a daily basis in extreme cases, so even if you apply for a change in the number of representative telephone lines to the public network, they will always be incorporated as you wish (representative). In some cases, the number of telephone lines is not increased) or the number of representative telephone lines is not reduced. As the cause, various causes such as a contact error at the time of application, a delay in work, and an error can be considered.

Conventionally, in order to confirm the number of telephone lines incorporated in the representative telephone of the telephone equipment 92, a general telephone line 93 is used.
From the plurality of telephones 94 using the representative telephone number of the telephone equipment 92 at the same time. At this time, the number of telephones 94 to be used (the same as the number of telephone lines 93) must be at least the same as the number of lines of the representative telephone for which the application has been made. Thus, the telephone equipment 9 can be simultaneously transmitted from the plurality of telephones 94.
The incoming call is made to the second representative telephone line.

If this calling operation is performed in a situation (time or the like) in which no incoming call is generated in the telephone equipment, all incoming calls can be received from all the telephone sets 94.
If there is a telephone that cannot receive a call, it can be understood that the desired number of representative telephone lines are not incorporated. The reason for calling from multiple telephones 94 at the same time is as follows.
If the time shifts, one representative telephone line is used repeatedly, so that it is not possible to confirm the number of built-in units correctly.

In the above-described conventional method of checking the number of representative telephone lines, if the number of representative telephone lines is large, the same number of general telephone lines are secured for confirmation, and each telephone line is checked. The number of people who make outgoing calls from telephones connected to the telephone increases, and the work to make outgoing calls at the same time is complicated, and there are also problems in terms of cost and work efficiency.

In this configuration, the telephone equipment 8 having the representative number
Are accommodated in a general telephone network 7, and the representative line number detecting device 1 is connected via the ISDN network 6 and the telephone network 7. According to the present invention, the number of representative lines is detected by simultaneously performing a large number of calls destined for the representative line using the ISDN primary group speed line and counting the number of connected lines. According to the CCITT recommendation, 1.5Mbps 23B is used as the primary rate interface of ISDN.

A representative telephone number and the number of lines are respectively designated from the input / output unit 3 to the processing unit 2 of the representative line number detecting device 1 or the contents of the representative line table 2c are displayed, and one of the displays is selected. , The representative line number and the number of lines are set in the representative number / number of lines setting means 2a. The set contents are sent to the line control unit 4, and the representative number set as the destination address is set for the number of lines (the number of B channels) set by the primary rate call setting creating means 4a therein. A primary rate interface call setup (SETUP) message is created and sent to the ISDN network 6 over the D channel.

In the ISDN network 6, call setup (SETUP)
Is searched for a destination address (representative number) included in the telephone network 7, and when the destination is accommodated in the telephone network 7, the telephone network 7 is connected to the telephone network 7 through a plurality of lines corresponding to the set number of channels. When the telephone responds (hooks off) for each line, the telephone network 7 detects this and notifies the ISDN 6. I
Upon detecting the response, the SDN network 6 sends a connection (CONNECT) message to the calling side via the D channel.

When this connection message is detected by the connection detecting means 4b of the line control unit 4, the detection output is notified to the processing unit 2. The processing unit 2 counts this notification by the connection number counting unit 2b. The counting result is output (displayed or printed) to the input / output unit 3. With this numerical value, the number of representative representative lines can be checked accurately. When the number of representative lines is set, the number may be set to a value larger than the number of lines to be incorporated as representative lines.

FIG. 3 shows the operation of representative line detection according to the embodiment.
This will be described with reference to FIGS. The operator operates the keyboard 3a to display the representative telephone table 22a (see FIG. 4).
Is displayed on the display 3b and one is selected, whereby the telephone number of the representative line and the number of lines are designated (a in FIG. 3). The desired telephone number and the number of lines may be set from the keyboard 3a without using the representative telephone table. The telephone number of the designated representative line and the number of lines are sent to the line control unit 4 in response to a call instruction from the keyboard 3a (b in FIG. 3). Further, in this embodiment, the number of lines (n + 1), which is one more than the number of representative lines (n), is sent to the line controller 4. In this case, since the number of selected representative lines is “3”, the line number “4” is notified to the line control unit 4.

The telephone network 7 captures a representative line 9 connected to a plurality of telephone equipments 8 corresponding to the respective B channels, and performs incoming connection (e in FIG. 3). Specifically, a call signal is transmitted. Although this call signal is not shown in FIG. 2, when the call signal is received by an NCU (network control unit) provided before the modem 8b connected to the representative line of the telephone equipment 8, the modem receives a CI (call). When this response state is detected in the telephone network 7,
A signal indicating the connection (CONNECT) is sent to the ISDN network 6 (g in FIG. 3). The signal indicating this connection is generated each time a response is made to the incoming call for each representative line. The example of FIG. 3 shows a state in which a response has been made for three lines. ISD
Upon receiving this connection message (CONNECT), the N network 6 transmits a connection message (indicated by CONNECT) for each call number to the line controller 4 on the calling side (h in FIG. 3). When the connection message is received and identified by the line control unit 4, it is notified to the processing device 20 each time (i in FIG. 3). Upon receiving this notification, the processing device 20 performs counting. The count value of the connection message is displayed on the display 3b within a certain time after the call instruction is issued (j in FIG. 3). From the number of connected lines, the number of lines incorporated as representative lines can be confirmed.
