(57)【特許請求の範囲】(57) [Claims] 【請求項1】 基板の両側に対向して設けた側板の端縁
に内側へ向けての折り返し壁を各々連成した断面形状の
型材を用い、一方型材の端部における基板を切り欠き、
この切り欠き部分に他方型材の端部を嵌め合わせた状態
で、両型材の端部を直角に結合することにより枠体を組
み立てる組立装置であり、一方型材の基板と折り返し壁
の対向面間に差し込んだ状態で、両型材の基板にわたっ
て外接させるL形のコーナ部材と、他方型材の内部に固
定する雌ねじ部材と、前記コーナ部材と雌ねじ部材を引
き締め結合するボルトとの組み合わせからなり、ボルト
の締め付けで両型材の端部を直角に結合するようにした
枠体の組立装置において、前記コーナ部材の両側部で外
側コーナ部分の位置に、両型材の端部を直角に結合した
状態で、一方型材の側板と折り返し壁の端部を一体に覆
う矩形状に形成され、その外側二辺に一方型材の側板と
折り返し壁の端部外面を覆うための屈曲部が連成された
キャップを一体に設けたことを特徴とする枠体の組立装
