The ceiling panel mounting structure shown in FIG.
Although it is possible to form a good-looking joint, it is difficult to perform the installation from the indoor side, and the installer must enter the ceiling and perform the installation. There was a problem that a space had to be provided above the ceiling and an installation scaffold was required. Moreover, when constructing a plurality of panel materials 1, it is necessary to follow a certain order for attachment or detachment, and there is a problem that it is impossible to construct a panel material 1 at an arbitrary place. .

The mounting structure of the ceiling panel shown in FIG. 10 has a problem that the panel frame member 3b having a very special structure must be used. In addition, the cushion material 11 and the joint bottom plate 10 must be sequentially inserted and attached to a specific space formed by a pair of panel frame members 3b provided on the back side of the narrow joint portion 2, which is extremely difficult. There was a problem.

Further, both ends of the joint bottom plate 10 have to be placed on the step portions a of the panel frame member 3b, and there is a problem that the joint bottom plate 10 is difficult to be attached and detached. In the ceiling panel mounting structure shown in FIG. 11, the special arm 12 having the hook b must be provided on both sides of the mounting base 5c.
In addition, it is necessary to accurately assemble and assemble the panel frame member 3c having the hook c at the tip, so that the structure is complicated as a whole and the panel member 1 is difficult to remove. Furthermore, since the panel member 1 is attached by engaging the hook c of the panel frame member 3c with the hook b of the arm 12, there is a possibility that the panel member 1 may fall off due to vibration such as an earthquake.

The panel mounting structure according to the present invention is a technique which fundamentally improves on the above-mentioned conventional problems, and the gist of the invention is that a plurality of panel members are connected to a panel frame member. In the ceiling panel mounting structure in which the joints are attached to the ceiling in parallel with both sides of the joint by using the mounting base and the innermost part of the joint is closed by the joint bottom plate, On the back side, the side edges of each panel frame material are erected along the joint portion, and the joint portion is closed by abutting the joint bottom plate on the side edges of the panel frame materials on both sides, and further, the joint bottom plate is connected to one side thereof. A ceiling panel mounting structure characterized by being movably mounted on a panel frame material via an elastic body inserted into a hole provided in a portion of the ceiling panel.

In the case of the third embodiment, the width of the joint bottom plate 35 is made substantially smaller than the left and right width of the joint 28 at the back, and the joint bottom plate 35 can be tilted forward of the joint 28. However, in the case of the fourth embodiment shown in FIG. 5, the joint left and right widths of the joint bottom plate 37 are made larger than the left and right widths of the joint portion 28 at the back, and the joint joint bottom plate 37 is attached. Provide a larger space on the back side (upper side) than the position,
Thus, the joint bottom plate 37 is configured to be tilted to the back side. In this case, the leaf spring 2 is placed between the inner edge of the frame member 34 of the panel and the back surface of the joint bottom plate 37.
8 is attached.

The fifth embodiment shown in FIG. 6 is a technique obtained by improving the third embodiment shown in FIG. That is, in the case of the fifth embodiment, the panel frame material 34 at the entrance of the joint 28 is used.
And a panel member 29, and a sealing 40 is filled in the innermost part of the joint 28 for attaching the panel frame member 34 to the mounting base 22.
In the case of the fifth embodiment, waterproofing between the panel frame member 34 and the panel member 29 is performed by filling the sealing members 39 and 40, respectively, and at the same time, the gap between the panel frame member 34 and the mounting base 22 is reduced. It is possible to waterproof between each.

Further, since the joint bottom plate is movably attached to the panel frame material via an elastic body, a work for attaching or detaching a mounting base or the like to the ceiling via a screw or the like using the joint portion can be performed. In such a case, the joint bottom plate is temporarily moved via the elastic body to easily open the innermost part of the joint part completely and easily, and after construction, it can be easily restored to the original state. It also has the effect of

Further, since the joint bottom plate is attached to the panel frame material through the elastic body which is inserted into and engaged with the hole provided on one side of the joint bottom plate as described above, it can be used for many years. There is an effect that the joint bottom plate does not drop or move even when the joint base plate falls due to vibrations such as earthquakes.
