[0005] The used injection needle 30 is removed from the nozzle of the syringe barrel 31 and stored in the original case.
Put on the cap and dispose of the case. Further, a plurality of ribs are formed on the outer periphery of the tip of the injection needle.
Also, ribs are similarly formed on the inner peripheral surface of the storage opening of the case, so that when the used syringe needle is attached to the used syringe needle while the used syringe needle is still attached to the syringe outer cylinder 31, the ribs are connected to each other. When the case is engaged and the case is rotated, the used injection needle can be removed from the nozzle.

[0006] In the work of removing the used injection needle from the syringe barrel 31 and discarding it, there is a danger that the used injection needle may accidentally stick into the skin during the operation and cause serious infection. It has been pointed out that there is something. Therefore, there is a type in which a used injection needle can be removed from the nozzle of the syringe barrel 31 in the case of the injection needle as described above.

However, the case itself accommodating the injection needle is an extremely small-diameter cylindrical body, and an operator sometimes performs such an operation under various circumstances. Accidentally, a used injection needle may pierce the skin. Therefore, Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 9-224985 discloses a device for disposing of used injection needles. Although the above invention includes various embodiments, the following contents are described in the embodiments.

That is, after the syringe stops at the receiving position, the motor or the driving means for fixing the injection needle provided with the weight is rotated through the hollow shaft separating the injection needle space portion, so that the needle removal operation is performed. The needle remover is a fastener provided with a pair of toothed flat plates that operate in front or substantially simultaneously to grip or pinch and fix the injection needle mounting portion.

By the way, in the invention disclosed in the above-mentioned Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 9-224985, in the embodiment shown in FIG. The tip of the toothed flat plate has many teeth formed in a sawtooth shape. When the tip portion 30a of the used injection needle is actually pinched with such a cutting edge, the following problems occur.

First, the number of ribs formed along the axial direction of the tip portion 30a differs depending on the manufacturer. As shown in FIGS. 9A, 9C, and 9D, there are many cases in which four, six, eight, and the like are used. Therefore, the intervals between adjacent ribs are also different. Therefore,
If the teeth at the tip of the toothed flat plate are the saw-toothed teeth c, as the number of ribs of the tip portion 30a increases, the saw-toothed teeth c at the tip of the toothed flat plate become the tip portion 30a.
Incompletely caught on the rib of
0a, and the tip portion 30a is inserted into the syringe barrel 31.
The toothed flat plate and the tip portion 30a may run idle even when the tip portion 30a is rotated so as to be removed from the device [FIG.
0 (A)].

In the worst case, the chip 3
The ribs 30a 1 , 30a 1 ,... Of the 0a are scraped off by the saw-toothed teeth c due to the idle rotation of the toothed flat plate, so that the tip portion 30a has a simple cylindrical shape [FIG. 10 (B)]. reference〕. When the ribs are thick, they cannot engage with the above-mentioned saw-tooth c (see FIG. 10 (C)), and even when the interval between adjacent ribs is narrow, they cannot engage with the saw-tooth c. (See FIG. 10D).

In this case, the tip portion 30a can no longer be rotated by the pinching pressure of the toothed flat plate, and the used injection needle 30 is manually removed from the syringe barrel 31 by the operator. Must be removed. Therefore,
There is a danger of an accident in which the used injection needle sticks into a worker's finger or the like as described above.

Means for Solving the Problems Therefore, the inventor of the present invention has intensively studied to solve the above-mentioned problems, and as a result, the present invention
A rotating hollow shaft having a plurality of side through-holes formed at equal intervals on an outer peripheral side surface; a driven member rotatably mounted in a circumferential direction of the rotating hollow shaft; A plurality of pivots for pivotally supporting the distal end portion and penetrating through the side through hole of the rotary hollow shaft so as to clamp the used tips for mounting the used injection needles close to each other inside the rotary hollow shaft. In the used injection needle disposal device comprising a movable locking claw member, a swinging free end of the locking claw member has a holding portion for holding a tip portion of a used injection needle; A locking projection protruding from a side where the locking claw member is close to the tip of the holding portion and at a sharp angle from the side where the locking claw member is close, and locking to a rib formed around the tip portion; And a corner portion formed between the holding portion and the holding portion has a substantially right angle, and a holding surface of a tip portion of the holding portion. By using a locking structure in a used injection needle disposal device formed in a substantially arc shape that can be contacted along a rib formed around the tip portion, the rib of the tip portion of the used injection needle Thus, any of the types can be satisfactorily locked, thereby solving the above-mentioned problem.

Rotation braking means 12 is provided between the supporting plate 11 and the rotary hollow shaft 7, and a mechanism for applying a load resisting the rotational movement of the rotary hollow shaft 7 by the rotation braking means 12. ing. The rotation braking means 12 causes a rotation angle difference between the rotary hollow shaft 7 and the driven member 8. This angle difference is due to the locking claw member A swinging around the pivot end 22 by the side through hole 7c, and all the swing free ends A 1 , A 1 ,. While the proximity or discrete operation is completed inside the rotating hollow shaft 7,
The rotating hollow shaft 7 starts rotating together with the driven member 8 (see FIGS. 5A and 5B).
