鉄板性の胴板にプラスチック製の静音発泡シートを貼付
けてる構成のため、各々を分離できず資源を有効利用す
る廃家電対応にはなっていない。又、この対策として例
えば実公平5−27199号に示されるように、ドラム前板と
ドラム後板にリング状の溝を設け、その溝に静音発泡シ
ートの前後端を挿入し接着剤を使わずに機械的に固定す
るものがあるが、その方法による回転ドラムの製作法
は、まずドラム胴板を丸め、それが広がらないようバン
ドを巻き付けた後にドラム前板とドラム胴板を巻締めに
より組み合わせる。次にドラム前板に設けられたリング
状の溝に静音発泡シートを手作業により丸めながら挿入
する。その後、静音発泡シートの後端面とドラム後板の
溝を合わせながら組み合わせ、ドラム胴板とドラム後板
とを巻締めして回転ドラムを製作する。以上の方法にお
いては前述の問題である各々を分離できる構成にはなっ
ているが、回転ドラムの製作工程の途中に手作業により
静音発泡シートを挿入する工程があるため自動組立てで
きず、以前として生産性を悪くする問題を有していた。
