1 to 4 show an embodiment of the present invention. The support frame 10 constituting the top light is configured by arranging a plurality of frame members 11 such as round pipes in parallel with each other, and extends in a horizontal direction. A bracket 12 is welded to an intermediate portion of each frame member 11 where the phases in the length direction coincide with each other, and a screw cylinder 13 is welded and fixed to the upper surface of the bracket 12. The screw tube 13 is provided with a cross-shaped joint 1.
A stud 15 hanging down from the center of the lower surface of 4 is screwed. A lock nut 37 adjusts the height position of the joint 14 by rotating the stud 15 and then tightens the upper end surface of the screw cylinder 13 to prevent the stud 15 from rotating.

In the case of the apparatus for discharging water from the roof surface of the present invention configured as described above, the gutter members 21, 21 have rainwater leaking from between the frames 28, 28 holding the adjacent glass panels 27, 27. Receiving this rainwater and passing the gutter members 21 and 2
Discharge through 1. The inclination direction and the inclination angle of each gutter member 21, 21 can be adjusted by rotating the stud 15 and changing the height position of the joint 14. Therefore, if the rainwater that has flowed down to each of the gutter members 21 and 21 is allowed to flow to the end of the toplight and to flow along a vertical member provided at the end of the toplight such as a support column, the rainwater is allowed to flow through the toplight. It can prevent dripping from the middle part downward.
