せ、そのセパレータの端部それぞれを固定枠の外面に固

る。とくに、阪神大震災以後は鉄筋の配置密度が高くな
っているので、上記問題が重大となってきている。この
発明は上記の事情に鑑みて行ったもので、型枠内へのセ
パレータの貫通配置作業が容易にできるようにして、作
業効率を高めることを目的とする。

装着面側に突出形成された嵌合取り付け部が円形であ
り、セパレータ挿通穴それぞれがその円形の中心位置か
ら外れた位置に設けられた構成とされているので、セパ
レータ取り付け用治具を取り付けた状態において板体そ
れぞれを回転させることで容易にセパレータ穴の変位調
整が行なえる。

前側の板体2の装着面には円形環状凸部7が、後側の板
体3の装着面には円形凸部8がそれぞれ一体に設けられ
ており、また、板体2、3それぞれの互いに相対する位
置には、その中心から偏心した位置にセパレータ挿通穴
5、6それぞれが設けられている。連結体4はL型鋼が
組み合わされた構成となっている。次に、セパレータ取
り付け用治具1の取り付け構成を図7の使用状態断面図

径50〜60mm程度で直径18mm程度の挿通穴5,
6を備えるものを用い、その場合セパレータ取り付け用
治具1を回転させることで、上下方向、横方向において
最大40mm程度の距離においてセパレータ30の取り
付け位置を変位調整できる。従来は挿通穴が型枠、固定
枠に固定的に設けられていたので、その位置に鉄筋があ
るとセパレータの挿通配置が行なえなかった。
