一端が連設されるとともに他端が外方に開放されたねじ
孔部(11)とが同軸に設けられ,挿通孔部(9)に挿
通される補助ボルト(12)を,該補助ボルト(12)
の頭部(13)がボルト(B 1 ,B 2 )内に収まり且つ
前記係止部(10)に係合するまで前記ねじ孔部(1
