However, the color paint and the base paint have a high viscosity and the use ratio of the color paint is small.
With the above conventional gun, it is extremely difficult to disperse the colored paint uniformly and scatteredly in a small amount in the base paint, and it is insufficient for a multicolor texture finish having irregularities.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION The object of the present invention is to provide a color mixing spray gun for spraying a base paint as a base material and a coloring paint added to the base material in a non-mixed state by spraying. A base paint container, a colored paint container, and a merging chamber into which each of these paints is introduced. The merging chamber is an injection nozzle having one end tapered and having an injection port at the tip. An air pipe connected to a compressed air supply source extends into the merging chamber and has an air discharge port near the injection nozzle, and the colored paint container is pressurized to pump paint in the container. This is achieved by a multi-color spray gun characterized in that it comprises means and has a replaceable orifice valve interposed in the connecting passage with the merging chamber.

[0010] Another object of the present invention is to provide a coating method in which a base paint and a colored paint are sprayed in an unmixed state by spraying, wherein the viscosity is 5 to 30 Pa · s and the weight ratio to the base paint 100 is 100%. However, the present invention is also achieved by a coating method in which 0.5 to 10 colored paints are sprayed in contact with a base paint immediately before spraying.

The colored paint container 3 is connected to the merging chamber 4 by a connecting pipe 7. The colored paint container 3 can be arranged outside the base paint container 2 and closer to the spray nozzle 5, and its connecting pipe 7 is located at a position higher than the position where the base paint container 2 is connected to the merging chamber 4. It is preferable to be provided near the tip of the air discharge port 6. Colored paint container 3
By disposing the position of the connecting pipe 7 above the end of the air discharge port 6 rather than the connecting position of the base paint container 2, the contact time between the colored paint and the base paint is shortened, and the influence of turbulence in the merging chamber is reduced. Therefore, the two paints are hardly mixed, the colored paint can be maintained in a granular form, and a clear pattern can be formed.

Can be a screw-in type. For example, as shown in FIG. 3, a screw notch that can be screwed into the connecting pipe mounting portion 4 a protruding from the merging chamber 4 is formed on the outer peripheral surface thereof.
An orifice passage 10a passing through the axis is formed, and a recess 10b for a hexagon wrench is formed at one end of the orifice passage 10a, so that the connecting pipe mounting portion 4a is formed.
Can be screwed into. The diameter of the orifice passage 10a is preferably 1 mm to 3 mm,
It is preferable to prepare various orifice valves 10 having different diameters within this range so that they can be replaced according to the purpose.

As described above, if the orifice valve 10 is replaced, a pattern with higher reproducibility can be formed as compared with the screw adjustment type. That is, if the flow rate is adjusted using a screw type adjustment valve, fine adjustment is difficult, and this is particularly remarkable when the flow rate is very small. The connecting pipe 7 may be provided with an opening / closing cock 11 near the colored paint container 3.

For example, when it is desired to create a painted surface that resembles a white shadow, a white paint is used as the base paint. Examples of the material of the paint include an aqueous paint using an organic or inorganic synthetic resin such as a silicate resin such as a vinyl resin or an acrylic resin. The viscosity of this base paint is 5-30P
It is preferable to use a · s (JIS, K-5400-4-5-3 test method measurement value). The aggregate may be mixed with the base paint. Examples of the coloring paint include a water-based paint using the material described in the base paint (preferably not containing an aggregate). The color tone can be arbitrarily selected depending on the balance with the base paint, and there is no limitation. For example, an ocher or black paint is used for a white base paint. The viscosity of the colored paint may be the same as or different from the base paint.

When the high-pressure compressed air is ejected from the air discharge port 6 through the, the base paint in the merging chamber 4 is ejected from the ejection nozzle. When the paint in the merging chamber 4 is jetted, a negative pressure is generated in the merging chamber 4, and the base paint and the coloring paint are drawn into the merging chamber 4 and are successively jetted. Is difficult to uniformly and uniformly flow out.

When the colored paint passes through the orifice,
The flow rate is adjusted so as to be a small amount indicated by the volume ratio. Further, since the coloring paint has a high viscosity as described above, it is not introduced much by only the negative pressure in the merging chamber 4. Therefore,
By pressurizing the inside of the colored paint container 3, the colored paint is forcibly introduced into the merging chamber 4.

Since the color paint is introduced into the base paint immediately before being sprayed from the spray nozzle 5, the color of the base paint and the color of the color paint are mixed little and almost unmixed. It is injected as it is. The paint to be sprayed becomes fine particles, and because the fine particles themselves have a high viscosity, they do not become flat when they adhere to the painted surface, they form an uneven texture, and in this case, paint like natural white granite Surface.
