Abstract

To provide a carp streamer for window decoration, which has a simple structure and looks like it is floating in the sky and fluttering in the wind even indoors.

Description

This invention relates to an indoor carp streamer that is placed indoors. In particular, it relates to a carp streamer for window decoration that is placed on indoor window glass. In particular, it relates to a carp streamer for window decoration that maintains a three-dimensional shape and appears to be floating in the sky even indoors. More particularly, it relates to a carp streamer for window decoration that appears to be floating in the sky and swimming in the wind even indoors.

Carp streamers are set up on the Boys' Festival to celebrate the growth of boys. In the past, they were often set up outdoors, but in recent years, due to changes in housing conditions, they are increasingly being placed indoors.

Each embodiment of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the drawings.
As a premise of the present invention, the window decoration carp streamer set according to the present invention includes at least one indoor carp streamer and a mounting jig for mounting the carp streamer to a window glass. Furthermore, the mounting jig included in the window decoration carp streamer set according to the present invention includes at least two suction parts that can be attached to the window glass or the window frame, and a rope that connects the at least two suction parts and to which at least one carp streamer is attached. In other words, the window decoration carp streamer set according to the present invention does not include a base and a pole used in conventional indoor carp streamers.
In addition, the "carp streamer" in the window decoration carp streamer set of the present invention includes both a cylindrical shape called a windsock (fukibuki) that is generally placed at the top, and a carp-shaped shape that imitates the shape of a carp that is generally placed below the windsock. 1. Embodiment 1 (hanging decoration)

In this embodiment, the window decoration carp streamer set 100 is attached to a window glass 10 in the form of a hanging decoration.

The carp streamer set 100 for window decoration of the present invention comprises a first suction part 21 that can be attached to a window glass or a window frame, a second suction part 22 that can be attached to a window glass or a window frame, a rope 31 that connects the first suction part 21 and the second suction part 22, and at least one carp streamer (11-14) that can be attached to the rope 31. Optionally, a rope size adjustment device 41 that can adjust the length of the rope 31 may also be provided.

In FIG. 1, the first suction unit 21 and the second suction unit 22 are provided with suction cups with hooks, and are attached directly to the window glass 10 via the suction cups. As an alternative, the first suction unit 21 and/or the second suction unit 22 may be provided with magnets instead of suction cups. In this alternative, when the window frame or sash portion contains a metal such as iron, cobalt, or nickel, the first suction unit 21 and/or the second suction unit 22 can be attached to the window frame or sash portion via magnets rather than directly to the window glass. As another alternative, the first suction unit 21 and/or the second suction unit 22 may be provided with stickers instead of suction cups. In this alternative, they are attached to the window glass, window frame, sash portion, etc. via stickers.

The rope 31 connects the first suction part 21 and the second suction part 22. In Fig. 1, the rope 31 is connected to hooks provided on the first suction part 21 and the second suction part 22, but the rope 31 may be directly connected to the main body of the first suction part 21 and/or the second suction part 22 by means of adhesion or the like without using hooks. In addition, at least one carp streamer (11-14) is attached to the rope 31. In Fig. 1, the carp streamers (11-14) are connected so as to be fixed to the rope 31, but the carp streamers (11-14) may be attached so as to be detachable from the rope 31.
Here, the term "rope" refers to any long string-like object such as a cord or a rope, and may be made of materials such as fiber or steel.

The rope size adjustment device 41 has a structure for adjusting the length of the rope 31, and may be, for example, an aluminum swivel bracket, carabiner, etc. used in camping tents. Note that the rope size adjustment device 41 is not a required component of the present invention, and is provided as an option. In FIG. 1, the rope size adjustment device 41 is provided near the second suction part 22, but it may be provided near the first suction part 21, or may be provided near both the first suction part 21 and the second suction part 22.

In FIG. 1, the carp streamers (11-14) have a windsock 11 at the top, a true carp 12 below the windsock 11, a red carp 13 below the true carp 12, and a baby carp 14 below the red carp 13. As mentioned above, "at least one carp streamer" in this invention may include at least one of these types of carp streamers.

Figures 2(a)-(f) show variations in attaching the window decoration carp streamer set 100 to two window panes. Figures 2(a)-(c) show a case where the two window panes are 1700 mm wide and 1800 mm long, while Figures 2(d)-(f) show a case where the two window panes are 1700 mm wide and 1200 mm long. In Figure 2, the total length of the carp streamers (11-14) is 450-550 mm, and the distance between each streamer is 190-240 mm.

Figure 2(a) shows an example where the rope 31 is attached at an angle of 0° to the horizontal, i.e., parallel to the ground. Similarly, Figure 2(b) shows an example where the rope 31 is attached at an angle of 18° to the horizontal, and Figure 2(c) shows an example where the rope 31 is attached at an angle of 35° to the horizontal.

As shown in Figures 2(a) to (c), when the first suction part 21, the second suction part 22, and the rope 31 are attached to an area of 1700 mm x 1800 mm, the optimal angle of the rope 31 is in the range of 0° to 35° with respect to the horizontal. Also, as shown in Figures 2(d) to (e), when the first suction part 21, the second suction part 22, and the rope 31 are attached to a window glass of 1200 mm x 1800 mm, the optimal angle of the rope 31 is in the range of 0° to 25° with respect to the horizontal. Note that, as shown in Figure 2(f), when the rope 31 is attached at an angle of 35° with respect to the horizontal, it is not preferable because the carp streamer (11 to 14) will protrude from the window glass if its total length is 450 mm to 550 mm.

Although the case where there are two glass windows has been described with reference to FIG. 2, the same optimum angle can be obtained even in the case where there is one glass window or three or more glass windows, provided that the installation range has the same length.
Furthermore, when attaching the first suction portion 21 and the second suction portion 22 to the window glass, in order to install them so that they fall within the aforementioned optimal angle range, a tool such as a protractor on which the optimal range of angles is written may be included in the carp streamer window decoration set of the present invention, or letters, figures, etc. indicating the optimal angle range may be printed on the first suction portion 21 and/or the second suction portion 22.

2. Embodiment 2 (horizontal decoration)
(1) Configuration of the window decoration carp streamer set Fig. 3(a) is a perspective view showing an example of the window decoration carp streamer set 200 of the present invention. In this embodiment, the window decoration carp streamer set 200 is attached to the window glass 10 in the form of a horizontal decoration. In Fig. 3(a), the same reference numbers are used for the same configurations and functions as those disclosed in Fig. 1.

As shown in FIG. 3(a), in this embodiment, the rope 31 is attached vertically. That is, the first suction portion 21 and the second suction portion 22 are aligned vertically. The carp streamers (11-14) are attached horizontally to make them appear to be fluttering in the wind. Note that the rope 31 is not limited to being vertical, and may be tilted, for example, at an angle of about -30° to +30° from the vertical.

As shown in FIG. 3(b), the window decoration carp streamer set 200 of the present invention has, in addition to the configuration shown in the first embodiment, a third suction part 23 that can be attached to the window glass on the back side (the surface that contacts the window glass) of the carp streamer (11-14). As shown in FIG. 3(c), the third suction part 23 may have an attachment part 51 provided at the top and a suction cup part 52 provided at the bottom, or a hole may be drilled on the back side of the carp streamer (11-14), and the attachment part 51 of the third suction part 23 may be inserted and fixed into the hole, and the suction part 52 may be attached to the window glass. By providing the third suction part 23 on the back side of the carp streamer (11-14) in this way, the angle of the carp streamer can be set arbitrarily when attaching the carp streamer to the window glass. Alternatively, the third suction part 23 may have a sticker instead of the attachment part 51 and the suction cup part 52. In this alternative example, the carp streamers (11-14) are attached to the window pane via a seal.

Figures 4(a) and (b) are diagrams showing the attachment position of the third suction part 23. Figure 4(a) shows the attachment position when the carp streamer is in the shape of a windsock, with a hole near the rear end of the windsock shape, for example, 10 mm from the rear end. Figure 4(b) shows the attachment position when the carp streamer is in the shape of a carp, such as a red carp or a scarlet carp, with a hole near the recessed part of the tail fin, for example, 10 mm from the recessed part. The third suction part 23 is attached to the back of the carp streamer by inserting and fixing the attachment part 51 of the third suction part 23, for example, as disclosed in Figure 3(c), into these holes.

Figures 5(a)-(d) show variations in attaching a carp streamer set 100 for window decoration to a single piece of window glass. Figures 5(a) and (b) show a case where a single piece of window glass has a width of 800 mm and a height of 1800 mm, while Figures 5(c) and (d) show a case where a single piece of window glass has a width of 800 mm and a height of 1200 mm. In order to make the carp streamers (11-14) look as if they are fluttering in the wind and swimming, Figs. 5(a) and (c) show an example in which the rope 31 is attached vertically, i.e., nearly perpendicular to the ground, and the carp streamers (11-14) are attached horizontally, i.e., horizontally to the ground. Similarly, Figs. 5(b) and (d) show an example in which the carp streamers are attached at an angle of 35° toward the ground from the horizontal.

As shown in Figures 5(a) to (d), when the first suction part 21, the second suction part 22, and the rope 31 are attached in an area of 800 mm x 1800 mm or an area of 800 mm x 1200 mm, the optimal angle for attaching the carp streamer is between 0° and 35° from the horizontal.

Note that Figure 5 describes the case where there is one glass window, but even if there are two or more glass windows, the same optimal angle will be obtained if the installation range is of the same length.

3. Embodiment 3
The details of the carp streamers used in the carp streamer set for window decoration of the present invention will be described with reference to FIG.

The main body of the carp streamer (11-14) according to the present invention is cylindrical, forming an internal space that connects the opening at the head side to the opening at the tail side, similar to conventional indoor carp streamers. The main body includes a thin plate-like member having both a main surface and an other main surface, and has a degree of flexibility that allows at least a portion of the main surface to be bent to form a convex surface, and may include, for example, a film (e.g., having a thickness of about 0.1-0.5 mm, more specifically, having a thickness of about 0.3 mm) formed from a resin material such as PET (polyethylene terephthalate), polyethylene, polypropylene, polyamide, or polyester, a thin metal plate (e.g., made of stainless steel), or paper containing fibers.

The internal space of the main body has a structure in which at least one or both of one and the other ends are open, and may have openings, notches, slits, etc. in parts other than the one and the other ends. For example, it may have a shape in which a long slit is formed from the rear end to the front like a streamer, or a shape imitating the head of a carp in the front part, the shape of a dorsal fin in the middle part, and the shape of a tail fin in the rear part.

The inner space of the carp streamers (11-14) according to the present invention is filled with cotton. Fig. 6(a) shows a carp streamer in a windsock shape, and by putting a cotton-filled cylindrical stuffed toy 61 as a cotton member in the inner space of the carp streamer, the carp streamer can maintain its three-dimensional shape even indoors. Fig. 6(b) shows a carp streamer in a carp shape, and by putting cotton 62 directly in the inner space of the carp streamer as a cotton member and closing the mouth and tail of the carp streamer, the carp streamer can maintain its three-dimensional shape even indoors.
In other words, the carp streamers (11 to 14) according to the present invention can easily maintain their three-dimensional shape without the need for the time and effort required for injecting air into or removing air from the internal space of the carp streamer.

The above explains the features of the carp streamer window decoration set in each embodiment of the present invention.

The "carp streamer set for window decoration" of the present invention may be manufactured and sold in various forms. In particular, it may be manufactured and/or sold as a carp streamer making kit including the carp streamer's main body and cotton material (cotton or a cylindrical stuffed toy filled with cotton), and the consumer may insert the cotton material into the main body themselves to create a completed carp streamer that maintains its three-dimensional shape. A making kit including the main body and cotton material before assembling the carp streamer can be easily folded into a small size, making it easy to transport and store the carp streamer set. Also, the various numerical values in the above embodiment are shown as examples, and do not limit the shape and size of the carp streamer set for window decoration of the present invention.

In addition, individual carp streamers according to the type of carp streamer may be sold separately so that any type of carp streamer can be added to the carp streamer set for window decoration of the present invention. For example, the "carp streamer set" that the consumer initially purchases may be sold to include one or two types of carp streamers, and various types of carp streamers may be sold so that the consumer can purchase a different type of carp streamer that is not included in the set as a single item according to their preference.

The present invention is not limited to the above embodiment, and various modifications may be made within the scope of the configuration described in the utility model registration claims.

Furthermore, the present invention is not limited to the configurations disclosed in each embodiment, and multiple embodiments may be combined.
