Description

本考案は、包装の技術分野に関し、特に、紙およびプラスチック容器のスナップ嵌め構造に関する。
飲料カップは、一般的には、原材料としてポリエステル(PET)、ポリエチレン(PE)、または、ポリプロピレン(PP)を使用し、原材料は、有機溶媒の添加後に高温で加熱され、次いで、プラスチックのモールド中でブロー成形、押出、または、射出成形方法によって成形される。プラスチックは、ほとんど劣化せず、低いリサイクル率を有するので、環境的に大変非親和的である。現在、多くのアイテムが、ハンドバッグおよびミルクバッグのような環境的に親和的な紙材料を使用し始めているが、飲料カップを作るために、紙材料を使用する先例はない。硬さおよび成形可能性から判断すると、紙材料は、飲料カップを作るために絶対的に使用されることができる。したがって、飲料カップを製造するために主材料として紙材料を使用することは、環境的に親和的かつ安全であるのみならず、プラスチックボトルの外観よりももっと美しい外観を形成し、より多くの人々によって好かれるであろう。しかしながら、現在使用されているすべての飲料カップのカバーは、容器を直接覆い、液密でなく、それ故、飲料または懸濁物はこぼれやすく、他方、カバーは、外力によって容易に外される。

従来技術と比較して、本考案によって提供される紙およびプラスチック容器のスナップ嵌め構造の容器およびカバー本体は、それぞれ、クランプ部分およびフランジを有する。カバー本体が容器を覆うときに、クランプリングの外径がカバー壁の内径に等しいので、クランプリングは、フランジの押圧の下で変形する。クランプリングがフランジを越えると、クランプリングは、元の状態に回復するか、或いは、なお変形状態にあってカバー壁に当接し、カバー底とフランジの間にクランプされ、その結果、容器およびカバー本体は、覆い状態に嵌合され、外力なしには外されない。
