Description

The present invention relates to a toilet device.

When a man uses a Western-style toilet device and urinates in a standing position, the urine may splash around and stain the surroundings of the toilet device. Therefore, men sometimes urinate while sitting on the toilet device so as to keep the surroundings of the toilet device sanitary.

However, the toilet device has a gap between the periphery of the toilet and the toilet seat, and when a man sits on the toilet device and urinates, urine leaks through this gap and stains the surroundings of the toilet device and clothes. I had a problem.

In addition, there are various types of toilet devices, and even if you urinate in the same posture as you usually do, when you sit on a toilet device with a different shape, the urethral opening may be close to the gap, and urine may leak unintentionally. There was something to be done.

As a remedy for this, there is a toilet device, such as Patent Document 1, in which a detachable toilet seat guard cover is attached between the toilet bowl and the toilet bowl body to prevent leakage of urine from between the toilet bowl and the toilet bowl body.

In addition, there are toilet devices such as those disclosed in Patent Documents 2 and 3, in which urine is discharged into the toilet by means of a wall that hangs from the toilet on the back or tip of the toilet seat, which is slightly inside the open tip of the toilet seat.

実用新案登録第3191931号公報Utility Model Registration No. 3191931 特開2011-125646号公報JP 2011-125646 A 特開2011-125645号公報JP 2011-125645 A

However, in each of the toilet bowl devices of Patent Documents 1 to 3, the guard or wall against which the urine hits extends downward from the toilet seat, and there is a risk that the urine may bounce back to the user. In addition, these guards or walls are members necessary for men to use the toilet bowl device, and for female users, they give a feeling of a foreign object, and because the dirty parts are arranged very close to the user. , there was a problem that the feeling of use differs depending on gender.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION Accordingly, it is an object of the present invention to provide a toilet bowl device that reduces splashing of urine to a user and that does not give a different feeling of use depending on gender.

Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the drawings. For convenience, hereinafter, when the user sits on the toilet seat, the rear side is the rear side, the front side is the front side, the upper side of the user is the upper side, the lower side is the lower side, the left side is the left, and the right side is the right.
(First embodiment)

FIG. 1 is a perspective view schematically showing a toilet device having a toilet seat according to an embodiment.
As shown in FIG. 1, the toilet device 1 includes a toilet body 2, a toilet seat 3 rotatably attached to the toilet body 2, a toilet lid, and a tank.

The toilet bowl main body 2 is formed with a bowl portion 4 that opens upward, and is provided with a toilet peripheral edge portion 5 so as to surround the outer edge of the bowl portion 4 .

The toilet seat 3 is arranged above the toilet rim 5 in a state of being tilted forward. A user excretes urine into the bowl portion 4 while sitting on the toilet seat 3 .

FIG. 2 is a cross-sectional view taken along line II-II of FIG.
The front end portion of the toilet seat 3 is arranged above the upper end portion of the toilet peripheral portion 5 with a gap a in the vertical direction. Conventionally, urine sometimes leaks from this gap a.

An inner protrusion 7 having a predetermined length A and protruding inward (rear) is provided at the inner (rear) peripheral end of the toilet seat 3 . The inner protruding portion 7 protrudes rearward from at least the inner end portion of the upper surface of the peripheral portion 5 of the toilet bowl.

A wall portion 6 is provided on the lower surface 11 of the rear tip portion of the inner protruding portion 7 and is inclined downward toward the peripheral portion 5 of the toilet bowl at an angle θ. As a result, the wall portion 6 can guide the urine flowing toward the gap a into the toilet bowl (downward). Moreover, since the droplets are generated downward by providing the inclination angle θ, it is possible to avoid splashing on the user.

Further, since the wall portion 6 is provided at the rear end portion of the inner projecting portion 7, there is no level difference between the wall portion 6 and the inner projecting portion 7, and these can be cleaned at the same time, thereby facilitating cleaning.

Furthermore, the wall portion 6 may be integrally formed with the inner projecting portion 7, or may be formed separately. When the wall portion 6 and the inner protruding portion 7 are integrally formed, the trouble of attachment and detachment can be saved, and a place for placing it which is required when the attachment and detachment is possible is eliminated.

The predetermined length A should be projected rearward from the rear end of the peripheral edge portion 5 of the toilet bowl, but is more preferably 5 mm to 10 mm.

When the predetermined length A exceeds 10 mm, the inclination angle θ of the wall portion 6 becomes small, so that the wall portion 6 is less effective in guiding urination to the peripheral edge portion 5 of the toilet bowl, and the inner protruding portion 7 approaches the urethral meatus. As a result, there is a risk of generating droplets. If the predetermined length A is less than 5 mm, the inclination angle .theta. Therefore, when the predetermined length A is 5 mm to 10 mm, the rebounding of urine can be further reduced.

The inclination angle θ should be less than 90 degrees with respect to the inner protruding portion 7, and more preferably 30 degrees to 76 degrees. If the angle of inclination θ is less than 30 degrees, the effect of guiding urination to the peripheral portion 5 of the toilet bowl by the wall portion 6 is small, and the inner protruding portion 7 approaches the urethral meatus, which may generate droplets. . Moreover, when the inclination angle θ is larger than 76 degrees, the wall portion 6 approaches an upright position, and the effect of reducing urine droplets is reduced.

The height B of the wall portion 6, which indicates the distance between the tip portion of the wall portion 6 and the inner projecting portion 7, should be a length that allows the tip portion of the wall portion 6 to be positioned below the gap a, but is more preferable. is 20 mm or less. When the height B is 20 mm and the length A is 5 mm, the inclination angle θ is 76 degrees. That is, when the height B exceeds 20 mm, the angle formed by the wall portion 6 and the inner projecting portion 7 becomes close to 90 degrees. , the effect of reducing urine droplets is reduced. Therefore, when the wall portion 6 is 20 mm or less, splashing of urine can be further reduced.

Furthermore, the wall portion 6 is provided at a position and length that is a blind spot for the user when viewed from the seated user. Therefore, even a female user does not feel a foreign object, and the feeling of use does not differ depending on the gender.

Moreover, the tip of the wall portion 6 does not come into contact with the peripheral edge portion 5 of the toilet bowl with a gap b therebetween. As a result, it is possible to prevent the edge of the wall portion 6 from damaging the peripheral edge portion 5 of the toilet bowl when the toilet seat 3 is raised and lowered.

The tip shape of the wall portion 6 may be square or polygonal, but it is more preferable that the cross section of the wall portion 6 in the downward extending direction is circular or elliptical. As a result, it is possible to prevent the edge of the wall portion 6 from damaging the peripheral edge portion 5 of the toilet bowl more remarkably.

FIG. 3 is a plan view of the toilet seat 3 provided with the wall portion 6 and the inward projection portion 7. FIG. The inner protruding portion 7 may be provided in a range capable of preventing leakage of urine from the gap a during urination. It is more preferable to provide 20 degrees to the left and right with the line extending from the rear to the front of 3 as the center line. This makes it possible to more reliably prevent leakage of urine.

As shown in FIG. 3(a), both ends of the inner projecting portion 7 in the circumferential direction may be provided with only the portions provided with the wall portions 6. As shown in FIG. Further, as shown in FIG. 3(b), it is also possible to make the inner protruding part 7 inconspicuous by forming a shape in which both ends in the circumferential direction are gently connected without forming corners in a plan view.

By making the surface of the wall portion 6 on the side of the bowl portion 4 flat, the surface area can be made smaller than that of the uneven surface, the amount of urine adhering to the surface can be reduced, and the urine can be easily wiped off during cleaning. Moreover, the surface of the wall portion 6 is more preferably subjected to surface treatment such as antibacterial coating and water-repellent coating.
(Second embodiment)

As shown in FIGS. 4(a) and 4(b), the tip of the wall 106 is in contact with the peripheral edge 105 of the toilet bowl. When the tip of the wall portion 106 and the peripheral portion 105 of the toilet bowl come into contact with each other, the urine adhering to the wall portion 106 moves to the lower end along the surface of the wall portion 106 due to gravity, and the capillary action with the peripheral portion 105 of the toilet bowl causes the toilet bowl 103 to move. flow downwards. Therefore, the amount of urine adhering to the wall portion 106 can be reduced, so that the wall portion 106 can be kept clean and can be easily wiped clean. In addition, FIG. 4(a) shows a state in which urine moves along the surface of the wall 106 to the lower end, and FIG. It shows the state of moving to 7. Moreover, although it is preferable that the wall portion 106 is in continuous contact with the toilet peripheral portion 105, the contact may be intermittent.
(Third embodiment)

As shown in FIG. 5 , the wall portion 206 has a triangular cross-sectional shape, and the front surface of the wall portion 206 is in contact with the toilet rim 205 . As a result, the gap a is closed by the wall portion 206 to prevent leakage of urine, and at the same time, the toilet seat 203 can be fixed by contacting the peripheral edge portion 205 of the toilet bowl to prevent displacement.
(Fourth embodiment)

As shown in FIGS. 6A and 6B, the wall portion 306 has a fixing portion 8 that can be fixed to the inner protruding portion 307 afterward. Adhesive tape such as double-sided tape is attached to the surface of the fixed portion 308 . The fixing means is not limited to the adhesive tape, and may be any adhesive means that can be fixed later. 6(a) shows a state in which the fixing portion 308 is fixed to the inner protruding portion 307, and FIG. 6(b) shows a state before the fixing portion 308 is fixed to the inner protruding portion 307. FIG.

The material of the wall portion 306 may be an elastic member such as silicone, rubber, or the like, in addition to resin. When attaching the wall portion 306 , the wall portion 306 is attached to the inner projecting portion 307 while the toilet seat 303 is raised. As a result, the wall portion 306 can be provided when necessary even for a toilet apparatus that is not provided with a normal wall portion 306 .
(Fifth embodiment)

As shown in FIG. 7, an engaging member such as a hook-and-loop fastener or a mechanical fastener is provided at the bonding portion between the inner projecting portion 407 and the wall portion 406 so that the wall portion 406 can be attached and detached from the inner projecting portion 407 . Thereby, the angle of the wall portion 406 can be changed, and when the wall portion 406 becomes dirty, it can be removed for cleaning or replacement.

The material of the wall portion 406 may be an elastic member such as silicone, rubber, or the like, in addition to resin. When attaching the wall portion 406 , the wall portion 406 is attached to the inner projecting portion 407 while the toilet seat 403 is raised. Positioning correction is easier than when the inner protrusion 407 and the wall 406 are integrally formed or when the inner protrusion 407 and the wall 406 are fixed, and the wall 406 can be easily changed or replaced. It can be carried out. Further, it is more preferable to make a positioning mark on the back side of the toilet seat 403 to attract the wall portion 406 .
