一対の対向する側板(1)と、側板(1)に直交する位置に対向して前面板(2)および背当て板(15)とを有する有底の箱状のランドセル本体(3)が形成され、ランドセル本体(3)の上端に方形の開口(4)が形成され、その開口(4)の端部外周に補強板(5)が取付けられたランドセルの補強構造において、
補強板(5)は、前面板(2)の開口(4)の外周を補強する帯状の中間補強部(6)と、
一対の側板(1)の開口(4)の外周を補強し、中間補強部(6)の両側に延在する一対の帯状の側板補強部(7)と、を具備し、
各側板補強部(7)は、中間補強部(6)より幅広で且つ、その幅方向の両側に平面方向に膨出する太鼓状部(8)を有しており、太鼓状部(8)の周縁部を残して平面太鼓状の凹陥部(9)が形成され、
凹陥部(9)に整合して着脱自在に嵌着される補強プレート(10)を有するランドセルの補強構造。
