2. Description of the Related Art In printing or continuous dyeing of a cellulose fiber or the like using a reactive dye, the cellulose fiber or the like is usually printed with a printing paste containing the dye or padded with a dye solution containing the dye and dried. After that, a method of performing steaming or dry heat treatment is widely used. At this time, a method is adopted in which urea is added in advance to the printing paste or the dye liquid, and the action of the urea promotes the fixation and coloring of the dye to the fiber in the steaming or drying treatment step.

As a method of impregnating the dough with the fixing liquid,
After immersing the dough in a bath containing a fixing liquid, a method of squeezing with a pressure roller (application method with a padder), a method of applying with a foam, a method of applying with a spray, and the like are included. However, it is difficult to control the non-uniform application of the fixing liquid and the amount of the non-uniform fixing liquid. Therefore, a general padding method is used.

By the way, in the steaming heat treatment after the application of the fixing liquid, the moisture absorption of the dough (weight of absorbed moisture / weight of dried dough ×
100), for example, in the case of cotton satin, 60%
If the ratio exceeds the above range, problems such as occurrence of bleeding of the dye during the steaming treatment and reduction of the dye fixation rate occur. In addition, since the moisture in the steam during steaming adheres to the surface of the dough and increases the moisture content of the dough, the moisture absorption of the dough before steaming should be as low as possible without impairing the fixation of the dye. Is desired.

However, in an apparatus for applying a fixing liquid to a cloth to be treated using such an endless trailing belt, the trailing belt 2 is endless,
In order to repeatedly contact the cloth to be treated 5 to which the dye has been applied, a part of the dye of the cloth to be treated 5 adheres to the surface of the accompanying belt-like material 2 when the cloth 5 to be treated is in contact with the cloth. The accompanying strip 2 is soiled. By bringing the contaminated accompanying belt-like material 2 into contact with the cloth 5 to be treated again, the dye on the accompanying belt-like substance 2 is attached to the cloth to be treated 5 in the opposite direction. This causes a problem of soiling (contamination).

As described above, the present invention provides a liquid applying means for impregnating a predetermined amount of a processing liquid into an endless trailing belt-like material,
The transfer-applying means for bringing the liquid-applied accompanying strip into contact with the cloth to which the dye is applied, and causing the processing liquid contained in the accompanying strip to transfer-apply to the cloth to be processed,
The treatment cloth to which the treatment liquid is transferred is subjected to a wet heat treatment chamber for separating and performing the wet heat treatment with the accompanying belt-like material, and the accompanying treatment belt-like material separated from the treatment cloth is subjected to wet heat treatment in the above-mentioned wet heat treatment chamber. Since the dyeing apparatus has a guide roll for hydrolyzing the dye attached to the accompanying belt-like material, the accompanying belt-like material 11 is rotated endlessly, and the cloth to be treated 15 is repeatedly rotated. However, the dye transferred to the accompanying belt-like material 11 is hydrolyzed by the overheating treatment immediately after the accompanying belt-like material 11 is separated from the cloth 15 to be treated, so that the function of the dye is reduced. Because of the disappearance, even if the accompanying belt-like material comes into contact with the cloth to be treated again, an effect is obtained that problems such as white spot contamination (staining) of the cloth to be treated with the accompanying belt-like material can be prevented.
