Currently, it is the nurses and caregivers who work in hospitals and long-term care welfare facilities that are assisting these care recipients. However, these hospitals and long-term care welfare facilities are always in a state of labor shortage and cannot provide satisfactory care. Nevertheless, the number of applicants for nurses and caregivers has increased in recent years. It is said that. However, the shortage of people has not been resolved yet. Questionnaire surveys show that the ratio of employed and retired employees is about the same. The means for solving the idea is to make a hole in the part of the diaper that hits the crotch of the diaper, pass a pipe through the hole, and attach a pipe for preventing bad odors.
