装袋(3)の開口部(3A)を下記A.〜C.の工程を
経て脱気封緘する包装袋の脱気封緘方法。 A.包装袋(3)内の空気を排出する脱気用ノズル
(2)に、包装袋(3)と熱融着可能な材料で袋状に形
成され、かつ、粉粒体(P)の粒子径よりも小さな通気
路を備えたフィルター(4)を装着したのち、このフィ
ルター(4)が装着された脱気用ノズル(2)を包装袋
(3)内に挿入する。 B.脱気用ノズル(2)を挿入したまま包装袋(3)の
開口部(3A)を一対の弾性挾持体 (6A,6B)に
挾持して密閉し、包装袋(3)内の空気をフィルター
(4)及び脱気用ノズル(2)を通して袋外に排出した
のち、フィルター(4)と包装袋(3)とを一対の弾性
挾持体(6A,6B)にて挾持したまま脱気用ノズル
