Description
The present invention relates to a member that absorbs a runny nose, and more particularly to a runny nose absorbing member that can efficiently absorb a runny nose in a mask body.
In general, when you have allergic rhinitis including hay fever or a cold, a large amount of runny nose is secreted and obstructs the nasal cavity, which not only makes nasal breathing difficult, but also causes continuous dripping. Often it has a major impact on daily life.
The only way to deal with these dripping symptoms is to use prescription drugs provided by the hospital, or frequently press tissue paper or a handkerchief against the nostrils to absorb the runny nose. It was.
However, due to the desire to avoid the side effects of prescription drugs, it is becoming more common to deal with it only by blowing the nose with tissue paper, but this method is not only troublesome because it requires frequent blowing of the nose. , It often irritates the skin in the nostrils and causes inflammation.
In addition, the method of pressing the nostrils with a handkerchief or tissue paper will hinder daily life because at least one hand cannot be used.
On the other hand, the method using gauze or mask does not require the use of hands, but if the runny nose soaks into the gauze, not only the air flow in the mask is obstructed, but also mouth breathing is difficult. I couldn't solve the problem of wearability, such as becoming stuffy.
Conventionally, many "nasal discharge absorbing members" that are provided inside the mask and can prevent runny nose have been proposed.
For example, a "nasal discharge pad" (see Patent Document 1), which can prevent a runny nose from flowing down or adhering to the mask while wearing a mask, and aims to provide a small and inconspicuous runny nose absorption pad (see Patent Document 1). Has been proposed and has become a known technique. Specifically, it has a contact surface under the nose that contacts the user's nose and a contact surface on the back surface of the mask opposite the contact surface under the nose, and the contact surface on the back surface of the mask is a mounting member for attaching to the back surface of the mask. Is provided, and it is a proposal that the nasal discharge from the nostrils can be absorbed as it is without flowing out.
However, according to the proposal of such a "nasal discharge pad", as an absorbent material for absorbing nasal discharge, a cotton-like material made of mixed fibers mainly composed of acrylic fibers is used in consideration of deformability and the like. Therefore, there is a problem that the water retention of the once absorbed nasal mucus is difficult, that is, there is a possibility that a reversion phenomenon (release phenomenon) of the absorbed nasal mucus may occur.
Further, a "snot absorbing member for a mask" (see Patent Document 2) that absorbs a runny nose and suppresses the mask from being soiled by the runny nose has been proposed and has become a known technique. Specifically, it is a runny nose absorbing member for a mask for absorbing the runny nose of the wearer of the mask, and is arranged at a position corresponding to under the nostrils of the wearer of the mask when the wearer wears the mask. It has a highly absorbent absorbent material that absorbs runny nose from the nostrils and an adhesive sheet for fixing the absorbent material to the mask, and the absorbent material has a bus that is longer than the length of the wearer's nose in the width direction. It is a proposal of a nasal mucus absorbing member having a long cylindrical shape and being fixed to a surface of the mask facing the nostrils by an adhesive sheet.
However, according to the proposal of such a "nasal mucus absorbing member for a mask", since gauze wound in a cylindrical shape is used as an absorbent material for absorbing the nasal mucus, the nasal mucus once absorbed is retained as described above. There was a problem of sexual difficulty, that is, there was a possibility that a relapse phenomenon (release phenomenon) of absorbed nasal mucus might occur.
Furthermore, when the runny nose does not stop due to hay fever or a cold, it is worn under a ready-made mask so that it covers the nose to prevent the runny nose, thereby reducing the number of times the nose is blown and at the same time. A "nasal discharge nose-type inner pad" (see Patent Document 3) that prevents the mask from becoming dirty has been proposed and has become a known technique. Specifically, a highly water-absorbent material is used for the nostrils, and an easily removable inner pad that is shaped along the surface of the nose is worn under a ready-made mask so that it covers the nose. By suppressing the outflow of runny nose and reducing the number of times the nose is blown, the discomfort during hay fever and colds is reduced, the mask is prevented from becoming dirty, and the hygiene inside the mask is maintained by replacing only the inner pad. It is a proposal that can be done.
However, according to the proposal of such a "nasal mucus absorbing nose type inner pad", since the form of covering the entire nose is adopted, it becomes a large-scale member, and the shape of the inner pad differs depending on the user. Since it is not possible to correspond to the shape and size of the nose, there is a problem that a feeling of strangeness may occur when wearing the nose.
Furthermore, by continuously deriving the runny nose secreted from the nasal cavity without interfering with breathing and accumulating it in the runny nose storage part installed outside the nostrils, breathing difficulty and pain are alleviated, and the troublesomeness of runny nose treatment is troublesome. A "nasal mucus absorber" (see Patent Document 4) has been proposed and has become a known technique. Specifically, it is a nasal discharge absorber having a nasal discharge outlet that draws nasal discharge out of the nostril without obstructing the flow of air for breathing and a nasal discharge accumulation portion that absorbs and accumulates the nasal discharge. It is proposed that the nasal discharge outlet is formed of a fibrous tissue or a sponge-like porous body, and the nasal discharge accumulation portion contains a highly water-absorbent resin.
However, according to the proposal of such a "snot absorber", since the nasal mucus absorber is always worn so as to close the nostrils, it is inevitable that breathlessness and discomfort occur, and the nostrils vary from person to person. There was a problem that it could not correspond to the size.
The applicant has focused on the fact that the nasal mucus absorbing member attached to the inside of the mask, which has been conventionally proposed, does not retain the absorbed nasal mucus, and efficiently absorbs the nasal mucus. , A nasal mucus absorbing member capable of receiving a large amount of dripping nasal mucus inside the mask body has been developed, leading to the proposal of the "nasal mucus absorbing member" in the present invention.
In view of the above circumstances, it is an object of the present invention to provide a nasal mucus absorbing member capable of efficiently absorbing dripping nasal mucus in the mask body.
In order to solve the above problems, the present invention is a nasal water absorbing member mounted inside the mask body, has a substantially rectangular shape having a predetermined thickness, length and width, and is made of a high molecular weight water absorbing polymer. The nasal water adsorbent is included in the surface sheet body, and the surface sheet body located on the back surface is provided with a mounting means, and is mounted inside the mask body so as to cover the nasal hole portion abutting via the mounting means. Take the means to be done.
Further, the present invention adopts a means formed by interposing a resin film between the surface sheet body and the mounting means.
Further, the present invention employs a means in which either one or both of the surface sheet body and the nasal water absorbing member is coated or impregnated with a refreshing component that imparts a refreshing sensation.
Furthermore, the present invention employs a means in which a fragrance is applied or impregnated together with the refreshing component.
Furthermore, the present invention employs a means in which silver nanoparticles are supported on the surface sheet body or the nasal discharge absorbing member.
Further, the present invention employs a means in which the surface of the surface sheet body is embossed.
Furthermore, the present invention employs a means in which a recess for receiving the dripping nasal discharge is formed on the upper end side of the nasal discharge absorbing member.
According to the nasal mucus absorbing member according to the present invention, since the nasal mucus is reliably received and absorbed and accumulated without reversing, it has an excellent effect that the mask is not soiled and a hygienic state is always maintained. ..
Further, according to the nasal discharge absorbing member according to the present invention, since the mask can be held hygienically without getting dirty, it is excellent that it contributes to long-term use of the disposable mask, for example, when used in combination with the disposable mask. The present invention is a runny nose absorbing member 10 mounted inside the mask body M.
The nasal mucus absorbing member 10 is composed of a nasal mucus adsorbent 20 made of a superabsorbent polymer and a surface sheet body 21 containing the nasal mucus adsorbent 20, and has a substantially rectangular shape having a predetermined thickness, length and width. However, for example, it is formed in a substantially square shape having a length of about 1 to 2 cm, a width of about 4 to 7 cm, and a thickness of about 5 mm. The surface sheet body 21 located on the back side of the nasal mucus absorbing member 10 is provided with mounting means 22 that can be mounted inside the mask body M, and the nasal mucus absorbing member 10 is attached via the wearing means 22. It is attached to the inside of the mask body M so as to cover the contacting nostril portion N.
The material of the surface layer sheet 21 is not particularly limited, but it is preferably formed of a non-woven fabric made of polypropylene or the like in order to prevent leakage of the superabsorbent polymer contained therein. Further, it is conceivable that the surface layer sheet body 21 is formed by having a two-layer structure made of a non-woven fabric. In that case, since the upper layer quickly absorbs the runny nose S and prevents reversion, it is possible to always obtain a feeling of touch that is close to a dry state, and a polyolefin material is preferably used as the material, but other polyurethane-based materials are used. It doesn't matter if the material is. Further, the lower layer has a role of absorbing a large amount of runny nose S quickly, and rayon is preferably used as the material, but other materials such as pulp, PET, and urethane can also be used.
The nasal mucus adsorbent 20 is formed of a gel or a particulate superabsorbent polymer.
