Abstract
【課題】自宅で手軽にマスクを製造できる、マスク製造の型を提供する。【解決手段】マスクを製造するためのプラステック製の型で、前記の型は上部１と下部２の２枚の組み合わせになっており、２枚の間に水で柔らかくした和紙などの紙を挟み込み、紙が乾燥して固くなったら、上下の型を取り外すことでマスクが製造できる。型の上部１には突起４をつけ、型の下部２には穴３をつける。型の上部１に付いた突起４が、型の下部２の穴３に入り込むことで、２枚の間に挟まれた紙には穴ができ、マスクの空気穴になることで、呼吸をしやすくすることに役立つ。【選択図】図２
Description
本考案は、マスク製造の型に関するものである。
パンデミックなどの災害時にはマスクの需要が増え、買い占めや製造工場側の供給が追い付かず、人々が入手することが困難になる問題がある。従って、自宅で手軽にマスクを製造できる、マスク製造の型を作ることで、災害時のマスク不足を解決しようとするものである。
本考案は、マスクを製造するためのプラステック製の型で、前記の型は上部と下部の２枚の組み合わせになっており、２枚の間に水で柔らかくした和紙などの紙を挟み込み、紙が乾燥して固くなったら、上下の型を取り外すことでマスクが製造でき、問題点を解決している。
上述の様に、本考案のマスク製造の型は、型の上部に付いた突起が、型の下部の穴に入り込むことで、２枚の間に挟まれた紙には穴ができ、マスクの空気穴になることで、呼吸をしやすくすることに役立つ。

- 上部と下部の２枚合わせのマスク製造の型で、前記マスク製造の型の上部には突起をつけ、下部には穴をつけるところを特徴とするマスク製造の型。
