Description of the Related Art Among the ultraviolet rays of sunlight, a wavelength of 280 to 320 nm, which is a medium wavelength ultraviolet ray, causes erythema called sunburn on the skin. In severe cases, water bubbles similar to burns are caused. In addition, long wavelength ultraviolet wavelengths 320 to 400
nm is known to cause skin darkening, and that any wavelength repeatedly acts over a long period of time promotes skin aging.

There is a sticky feeling. On the other hand, although the O / W emulsion composition has good usability, it is inferior in water resistance and sweat resistance, and often runs down in a sea bath or flows with sweat, so that the ultraviolet ray preventing effect is often lowered. In general, it is known that a high content of a silicone resin is effective as a means for increasing water resistance and sweat resistance in an emulsion.

Was not obtained as expected.

に至った。SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION In view of the above problems, the present inventors have prevented the silicone resin from agglomerating,
As a result of conducting various studies to improve the stability of this emulsified system, it was found that, when a water-soluble polymer was blended and uniformly dispersed, the stability of the system was improved, and the water-resistant, sweat-resistant, and stable The inventors have found that a sunscreen cosmetic can be obtained, and have completed the present invention.
