Description of the Related Art There are two types of so-called artificial breasts, which are used for repairing uneven left and right due to dysgenesis and for repairing surgical scars, and those which are put in underwear or the like, and those which are put in the body by surgical operation. Can be roughly divided into things.

It is safe to use without any danger, and most are of this type. In addition, this type of artificial breast is basically used in cases where the left and right breasts are uneven due to insufficient growth.

Especially for women who have lost one side of the breast due to breast cancer, etc. (in the case of breast cancer, the probability of developing cancer in both breast tissues is low, so resection is almost always one side only), the artificial breast is Some even say that closer to the breasts will reduce sorrow for the closer.

First, the breast to be produced has already undergone the operation. It is necessary to make a model (model) based on the remaining breast because it does not exist. Therefore, a negative model is manufactured by thickly applying gypsum around the breast and curing the gypsum. Since an artificial breast is generally manufactured using a positive model, a positive model is further manufactured using the negative model as a prototype. Then, a mold is made based on this, a silicone rubber or other molten material is injected, and then various processes are performed to obtain an artificial breast.

In addition to the fundamental problem that it is difficult to take a normal shape due to compression deformation, this work is surprisingly difficult for the woman, and she will go to the work place, but if it is far from home, the round trip will be It becomes a problem.

The feature of the present invention is that an artificial breast is manufactured from a positive model. At the time, it is a negative model used to produce the positive model, the inner surface is aluminum foil,
This is in that the outer side surface is made of a foam-curable plastic.

In this case, since the actual thing actually exists at the time of model creation, the breast is covered with aluminum foil and the aluminum foil is deformed according to the shape, and then the foam-curable urethane resin liquid is applied to the outside of the foil. If a negative model is created by dispersing and waiting for curing, the resulting positive model can be used as it is as the final model for artificial breast production.

In such a case, it is conceivable to first make a positive model from a negative model of aluminum foil manufactured based on the normal breast, and then make an inverted positive model by inverting the model. In addition, there may be a method that is not based on the breast, but in the present invention, the method for deforming the aluminum foil is not limited in any case.

FIG. 1 is a perspective view showing an example of an aluminum model 1 (hereinafter, referred to as an “aluminum model 1”). As is apparent from the drawing, the aluminum model 1 has an aluminum foil 2 having a concave surface formed along the shape of a breast and an outer side (aluminum). (The convex side of the foil 2). The aluminum foil 2 is for household use, and the foamed polyurethane resin 3 is a heat insulating material,
Aerosol type "Hyprene Foam" (manufactured by Mitsui Toatsu Chemicals, Inc.) used for soundproofing materials, gap filling materials, etc.
It was used. This is because foaming occurs immediately upon ejection and about 2
A one-pack simple foamed rigid polyurethane foam that expands twice and cures with moisture, has good adhesion to the aluminum foil 2 and good shape retention, and is lightweight. However, it is considered that there are other usable plastics.

となるものである。The most common method of forming a curved surface of the breast using aluminum foil is to actually cover the breast with aluminum foil and trace the shape while deforming the breast. The aluminum model 1 of the present embodiment is also the same. Produced in this way. A practical advantage of the model of the present invention is that it can be manufactured relatively easily at home. This is because aluminum foil and foam-curable plastics are widely marketed, and no other equipment or equipment is required, and no special technology is required. Therefore, there is no step to go to the production site and cast a painful chest with surgical marks in front of the production technician, and if you mail it, get an artificial breast without meeting with anyone Is also possible.

During the inversion, the deformation of the aluminum foil 5 is random due to the application of force. However, as the aluminum foil 5 approaches the symmetrical shape with the original shape, the aluminum foil 5 cannot be expanded due to the influence of the adhesive tape 6, and finally the symmetrical shape itself is obtained. Note that the thickness is not made uniform, and a thick portion 10 in the form of a knob is provided at a location corresponding to the inside of the nipple. Also,
In order to easily remove the foamed plastic used at this time, measures such as applying a release agent to the inner surface of the left negative model 8 in advance are taken.

When the gypsum has hardened, the foamed plastic 9 is removed. The left positive model 11 and the left negative model 8 thus obtained are combined into a mold, and a melt of the silicone rubber 12 is injected into the gap (FIG. 9). When the strength (particularly the strength against tearing) is insufficient with only silicone rubber, silicone may be injected after the elastic material such as the stocking material is put in advance in the gap portion.

Four gypsum models are required, but there are ways to reduce this. For example, there is a method in which the left positive model 7 is used as it is as one of the matching types. In this case, the completed artificial breast is strictly larger than the molded right breast by the thickness of the silicone rubber (in the illustrated example, the left positive model 7 is larger than the left positive model 11 by the artificial breast). This is because there is a relationship that the size becomes larger by the wall thickness and the inner shape of the gypsum-negative model 8 determines the shape and size of the artificial breast), but the difference is often not enough to make the user feel uncomfortable. Alternatively, if the production technician performs a process such as appropriately shaving the plaster surface by an amount corresponding to the wall thickness, a sufficiently good artificial breast can be produced.

The invention is characterized in that the foil and the outer surface are made of a foam-hardening type plastic, and is an extremely advanced invention having various effects as described below. The aluminum breast is brought into contact with the original breast (it may be the breast on the left and right side opposite to the one to be manufactured), and the outer surface is simply covered with foam-hardened plastic, so no special work place or equipment is required It can be easily manufactured at home. It is cheap. As for the shape-retaining, it is strong enough to withstand mailing, and it is lightweight, such as thin aluminum foil and foamed plastic, so that it is easy to handle and the mailing cost is low.
