Abstract

Description

  The present invention relates to a cosmetic container, and more particularly to a cosmetic container having a brushing device for applying perfume to a user's skin.

  People spray different perfumes with different scenes or different moods. Conventional cosmetic containers can contain perfume and comprise a body, a spray device, and a cap. The main body has a chamber formed on the main body and an opening formed on the outer surface of the main body and communicating with the chain bar. The spray device is provided in the main body, covers the opening of the main body, and includes a sheet, a spray head, and a tube. The sheet is provided on the main body. The spray head is provided on the sheet, can move in the vertical direction with respect to the sheet, and has a spray opening formed on the outer surface of the spray head.   The cosmetic container includes a shell, a push member, a container device, a connecting sleeve, a brush member, a positioning sleeve, and a cap. The shell includes a chamber formed in the shell, a top opening formed in the top surface of the shell, and a bottom opening formed in the bottom surface of the shell. The top opening and the bottom opening communicate with the chamber.

  The push member is movably provided on the shell and faces the top opening. The container member is provided in the chamber and is located below the push member. A connecting sleeve is provided on the shell and extends through the bottom opening.

  The brush member is provided on the connecting sleeve and includes a brush head and a spray head. The brush head is provided on the connecting sleeve and has a sheet and a plurality of hard hairs.   With reference to FIGS. 1, 2, 8, and 9, the shell 10 includes a top surface, a bottom surface, a chamber 11 formed in the cell 10, a top opening 12, and a bottom opening 13. The top opening 12 is formed on the upper surface of the shell 10 and communicates with the chamber 11. The bottom opening 13 is formed on the bottom surface of the shell 10 and communicates with the chamber 11. The top sleeve 14 is formed through the outer surface of the top sleeve 14 and has a notch 16 that communicates with the top opening 12. A bottom opening 13 is formed in the bottom sleeve 15. Further, the top sleeve 14 has a plurality of vertical chutes 17, positioning grooves 141, and a plurality of engaging ribs 142 inserted into the positioning grooves 141. The longitudinal chute 17, the positioning groove 141, and the engaging rib 142 are formed on the inner surface of the top sleeve 14. In addition, the bottom sleeve 15 comprises a plurality of engaging elements 19. The engaging element 19 is formed in the bottom sleeve 15 and is inserted into the positioning groove 141. Each of the engagement elements 19 has an outer surface and an engagement recess 191. Each of the engagement ribs 142 is inserted into and engaged with a corresponding engagement recess 191 to securely assemble the top sleeve 14 and the bottom sleeve 15.

  The push member 20 is movably provided on the shell 10 and faces the top opening 12. With reference to FIGS. 2, 3, 6 and 9, the push member 20 is formed on the outer surface of the push member 20 and is inserted into the longitudinal chute 17 to hold the push member 20 at the top opening 12. A block 21 is provided. Referring to FIGS. 5 and 10, the pressing member 20 has an upper surface and a concave surface portion 22 formed on the upper surface of the pressing member 20.

  The container member 30 is provided in the chamber 11 and is located below the push member 20. The container member 30 has a main body 31 and a dispensing head 32 provided on the main body 31. The main body 31 has a space formed in the main body 31.

  The connecting sleeve 40 is provided on the shell 10 and is inserted through the bottom opening 13. The connection sleeve 40 has a flange 41. The flange 41 is formed on the outer surface of the connection sleeve 40, protrudes therefrom, and abuts on the bottom surface of the shell 10.

  The brush member 50 is provided on the connecting sleeve 40, communicates with the chamber 11, and includes a brush head 51 and a spray head 52. The brush head 51 is provided on the connecting sleeve 40 and has a sheet 511 and a plurality of hard hairs 512. The sheet 511 is provided on the connection sleeve 40 and includes a bottom surface, an inner bottom surface, an assembly recess 513, and an inlet 514. The assembly recess 513 is formed on the bottom surface of the sheet 511. The inlet 514 is formed on the inner bottom surface of the sheet 511 and communicates with the assembly recess 513. Hard hair 512 is provided in the assembly recess 513. The spray head 52 is provided on the sheet 511, contacts the container member 30, and communicates with the inlet 514 and the container member 30.   The positioning sleeve 60 is provided on the connecting sleeve 40 and abuts against the sheet 511. The hard hair 512 extends from the positioning sleeve 60. The holding hole 42 is formed through the inner surface of the connecting sleeve 40 and is located on the flange 41. The positioning sleeve 60 has an outer surface and has a plurality of holding portions 62. The holding portions 62 are formed on the outer surface of the positioning sleeve 60, protrude from the holding sleeve 60, and are inserted into the holding holes 42, respectively.   Referring to FIGS. 8 to 10, the first engagement portion 55 further includes a plurality of rectangular recesses 552. The rectangular recess 552 is formed on the inner surface of the sheet 511 at an interval, is connected to the annular recess 551, and extends to the upper surface of the sheet 511. The second engaging portion 56 further has a plurality of rectangular convex portions 562. The rectangular convex portions 562 are formed on the outer surface of the spray head 52 at intervals, connected to the annular convex portion 561, and inserted into the rectangular concave portions 552, respectively.
