そして、前記円弧部11全体に沿って先端部2側へ螺旋状又はランダムに延びる複数の小孔14は、前記睡眠時呼吸確保用チューブ1内に湿気を帯びさせる効果を生じさせる。また、鼻水等の液体は、前記睡眠時呼吸確保用チューブ1の円弧部の外側稜線の液通孔13から排出される。

睡眠時呼吸確保用チューブ、調節用筒体、鼻孔カバーを組み合わせてなり、前記睡眠時呼吸確保用チューブは、人肌に近いシリコンゴム製の柔らかいチューブで、少なくとも鼻孔から咽頭部までの長さを有する睡眠時呼吸確保用チューブからなり、該睡眠時呼吸確保用チューブの先端部は、先端先細りとなる釣鐘状の円弧面で閉塞され、該円弧面の中央部分に小孔の貫通孔を形成して空気の流通を可能にすると共に、鼻孔から咽頭部への形状に合わせて湾曲した円弧部に形成し、該円弧部の内側稜線に沿って先端部側へ延びる通気孔を形成する一方、前記円弧部の外側稜線に沿って前記通気孔とはずれた個所に液通孔を形成し、さらに前記睡眠時呼吸確保用チューブの基端部には、雄ネジを形成し、
前記雄ネジに螺合する雌ネジを設けた調節用筒体は、該調節用筒体を回転させることにより睡眠時呼吸確保用チューブの全体長さを変化させることができ、
さらに、鼻孔に挿入出来る大きさの砲弾状の鼻孔カバーは、先端部に前記睡眠時呼吸確保用チューブを挿入出来る先端開口筒を形成し、該先端開口筒に連通して後端部に前記調節筒体を挿入できる後端開口筒を一体に形成することを特徴とする睡眠時呼吸確保用チューブ。
