Abstract
【課題】一旦吸水保持された体液や排泄物の体圧による戻りを抑制しつつ、使用者の着衣、寝具の汚損を最小限にとどめる一方向性水分保持体を提供する。
【解決手段】体液又は排泄物を吸水する為に用いられ、吸水面と非吸水面を有するシート状の水分保持体aであって一方向透水性の第1層a−1から水分を透過しない第4層a−4の1又は複数が、繊維素材により形成され、保持された水分が、体圧がかかった状態で吸水面からにじみ出る事が無いように構成されている。一旦吸水後保水しつつ体圧での戻りは抑制しながら洗濯脱水出来、反復使用が可能である。
