According to the prefabricated low-temperature refrigerator of the present invention, the angle member for attaching the roof member can be fixed to the heat-insulating box (heat-insulating panel) itself, so that the conventional supporting column is not required. Therefore, it is possible to work in contact with the building so that the building can be directly moved in and out of the prefabricated low-temperature storage, and it is not necessary to prepare columns having various dimensions, and the cost due to the use of common parts is eliminated. Can be reduced.

Further, since the angle member is fixed by bolts penetrating the heat-insulating box (heat-insulating panel), the mounting strength against wind pressure is sufficiently secured. Further, since the bolt is heat-insulating, it does not adversely affect the cooling of the inside, and also prevents the formation of dew or frost around the bolt due to the cooling from the inside.

On the upper surface of the rear fixing plate 53 thus fixed to the heat insulating box 2, a roof fixing plate 41 constituting the roof member 21 is fixed by screws 42 in the same manner as described above. In this way, the roof fixing plate 4
1 and 41 are attached, but the front roof fixing plate 41
Is located higher than the rear one. Then, a roof member 61 made of a steel plate constituting the roof member 21 is attached between the roof fixing plates 41, 41.

The roof member 61 also has the same wave shape as the roof fixing plate 41, as shown in FIG. 12, and is mounted on the roof fixing plates 41, 41 as shown in FIG. Address the punching pipe 63 (listed on top) and hit it with a hammer H from above. by this,
The screw portions 43 of the roof fixing plates 41 are the roof material 6.

Attach each. The lower edges of the water surface door 71 and the apron surface door 72 have a wavy shape that is symmetrical to the top surface shape of the roof material 61, whereby rain or the like flows backward from the roof material 61 upper surface to the wall BW side. To prevent A draining panel 73 is attached to the upper surface of the apron face door 72 and reaches the outer surface of the wall BW while ascending toward the front, and prevents invasion of wind and rain from gaps between the wall BW and the heat insulating panels 3B, 4B.

On the other hand, around the roof member 61 other than the wall BW side, a nose cover panel 81 is attached by an attachment plate 82 and a tightening bolt 83 as shown in FIGS. The nose cover panel 81 improves the appearance by concealing the upper ends of the loop material 61 and the heat insulating panels 3 and 4 from the outside.

As described above in detail, according to the present invention, the angle member for attaching the roof member can be fixed to the heat-insulating box (heat-insulating panel) itself. Therefore, it is possible to construct the prefabricated low-temperature warehouse in contact with the building and to make it possible to directly enter and exit the prefabricated low-temperature warehouse from inside the building, and it is not necessary to prepare columns having various dimensions, so that parts are not required. The cost can be reduced by the common use of the above.

Further, since the angle member is fixed by bolts penetrating the heat insulating box (heat insulating panel), sufficient mounting strength against wind pressure is ensured. Further, since the bolt is heat-insulating, it does not adversely affect the cooling of the inside, and also prevents the formation of dew or frost around the bolt due to the cooling from the inside.

In particular, a freezer compartment and a refrigerator compartment are constructed adjacent to each other.
When the height of the thick refrigeration insulation panel constituting the top wall of the freezer compartment and the thickness of the thin refrigeration insulation panel constituting the top wall of the refrigerator compartment are different, the angle material is passed over them. It will be able to be attached stably.
