Description
The present invention relates to a hot water heater that heats air with the heat of hot water to heat a room.
As a hot water heater for heating a room with the heat of hot water, there is one described in
The above-described conventional hot water heater has the following problems.
B) There are many cases where fuel such as kerosene used for boilers is not easily available. For example, there are fewer oil and gas dealers in the less populated areas. In recent years, there have been a series of oil dealers closing due to cost cuts caused by soaring crude oil prices. Even if you try to purchase at a store in another remote area, because of the aging, not many people go out in cars. Even if delivery is requested, delivery fees are a heavy burden on the elderly.
B) In rural areas where aging has progressed as described above, even if it is possible to purchase fuel, many people have difficulty injecting it into the tank for the burner. There are physical reasons, but there are safety reasons. If large containers are used to reduce the frequency of purchases and infusions, the handling becomes even easier.
C) Since each machine casing 1 'of the heater is connected to the boiler B by the hot water pipe T as shown in FIG. 3, each machine casing 1' cannot be moved freely. Even if the user wants to move the machine frame 1 'to another room or the like suddenly when there is a visitor or the like, it cannot do so, so it is not easy to use as a heater used in a general house.
There is an oil heater as a heater that does not have the problems described in the above (i) to (c). It is a heater that warms indoor air by warming oil in a sealed container with an electric heater and radiating the heat from a heat radiating plate on the outer surface of the container. A household power supply can be used, no oil replacement or replenishment is required, and the installation location can be moved. There is also an advantage that the room is warmed by radiant heat and soft warmth is brought about.
However, the oil heater has a weak heating effect and does not have the function of blowing warm air, so it is not enough to raise the temperature of the whole room or to warm a specific person quickly.
The purpose of the present invention is to provide a hot water heater having a strong heating effect without purchasing fuel or injecting it into a tank or the like as long as it has a power source. Furthermore, it can be moved and used. It is to provide a good hot water heater.
Invented hot water heater
A hot water generator that heats the water in the tank with an electric heater;
・ A radiator that circulates the hot water through a finned pipe using an electric pump (a pump that functions by electricity, including an electromagnetic pump),
An electric blower that blows indoor air into contact with the fins of the radiator and blows it into the room.
Such a hot water heater has the following advantages. That is,
1) The hot water circulation pump in the radiator and the blower that blows air by touching the radiator are electrically operated, and the means for heating water in the hot water generator is also an electric heater. . That is, in this heater, only electric power is used as an energy source. Therefore, as long as there is a power source (outlet), it is not necessary to purchase fuel such as kerosene or inject it into the heater. Machine.
2) Since it is not heated by the combustion heat, combustion gas is not generated, and air is always kept clean even in a sealed room, so that replacement of air is unnecessary.
3) Since the above-mentioned blower makes room air come into contact with the fins of the radiator and blows out into the room as warm air, the heating effect is high. The entire room can be warmed up in a relatively short time, and especially when the body is cold, it can be warmed up quickly by sitting in front of the warm air that blows out.
The above-mentioned hot water heater according to the invention is particularly preferable when the above-mentioned hot water generator, radiator and blower are integrally assembled and can be transported as they are (that is, in an integrally assembled state).
In the above hot water heater, the above-described devices are integrally assembled and are not connected to those devices outside by piping. Therefore, if the weight is not excessive and the whole can be transported, it is easy to move, and therefore, it can be moved to a separate room or the like according to circumstances. That is, it can be said that it is easy to use as a general residential heater.
The hot water heater has a water level meter that displays the water level in the tank, and a water level sensor that detects and notifies when the water level is below a specified value. preferable.
The above-mentioned hot water heater according to the invention does not need to be replenished with kerosene as described above and is safe and easy to handle, but it is necessary to ensure that there is always a certain amount of water in the tank of the hot water generator. is there. If the water level (water amount) is below a specified value, the electric pump cannot circulate water, and the hot water generator will not function.
On the other hand, if the inventive hot water heater has a water level gauge and a water level sensor as described above, the user will not forget to replenish water, and a certain amount of water will always be secured in the tank. In addition, replenishment of water is simpler and safer than replenishing kerosene or the like.
The hot water heater includes a normal operation switch that allows the electric heater, the electric pump, and the blower to function together, and a preheat / heat retention switch that allows the electric heater to function while the electric pump and the blower are stopped. If it has, it is more preferable.
When the normal operation switch is turned on, the electric heater, the electric pump, and the blower function together, so that the hot water generated in the tank is sent to the radiator, where the air that receives the heat of the hot water blows out into the room by the blower. The room is warmed. However, since it takes a certain time to heat the water in the tank to make it warm, warm air is not always blown out immediately. Rather, if the blower blows out air while cold water circulates in the radiator, people near the heater may feel cold because of the cold wind.
In that respect, such a situation can be avoided if there is the above-mentioned preheating / warming switch. When the preheating / warming switch is turned on, the electric pump and the blower do not operate, so that the water in the tank is not circulated to the radiator and is not blown, so that no wind hits a person. The water in the tank is heated (preheated) by an electric heater without being sent to a radiator or the like, and becomes warm water. When the water in the tank has reached an appropriate temperature (preferably about 45 ° C. or higher), warm air is blown into the room by turning on the normal operation switch.
In addition, when the use of the hot water heater is once completed and is used again within several tens of minutes, it is preferable to end the normal operation and turn on the preheating / warming switch. Thereby, the electric heater is caused to function while the electric pump and the blower are stopped, and the water in the tank is kept warm. If it does so, when using it again, warm air will be blown out immediately when the normal operation switch is turned on.
It is more preferable that the hot water heater described above has a timer for operation after preheating for realizing the following 1) to 3). The operation after the preheating operation timer is as follows.
1) Initially (that is, immediately after the timer is turned on or immediately after the set time has elapsed after the timer is turned on), the electric heater and the blower are stopped and the electric heater is operated.
2) Measure the temperature of the water in the tank and when it reaches the set temperature (eg 45 ° C) or higher,
3) In addition to the above electric heaters, make the electric pump and blower function.
When the hot water heater is operated in the order of the above 1) to 3) by such a preheat operation timer, it is possible to avoid that a nearby person receives a cold wind and feels cold when the heater starts operation. This is automatically realized in the same way as when the above-mentioned preheating / warming switch and normal operation switch are turned on at appropriate time intervals, and normal operation is started after preheating the water in the tank. This is because that. That is, immediately after the start of operation, that is, at the time point 1), the electric pump and the blower do not operate, so that the wind does not blow out and the water is heated (preheated) by the electric heater in the tank. The water in the tank rises quickly without being sent to a radiator etc., but when the set temperature is reached as in 2) above, the electric heater, electric pump and blower function together as in 3) above. Driving begins. Therefore, only warm air is blown out into the room without cold air from the heater.
In addition, when making an electric pump and an air blower function in said 3), it is especially preferable to start an electric pump ahead of an air blower. This is because starting the electric pump and circulating hot water through the radiator and starting the blower after the radiator has sufficiently increased in temperature is effective in blowing out only warm air.
Advantageously, the water contains a rust inhibitor.
When water containing rust preventives is used, tanks, pipes, radiators, etc. that come into contact with water are not easily rusted, so there is no need to use special alloys or stainless steel for each part, so the heater should be configured at low cost. Can do. In addition, the maintenance burden is reduced.
The hot water heater of the invention can always be used as long as there is a power source, and it is not necessary to purchase fuel or inject it into the heater, which is preferable for use by elderly people in depopulated areas. . There is also an effect that there is no need to exchange air even in a sealed room, and the heating effect is high because the blower blows warm air into the room.
In addition, the inventive hot water heater can be easily moved, making it easy to secure water in the tank without forgetting to replenish water, and cold wind is blown out at the start of operation It is also possible to prevent this.
In addition, the hot water heater of the invention is suitable for use in ordinary homes, and can also be used in a small greenhouse or as auxiliary heating for a greenhouse.

The radiator 5 is configured in the same manner as a radiator used for cooling an engine or the like. That is, the
Moreover, the air blower 9 is used in order to blow the air in the room in which the
