【課題】寝返りのし易いシーツ１２を提供する。【解決手段】寝床１４を覆うための敷布１６を設ける。この敷布１６上に、寝床１４の幅の９０％以下で５０％以上の幅の滑布１８を配置する。滑布１８は，枕を置くスペースを空けて寝床１４に固定される。滑布１８の生地は、敷布１６の生地よりも繊維が太く剛性の高いものが好ましい。シーツ１２上で寝返りをし易くすることで、長年の腰痛の悩みを解決できる。また、腰痛患者や高齢者には、ストレッチ等による治療が苦痛である。これが不要になる。さらに、滑布１８のサイズを制限することにり、滑りすぎることで布団から体が滑り出たり、掛け布団が散乱することも防止できる。【選択図】図１A sheet 12 that is easy to turn over is provided. 就寝中に寝返りをすることが腰痛の防止に繋がるといわれている。そのための寝具が各種開発されている（特許文献２、３）また、介護用のベッド等で、自動的に寝返りをうつ装置が知られている（特許文献１）。 It is said that turning over while sleeping will help prevent back pain. 既知の従来の技術には、次のような解決すべき課題があった。熟睡中でも寝返りの要求はある。しかし、体と敷布団との摩擦や毛布等の密着性により、寝返りには体力が必要である。筋力の弱体化と共に寝返りの回数が減少し、不自然な筋肉の緊張を招き、腰痛発生の原因を作っていたと考えられる。ところが、単に滑りのよいシーツを使用すると、滑りすぎることで布団から体が飛び出したり、掛け布団が散乱し、かえって寝心地が悪くなる。上記の課題を解決するために、本考案は次のような寝返りの容易なシーツを提供することを目的とする。 The known prior art has the following problems to be solved. 寝返りをし易くすることで、本考案者は実際に長年の腰痛の悩みを解決できた。
