Abstract

【課題】義歯の維持装置である金属クラスプを無くし審美面を回復させ維持歯への負担を軽減し、縁の封鎖により義歯と歯牙、歯肉間に食砕を入りにくくした義歯を提供する。【解決手段】透明ポリエチレンテレフタラート１の端８を窪ませて、維持歯を囲むようにはめ入れる。歯肉部分に当たる縁５を１ｍｍほど盛り上げて歯肉部を圧迫封鎖する。【選択図】図１

考案の詳細な説明
本発明は義歯の維持に金属を使用せず、歯を透明ポリエチレンテレフタラートで囲み一部を歯の窪みに入れて義歯を維持する。
金属を用いるクラスプ方式は歯にかなりの負荷がかかる。
食砕が義歯と歯牙、歯肉間に入りやすい。
 考案が解決しようとする課題
歯への負担を軽減し審美面においても金属が見えず義歯だとわかりにくい。

課題を解決するための手段
透明ポリエチレンテレフタラートを使用し維持歯となる歯を囲み、義歯を固定しさらに義歯を固定する補助になる窪みがあればポリエチレンテレフタラートを窪みに入れて義歯の固定を安定させる。
以下、本考案の実施の形態について説明する。
（イ）維持歯▲３▼を透明ポリエチレンテレフタラート▲１▼で囲む。
（ロ）維持歯▲３▼に窪み▲７▼があればポリエチレンテレフタラート▲１▼を窪み▲７▼に入れる。
（ハ）石膏模型▲６▼に深さ１ｍｍ巾２ｍｍの溝を掘り義歯の縁を圧迫封鎖▲５▼する。
 考案の効果
義歯床に弾力があり丈夫。
透明で金属体が無いので審美面において自然に近く見える。
維持歯への負担が少ない。
金属アレルギーがない。

Claims (2)

  1. 透明ポリエチレンテレフタラートを使用して義歯を作り審美面を回復する。
  2. 維持歯と歯肉部を透明ポリエチレンテレフタラートで封鎖し、義歯内に食砕が入るのを防ぐ。
