The housing has an antenna storage section and an ear speaker section at the top, a liquid crystal display section and an operation button arrangement section below the housing section, and a liquid crystal display section and an operation button arrangement section on the exterior panel. The portable communication device according to claim 1, wherein the exterior panel is attached to a liquid crystal display unit and an operation button array unit of the housing.
